The person I spoke with on the phone was professional and upbeat. The workers who came with their trucks were professional, knowledgable & friendly. They were able to take heavy items such as a piano as well as an air compressor (both over 300 lbs each). I appreciated the on-the-spot estimate. They are less expensive than others that I researched. And once they were there I was excited to be able to have them immediately remove what I could not on my own. Thank you Junk King!

Everything about Junk King was so easy! From the initial phone call (very responsive and friendly point of contact) to the actual pick-up, everything was handled with care, professionalism and expediency. The cost was fair and reasonable, and I was able to schedule a pick-up time for the next day. The drivers were on time, friendly and efficient, and made short work of hauling away my bulky appliance. Very prompt, delivery and pickup was clean and precise. Pricing is fair, service is friendly. The 12 yd. container is bigger than it sounds, and I nearly filled it with all my junk of all sorts. I will definitely use them again when I get to phase 2 of my cleanout.

I am very happy with my Junk King experience. It was quick, easy, and not nearly as expensive as I feared. The two workers were polite and professional. Removal that I thought would take at least two hours was accomplished in 40 minutes. And best, best, BEST of all, I was not inundated with horribly annoying online ads from them ever since I searched for trash removal services, as I am by their competitors. I am very happy I called Junk King!

Absolutely disgusting service. This junk removal company never showed up after promising several times that they were “on the way.” They kept delaying my appointment for hours, wasting my entire day and completely ruining my tight schedule. No call, no apology, nothing. This company is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and careless. If you value your time, your sanity, or basic respect, do NOT hire them. They clearly don’t care about their customers or keeping their word. They deserve to be shut down for how they treat people. I regret ever calling them — total joke of a business.

They beat my lowest price quote and did a great job with a large cleanup job. On time and great communication

The whole process went very smoothly. I think it would be very helpful if there was a way to get a more specific time for drop off and pick up. Since they dropped off at around 11-11:30 AM thought the pick up would have been around that time. But, the driver showed up around 8 so we scrambled trying to get the last batch in for him to take it. This is the second time we have used them and will do so again if needed and have told others how good they are.

We hired Junk King to clear out a house for sale. There was debris piled up in the garage, railroad ties, old wood in the backyard, old appliances in the house. It filled two whole trucks! They came on time and took care of everything. They even swept out the garage! The sellers and I appreciate how quickly they came out and how thoroughly they cleaned everything.

Insane- crew just left our home where they had to problem solve removing a 600lb refrigerator out a small doorway and down two flights of stairs.. after some choice grunting and groaning- the fridge was somehow resting comfortably in the truck. Great team and highly entertaining. Second time I’ve used this company, both excellent experiences.
