Needed my tires balanced. Called to make an appointment I was told to come right in on a Friday. Peter was great friendly, courteous, didn't try to up sell me. I was in and out in an hour. For the first time since I bought my tires, they are balanced right, this is the first time that the work has been done right. Thank you, Peter and your team!!!

Zero stars Lack of concern, bad service (they never lock up their phone!), theft, and other crimes This is actually zero stars. - They don’t usually pick up the phone. I tried calling right at 9 (when they open) and it wasn’t until 1-3 hrs later that I was able to reach someone. - A few things were stolen from our car (designer prescription sunglasses, two pairs of brand new shoes with tags still attached, and a garage door opener). The most concerning thing is the garage door opener. That would imply that they have intent to break into our home and steal our stuff since they have our address. And what’s worse, our car was in their possession for over a week. They could’ve broke into our home during that time. - When I called about the theft, I was told that someone would call me back, but wasn’t told who or when. The next day (Sunday), I tried numerous times to reach them (around 11:30), but no one was picking up. I had to physically go to the shop with my three kids in tow. The employee said that she was about to call me. She apologized and said that a homeless person must’ve broke in and stole the stuff (riiiight). And how did they break in? Judging from the lack of damage to the car, this is highly unlikely. Did an employee leave the car unlocked? Or, was it a thieving employee (most likely). Regardless, Wheel Works is responsible and liable. She said the manager will be in touch. I asked for his contact info in case I don’t hear from him and she said, “no, he’ll definitely call you.” Yeah. Okay. Fortunately, she did give me his business card. Today is Monday 12:44pm and I still have not heard from Peter Yip, the store manager. Apparently, they do not take theft at their store seriously. Theft with the possibility of breaking into customers’ homes to commit more theft. The manager needs to do a thorough investigation, fire, and press charges to those individuals. This is extremely serious.

Today I met an amazing employee who was very skilled at his job. His energy, professionalism, communication and warm, outgoing personality made me and my bestie day while time passed while we were waiting for her car to be serviced. If only it were more individuals like Mr. Moore, things in this world would be less chaotic. So I Lanetra Williams would like to say Mr. Carlos Moore it was a pleasure meeting you and continue shining and spreading your shine. God bless. And my score for you is , all across the board.

I brought my van in for an alignment because it was pulling to the right. When I received my van back, it still had the same issue, and there was no mention of any further service needed for the car still pulling to the right. I immediately returned the van and was told the idler arms needed repairs and replacement. My alignment issue was not resolved, and I was told that the steering wheel automatically goes out of alignment as soon as it is turned. Christina also told me there are already signs of cupping on the tires, even though they haven't been driven more than 50 miles. The bottom line is that the alignment was not done properly, and I'm being scammed into additional unnecessary repairs. I was also charged an additional $20 for a steering wheel calibration, which I was not informed about.

I was in a pinch with a nail in the tire around 4:30 on a Saturday. I called multiple shops that closed at 6pm and they turned me away and told me they wouldn’t have it done until the next day. I called this Wheel Works and Art picked up. Very helpful and initially provided conservative expectations (under promise/ over deliver). I ended the phone call thinking I had to still look elsewhere. Art called me back after confirming with the BOH that he could get it done and I was in and out within an hour. Thank you Art, Carlus and team Wheel Works!!

I brought my 2007 Honda Pilot to Wheel Works for an oil leak inspection. They told me the VVT solenoid was the problem. Then w days later it was an o-ring needed to be replaced, and later also recommended a power steering pump. I declined the pump because my steering had zero symptoms — no whining, stiffness, or groaning. When I picked up my car, it immediately made a loud whirring sound that it never had before service. When the technician opened the hood, the power steering fluid poured straight onto the ground and was full of air bubbles. This leak did not exist before I dropped the car off. I felt uncomfortable with the explanation they gave me, so I took it to another shop (BYOC Auto Repair). They found a hairline crack in the power steering reservoir, which Wheel Works did not mention, diagnose, or warn me about — even though I paid for a full inspection. The second shop also said there were likely more issues that Wheel Works should have caught before starting repairs. It’s frustrating because I came in for one issue and ended up with a completely new problem that didn’t exist beforehand. I also had to take the car somewhere else and pay again. I appreciate the discounts they gave me, but I cannot recommend this location based on my experience. I suggest getting a second opinion before approving any repairs here.

An All Star Cast ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ The Best of the Best of the Wheel Works Crew from all over land here in Wheel Works Heaven! Thank you for the years of complete auto care and detail oriented observations forecasting my future auto care needs preventing break downs. When I've strayed to other closer shops after moving or referred by family I immediately notice big gaps in service from no window washer fluid, low coolant, Wheel balance weights falling off, even vibrations from shortcuts damaging engine mounts after major engine repairs. It's just not worth it going anywhere but Milpitas Wheel Works, come be spoiled by the best

I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you value your safety. I had a 3:15 p.m. appointment for an alignment, but the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. While checking in, I couldn’t find my key card and informed the service advisor that I could unlock and start my car through the app. The assistant manager, Christina, responded by raising her voice and insisting it wasn’t safe, so I left to retrieve the key card. When I returned, vehicles that arrived after me—without appointments—were taken in before mine. My car wasn’t brought in until 5:10 p.m., even though they close at 6. I watched the technician struggle through the process as if he were unfamiliar with the steps, attempting the alignment four times before admitting, “Sorry, I don’t usually work on Teslas.” Two additional employees joined in, but they were unable to complete the alignment properly. In the end, they returned my vehicle in an unsafe condition. The car now pulls so sharply to the right that it feels dangerous to drive. It’s driving much worse than before the alignment. This experience has left me with serious concerns about the competence and professionalism at this location. You should not be messing with people’s time out of unjustified spite as a manager (Christina) or letting unskilled technicians practice and jeopardising customer safety. Do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY!

Krystyna was my contact person today . She was very helpful & advised I do a check on my car to see what I actually needed. The Mechanics that worked on the car noticed I needed a valve cover and a oil change a tuneup and that’s what I actually came in for, but I had no idea about the valve cover gasket so thanks to krystina s recommendation. I’m getting what I actually need for my car run and thanks to her Everything‘s getting taken care of. Excellent customer service all the way around

I had anexceptionally positive experience at the Wheel Works store located in Milpitas I was particularly impressed by the employee, Kristina, who provided excellent customer service. She not only clearly informed me of the issues with my car but also educated me on what my vehicle needed overall, which was truly amazing. I left the store feeling happy and well-informed. In addition to Kristina, all the technicians were really friendly and nice. The store itself was organized and clean, which contributed to a very pleasant environment. I definitely recommend rthis store and Kristina for a pleasant and stress-free experience

What a fantastic experience. I knew I needed tires, but kept putting it off. I needed to go out of town unexpectedly and didn't want to drive on my worn tires. Made an online appointment and when I showed up they were expecting me. Peter had my tires in stock and ready to go. To my surprise their Black Friday sale started today so I was able to save around $150 on the tires and $40 on the alignment. Really appreciated their expertise. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future services.

Terrible Service and Discrimination Against Tesla Owners – Avoid This Location I had one of the worst experiences at Wheelworks Milpitas. As a Tesla owner with their lifetime wheel alignment package, I expected at least basic respect and fair service. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and what felt like outright discrimination. Even though I was completely willing to wait an hour or two, the staff insisted the service would take 3–4 hours, even if I came right when they opened. When I asked for clarification or possible accommodation, the person helping me brushed me off and suggested I go somewhere else. That’s not customer service — that’s avoidance. It’s disappointing and unacceptable that customers who’ve already invested in their services are treated like an inconvenience, especially Tesla owners who were promised the same “lifetime” service as everyone else. Consider this a warning to anyone thinking about using this location: unless you want to waste your time and be talked down to, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other tire and alignment shops that actually respect their customers and honor their service agreements.

Whenever I have issues with my tires and need a replacement or quick fix, I come to this location and they take care of me and my needs. Krystina and the guys that do service there were really friendly to talk to and they always explain to me what services they will provide upon my visit. All you gotta do is ask and they will let you know what can or needs to be done. They reminded me of the lifetime Alignment that I have with them so that was a definite plus!
