The office administrator, Sheri, is sweet, and she knows billing and invoices, and will remember your name and your vehicle. You won't need to reintroduce yourself every time you talk to her. But she's not a car nut and she doesn't pretend to be. Ultimately, you have to talk to Jeff.
I've watched Jeff work on my own 88 Pickup multiple times. He can take it apart and put it back together with his bare hands. He loves his work so much that he'll do extra stuff just to make it perfect.

Visit Toy Connection only when you have the time and the patience for dealing with a chaotic environment and sometimes difficult people and you can learn a lot about your truck. If the staff is scarce, return another time.
