I unfortunately took my car to a closer wheel works near where I live and after buying 4 new tiers , had issues that I never had before. The shop refused to help. I called the wheel works in Saratoga where I had been many times before and really received care and attention, David DeShazo is first class.

WOW! I have never had a better experience with car repairs. Nester and Sid of Wheel Works in Saratoga were literal HEROES when I had a tire emergency in the early morning on my way to work. The entire team went above and beyond to help answer my questions, offer options, and provide education— I immediately felt assured that I was in good hands. Thanks to Nester’s help removing the dreadful nail in my tire and patch it up, I was able to safely and quickly get back on the road (and not be late for work!). I offer my most emphatic recommendation for this Wheel Works location (and it makes me trust all other Wheel Works locations more, too!)

TERRIBLE!!! T E R R I B L E customer service from a guy named “Sid.” I came in on 03/01 looking for help with my tires since my fiancé, who usually handles these things, is out of town. What I experienced was shocking. Sid was extremely rude and dismissive toward me. As a woman asking for help, I felt completely belittled. He laughed when I said I didn’t understand how certain things worked in my car. That is not only unprofessional but it’s ALSO disrespectful and unacceptable. Being busy is not an excuse to treat customers poorly. On top of that, the way he spoke to his own employees was uncomfortable to witness. If he is the manager, that behavior is even more concerning. What makes this worse is that after reading past reviews, it seems clear that other customers have had similar experiences and were also referring to him. That says a lot. Everyone else in the store appeared kind and helpful, and you could tell they were uncomfortable witnessing the way “Sid” was treating me. No customer should leave feeling embarrassed for simply asking questions. I will not be returning

Great service. Fixed my flat tire for free. They were very clear on the their ETA. When I couldn’t pick up before close of business they held my car overnight with no questions.

Wheel Works is awesome. Had a flat tire and Sid & his crew fixed it for free! I didn’t even buy the tires from them. Just really good & helpful people. Will keep on coming here for all my tire needs!

Last year I had a nail in a sidewall and Wheel Works sold me a new tire. Now, fast forward a year and another nail. Wheel Works was able to patch it this time without an appointment, in less than 3 hours, and covered it under warranty. What absolutely fantastic service.

I had a very pleasant experience at Wheel Works. I had a flat tire on the front passenger side and first visited another tire shop, where they made excuses and refused to fix it. Instead, they tried to sell me new rear tires even though those tires still had a few thousand miles left. It felt like they were just trying to make a sale. My experience at Wheel Works was completely different. They inspected my car right away, checked me in quickly, and asked me to come back in a couple of hours. They patched the tire and simply suggested I come back in a few months when the rear tires actually need replacement. It felt professional, honest, and not pushy at all. They didn’t even charge me for the flat tire. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for future tire replacements. I 100% trust Wheel Works for both their expertise and customer service.

Great service. Needed a quick repair due to a nail in my tire. They were able to squeeze me into their busy day so that I can get back on the road.

Made an appointment a couple days before and they took my SUV in right away. Called me 2 hours later as they fixed a leak on one of my tires. Personal in the front Kayla was friendly and very helpful. TY WW of Saratoga.

Went in to fix a leaky tire that has very low mileage. All was handled honestly, timely, and surprisingly no charge for repairing the damaged tire! Thank you to the WW team at the Prospect location in Saratoga!!

I’ve been going to this location for years and they’ve always been excellent. Great people and professionals. Their pricing is very reasonable, in fact, last time they fixed my flat tire, they did it free of charge.

I do not trust Wheel Works on Prospect. I was told based on an inspection that I needed $2400.00 worth of work on my car. I took my car to my mechanic and was told there was no need for those repairs. The parts were working fine. Beware ladies

Every time I come to this shop I get a run around. I make an appointment and the car is never taken in on time. I made an appointment for a ten o'clock alignment and I'm still sitting in the car at eleven o'clock. What does making an appointment mean? How are people supposed to manage their day if they assume that they make an appointment at ten and their car will be taken in at ten. There was no mention of the fact that the car would be here for hours when I made the appointment. An alignment does not take hours.

I recently had my car serviced for new tires. I commend the front desk staff for their patience and polite service. The technician Walter however I’m not impressed with. I had arrived at closing for pick up (7pm), the car was still on the lift. After the front desk attendant asked for an eta the tech (Walter) he slammed the tools on the lift. When taking the car off the lift and for a test drive, I was shocked to see my car attempting a brand new 0-60 time in the rain. (He floored it) He test drove it like he stole it. (I have a loud exhaust, and can be heard around the block via test drive) He was rude to the front desk staff when handling them the key and alignment papers. I get in the car and the truck was left open (during the test drive too). Not only that Walter forgot to return the spare tire to the trunk of the vehicle. I had to return to the shop after closing to pick it up. I went to check the dashcam I have installed in my car of this embarrassing situation and he unplugged it before the test drive. The recordings end while on the lift, and restart when I received the car. This was super embarrassing as a long time customer of this shop. I have received my new tires and I thank you. I would not return my vehicle to this shop to watch my car be thrashed in-front of me.

I had a hard-to-find problem. It only showed up with a temperature change. I had to take the RAV4 in twice. The first time, they did not find the problem. The second time I talked to David, the manager. He understood what I was encountering. He moved my RAV4 way up in the work queue. He had "another pair of eyes" look into the problem. They found a screw had punctured the tire. My RAV 4 was returned in a couple of hours. The entire repair was done gratis. The manager, David, and the front office crew were kind and professional. They will have a customer for life in me. Then again, I'm old.

I've been coming to wheel works for well over 15 years, I can honestly say that my experience there has been excellent. The staff has been wonderful to work with, they're very knowledgeable, the customer service is beyond reproach, the prices are good and they always give me good service and are helpful with helping me make decisions that best fit my budget and my car. I would refer anyone to this particular wheel works because of the staff and how well they work with their customers.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Even though it was a busy post Christmas rush, they got me on the schedule and delivered a quality set of tires at a good value. They proactively recommended other service potentially needed, and were very polite when I declined.

Dave did an awesome job of helping me with my car. I had a questionable recommendation from another auto shop that suggested i buy another wheel; he saved me time and money by having a more thorough diagnosis for my car done that concluded that i did not need a new wheel. I feel really good about the service i received.

Shout out to Melissa and Kayla @ Wheel Works 18522 Prospect Ave Saratoga! I’ve been coming to this location for “all things tires” over 25 years . Today is the first time I have been treated with such a positive customer service experience. They managed expectations well for an excessive wait time and graciously offered to drive me home and pick me up . This kind act showed a genuine respect for my time and an appreciation for my continued business. You two rock!!

I went to Wheel Works Saratoga for a rear tire replacement. When I picked up my car, I found new damage to my front-right wheel and tire, which were not part of the service. I reported it immediately, but after multiple follow-ups and a corporate claim, the shop denied responsibility without providing a clear explanation or investigation. The damage appeared while the vehicle was under their control, yet they refused accountability. If you value your car, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

I brought in my car for replacing the front tires which were still within the warranty and Kayla provided an amazing customer service from start to finish. She also helped me to lock in a good deal for lifetime wheel alignment.

Dave was great! He walked me through the routine maintenance I needed due to mileage and inspections due to rats camping in my engine. He kept me well updated and had the repairs completed quickly. I'll definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Wheel Works! I came in with a flat tire hoping it could be patched instead of replaced. Dave, the store manager, checked it right away and confirmed it was patchable. He was incredibly kind, and reassuring throughout the process. They patched the tire at no charge, and it was ready in about an hour, and even put my spare tire back in the trunk neatly. I truly appreciated the honesty and peace of mind. I will definitely come back when I need to replace my tires. Thanks Dave and Wheel Works! Highly recommend!

Kayla helped me, and she got me in super fast. She was so sweet and informative. I will definitely go here again. The oil and filter was $90.00, and they do free diagnostics. They also added air to my tires for free which I thought was so nice! The place is super clean, and you can sit and read or watch TV and drink coffee. I went to the one on Prospect and. In Saratoga.

I’ve been a long term customer for the last 10+ years at this tire and repair shop. Recently had to replace all 4 tires and 2 wheels . Dave and Esgar went above and beyond to quickly find solutions to get the replacement parts quickly and also worked patiently to deal with absurdity of tesla insurance and help me to get reimbursed from the insurance company .Highly recommend and I would continue do my service here all times

Today I had shown up with a stressful situation and needed my tire patched. No where else around me was able to provide me any assistance. I explained to them my scheduling concerns/restrictions and they were able to work with me amazingly. I very much appreciated the gentleman who helped me this. If you are seeing this, you rock! Wish y'all well and will definitely be following up with my recommended services.

I took my car to the Wheel Works on Prospect on a Sunday for a flat tire repair. Nikita mentioned to me they were short-staffed that day but aimed to have my car back to me by end-of-day. Nikita and team worked after hours to keep their commitments to their customers, and I very much appreciated that! I really needed my car the next day for some holiday travel, and my plans would have fallen through if not for their help. Great customer service. I highly recommend!
