I just had a very wonderful surprise as I went to buy new lightbulbs at O’Reillys. Angel was incredibly helpful and installed the bulbs for me and cleaned the glass so now I can drive much more safely. This was a total unexpected surprise because I was dreading installing these tiny lightbulbs myself. Made my day, week and month!!!

We have been a long time satisfied Customer. However, in very recent years we along with other people didn’t have a good customer service experience. Most of us are now older people so we can’t install lights or wipers as we are aging population. To my surprise the young lady who was waiting on us informed that she the manager & they are not obliged to install these parts. It was like “Take it or leave it.” This attitude was totally unacceptable. Even her tone was very impolite. We had never experienced such behavior at your Store. My past experiences were very positive & uplifting to see the young people working hard to work for Building Retun Business. Far a while we stopped doing business with O’Reilly Auto. I found out from other people that they had a similar experiences. But recently I stopped to change the wipers. This time a young lady came to help me who was totally opposite of my previous experience. She was more than happy to help me with a smile. And her manager also came to give her hand. And before I came to the store a nice young man spoke to me on the phone who promised me for a great service which I definitely received. I think the young lady who helped me is Amanda. I have already reminded my friend’s & families that Good Days are Back @ O’Reilly!!! Hope you do something with that unpleasant personality!!! She doesn’t belong there!!!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts! I went in needing to replace a burnt-out left brake light but had no idea where to even start. That's when Angel, one of the employees, stepped in. Even though I know they aren't supposed to, Angel went above and beyond and helped me replace the light right there in the parking lot. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, making what could have been a confusing task quick and easy. This level of service is truly exceptional. Thank you, Angel and O'Reilly, for the five-star treatment!

We often go to a place to buy something, and we don’t like being sold a thing. It’s a rare treat to be won over as a customer. That’s exactly what the team achieved today with me. I have never been treated so well before. Went here because it was the only place that carried Motorcraft batteries. Needed a group 65 that day and they had one, and helped me check my alternator, while helping 3 other customers and didn’t waste anybody’s time, treated me so well. Wonderful experience. Don’t want to shop for car anything anywhere else again. I’ve found a partner for auto part supply.

Young guy other there named Albert is super helpful. I sure hope O’Reilly treats him well because he’s the type of employee you want working for you. They better fast track this kid into management where he can make some coin or I promise you somebody’s gonna snatch him up. He’s good, he’s young but definitely wasn’t just a wallflower. He was promoting the business that he works for and suggesting products. I mean that when I say it, I hope somebody from O’Reillys sees this because other business owners or sales managers will snatch this young man up in a heartbeat if you don’t see his value. You’ll get more feedback from other customers on this fella i promise. Happy to write this review.

Great staff! Helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Needed to get my battery tested and replaced. They were helpful and fast. Got my car running quickly. Thankfully they have great hours and are open after dinner time. Highly recommend for any auto parts, especially if you are as clueless as me!

I visited this location on 10-03-2024 at around 10:45 am and was assisted by a young male employee. I was looking for an AC refill for my Honda Civic hatchback. Although I could be more knowledgeable about cars and engines, I was hopeful that he would help me find the correct item. However, he seemed to be in a bad mood and was not helpful when asking me questions. Improving the customer service and the quality of staff members would greatly benefit this location in the competitive market. I hope that my feedback can contribute to positive changes. I am considering exploring other options for my future purchases because this experience was terrible and made me feel not valued as a lifelong customer. The slogan of this place is: "Our Prices Bring You In, Our People Bring You Back". But in this case, it is an exception based on my experience.

everytime i come in they are to busy talking to each other at the counter to help me everytime i come in. never say hi and greet me. have to wait 10mins for them to even see me even if i am right in front on them. last 5 times i have come in here. come on stop talking about your own cars and do your job.

This store rocks! Every time I come in here, I'm impressed by the workers. They are always knowledgeable and know the things they sell. I once bought coolant and the worker asked if I wanted a funnel. That saved me. Thank you, yes. Today, I grabbed a bottle of Versachem and the store worker downsold me. He told me if I'm working on one car, they have a small tube which saved me $11! :) Things here are always on the pricey side, but I'm always happy to pay it for the support I get. Thank you.

What an absolute rip off. Charged me $65 for one coil, for my Hyundai. They’re $10 each on Amazon, all day; the quality is just as good or better… Shop online elsewhere whenever you can. Do yourself a favor.

They were great. We got there 20 minutes before they closed for a new battery for my car which we really needed and they provided a wrench for us. It was simple enough. They would have put it in if it was daytime but it was dark. so we did it ourselves. It’s easy. No problem.

I am definitely a fan of o'reillyes when it comes to preference of auto parts stores. For me, the biggest bonus is that when you give them your phone number? If you're someone like me who loses receipts, they can always pull it back up in the system for you, which has come in super helpful on more than one occasion. The staff here seems really knowledgeable and they are helpful when they, and if there's something they don't know, they Tell you they don't know instead of giving you incorrect information. I've had the pleasure of meeting. The district manager Jay who was a very nice guy and seems to set a good example for the locations that he operates.

Excellent staff! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staffs! I came in for a quick engine check on my 2006 BMW x5 because it showed engine misfire and car is running rough. Oscar helped me with finding the right coil, as he is very knowledgeable with this M54 engine, and squared away with the new coil, all in less than 30 min. I was able to continue with my road trip and drove back home to Los Angeles couple days later. Can’t ask for anything more. Again, thank you Oscar for all your help!

Today, I went to the shop to buy brake bulbs. Jesas quickly changed the bulbs for me with a very good attitude and high efficiency. It will be a very pleasant purchase in my first choice shop

Not sure if this is the location that I went to today but there was a lady named Maria that complete put me on the right track. And I've been working on cars for over 30 years. The information did not come easy. But she took the time to put two and two together and figure out an answer for me and when I got to my car her advice was absolutely correct. Good job Maria. This lady needs her own store. O'Reilly's would be a fool not to give it to her.

Tell your employees to: A) fix their masks, that means over their noses B) follow 6ft social distancing, especially from customers C) treat customers with respect, that means respect their personal space and also their shopping experience Terrible experience today, I won’t be returning. Some of us have family that are extremely high risk - your employees shouldn’t put customers in a potentially dangerous situation and disregard their safety. Uncalled for.

To be honest, my main reason for visiting is they accept battery recycle. So it is convenient. Quite reasonable store. I was told if you would like them to help with you installing the battery etc, you need to park in front.

This was my best experience at an O'Reilly Auto Parts store. The young man behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. I got exactly what I needed very quickly. Two thumbs up.

My wife and I went in today to have a battery tested and charged that had failed on us. Our first visit was brief and pleasant - they took the battery and told us they would call within two and a half hours. After four hours with no call we stopped in to check on it and were told that it was a bad battery. I was then informed that we had previously been sold the wrong type of battery for our car and that we were very lucky it had not leaked; Good information to know but it's scary that they had previously sold us the wrong battery type. When I asked to have the battery replaced under warranty they told me it was impossible to replace without the receipt which I did not have on hand. Jacob was very helpful and attempted to look up the purchase in his computer system however when the manager Gerardo showed up he took a look at the battery and immediately called my wife and I liars and told us that there was no possible way that the battery we were returning could have been purchased at their store. When we insisted that the battery had been purchased at his location he continued to tell us otherwise. My wife and I were surprised at the rudeness and left empty handed and upset. On our third visit of the day with receipt in hand we were able to have our defective battery exchanged. Jacob was very friendly in helping us but Gerardo made no attempt to provide us service or apologize. Our overall experience was very unpleasant and although this is our local O'Reilly we do not plan on giving it any more of our business.

Nothing fancy, but what do you expect from an auto parts store? It always suits my needs for my car that leaks oil and always burns out headlight bulbs. The staff there are friendly and cool to chat with.

They've always been really helpful and quick to diagnose any problems. I badly needed my battery replaced. I had a crying baby and two other kids in the lobby and they were kind enough to quickly replace my battery even though they were very busy.

I stopped here to add some oil to my engine and found that one of my battery posts was corroded; it snapped off under mild strain while in the parking lot, leaving me with no option but to buy another battery. The guys inside were eager to sell me their house-brand battery for $100, but then said they didn't have any pliers or other tools that I could use to change it. Somewhat reluctantly, they allowed me to borrow a couple of adjustable pliers from a sale display, and I did the work. I returned the two pliers and asked to use their restroom to wash my hands, which were pitch black from fingertip to wrist from engine grime. After initially telling me they didn't have a bathroom, they then said that it was company policy that no customers were allowed in it. The manager, who would not meet my eyes, instructed his employee to give me some paper towel with a few squirts of Simple Green on it as a final offer. Pathetic...
