I had a great experience at this particular O’Reillys store. Ramon, who was one of the store associates there was very helpful and professional. The overall rating is based on quality and part selection available for my vehicles I've had/have. Staff deserves 5 stars, specially earlier shift.. always helpful and get what I need.
But overtime I've struggled with getting the part that "fits" then turns out it doesn't, then back n forth returning and hoping part is exact fitment.
I do prefer O'Reilly's than A.zone those parts are a whole different story.
The assistant manager is there is rude . Hes not really helping customer to get what they need . Tryin to get oil for my car and i get the wrong oil. .he didn’t say anything about it.
The people work here are bunch of cheaters. My wife’s car had a battery problem. She bought a battery from here. These people took her car’s old battery. My wife and her friend installed a battery in her car. When I reached home I found the previous battery was under the warranty, so I went to this store to ask them for our old battery showing the receipt, and the guy works here told me that the battery was his own property now. If I want to have my old battery back, I have to return the battery which I already installed in car and have refund and buy the battery again. It was horrible experience of these bunch of cheaters. I wish I could give them -5 stars. Keep my old battery in the slot of your buns.
The first time that this was going to be a bad visit was when two associates was flip flopping in helping me. Secondly if I go up to the counter is because I need help, so don't accuse me of not paying for something I don't know what it is. Never gonna visit this place again because it's very frustrating.
when it time to tune up your car come to this place for parts. very nice peoples there. Rita or Daniel and Jose who will help you with knowledge.
Remember give the associates the license plate of your car for the right parts. Every details of your car will show up in their system include year make and model. Even sub model and where was the manufacture.

Top service. I bought a battery there last August. They checked my old battery and told me it needed replacing. They carried it out and hooked it up. Forward to now, it is working in fits and starts. They checked it out and totally replaced it. Thanks, guys.
This place has horrible horrible super horrible customer care and courtesy I spent over $500 within an hour getting my car fixed because it was stranded in the parking lot there and they wouldn't even give me a jump start with their jumper box I would never ever spend that type of money or any money whatsoever at this O'Reilly's Auto Parts it's a shame how those people are trained and customer service I was going back and forth buying the things that I need I sincerely regret it.
They can almost always get me the parts I need for my 20 yr old cars for a good price, and they back up their warranty as promised. Not too many bad parts from there in 10 yrs of driving and auto repairs
