I gave 4 stars for the friendly customer service, the ease of making the appointment and the transparency of pricing. However, I have an observation. The training and the level of services in different shops are not the same. For example, I have been going to the shop in Fremont which is quite satisfactory. This time in Milpitas shop, the job was done Okay. The shop didn’t reset the oil change dashboard indicator. Neither did the shop took care of changing the windshield wipers I have asked. When the small things add up, my level of trust would go down.
Excellent Customer Service, and superb mechanical service! Everything was explained so well, and they even provided snap shots of everything they were going to repair. I've already recommended them to about 4 of my friends. I will certainly recommend to many more friends and co-workers! A+++!!!

I needed my transmission fluid service and after shopping for many quotes, I ended up going to stress free as they provided transparent pricing. In addition, they were quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to get me the following day. Tae helped me out upon arrival and provided excellent service all around and let me know what time the car will be done. I even got text updates and when I got back to pick up my car, it was actually ready & weren’t trying to upsell me anything. I appreciated their honesty about which urgent additional service needed and even gave me recommendations on where to get them nearby if I needed them done right away since they won’t be able to get the tires until after the weekend. My first time at the Milpitas shop, everything went very smooth. They provided a lot of information and photos for the items I needed them to work on and also items that need repair at a later time. They responded quickly to my text messages while they were doing the repairs. In addition to doing a very professional job, they saved me a lot of money on the repairs they did (30 to 50% less than what the Stevens Creek VW dealership wanted to charge, and 100% on the brakes that VWSC said needed replacing but didn't per Stress-free)! I will not hesitate to do business with Stress-free again and you shouldn't either, give them a try.

Great service and price are resonable. I came to do an alignment and was greeted when I entered the office. I explained what I needed and I was able to have my car service same day. The work was completed fast and I received text to inform me on the status of the repairs. The location is convenient. Plenty of Parking available. I will come back for other maintenance items need for my cars.

Tae and the team at Stress Free Auto are truly thorough, transparent, humble and take pride in caring for your car. After I ran out of the servicing package purchased on my VW Atlas (first 5 years after purchased during which it was always serviced at the dealership), I entrusted its 6th service to this business because of it being close to my office and it being covered under the Costco auto-service-discount program. Getting the appointment over phone was smooth and quick. The service center reception looked clean and professional with a screen showing the status of cars in the queue ahead of mine. They gave me a $15 Lyft ride back to my office. Over the next few hours, I received some texts and a couple emails from the shop showing any damaged/worn-out parts and the shop's reasoning for getting them replaced or services to be done on them. I could click on each picture to get a zoomed in look at it with circles/arrows overlayed on the picture for help pin-point the problem area. I called back the shop and after I told that I had ordered a new set of tires, the shop asked me to hold-off on some of the services they had recommended in their email (again with their reasoning for why to NOT do it immediately). With their transparency and quality of service, Stress Free Auto team have earned themselves a loyal customer that will highly recommend them to friends and family around town.
Absolutely a pleasure having my 2016 Nissan Rogue serviced here. A regular oil change and a complaint about rattling while braking was taken care of within half a day. Brakes needed replacement. Communication was clear and concise. No confusion. Pricing was transparent. No pressure to absolutely have all suggested jobs done. Shout out to Tae for making the experience smooth. This will be my goto for all future car servicing needs.

Stress Free was truly stress free for me. I needed an oil change on short notice before a road trip, so I called them that morning and they were able to service my car the same afternoon. Tae is very knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. The courtesy inspection was very helpful as well, and I look forward to bring my car in for regular maintenance!
Very efficient service. They update you at every step of diagnostics, so you can make arrangements accordingly. They are definitely a premium service. Go for it if you want hassle free service. Very patient to help you understand what's happening, and what services are required in order to fix the vehicle. I got my battery changed. Felt little pricey. You'd get a better price just for the battery, but again you need to find someone to help you fix the battery in case you decide to buy elsewhere
thorough in service & diagnostics and you pay for what you came for! they text updates when work starts and ends. if you do want any extra work, they give you the estimates on your receipt. friendly staff.
only knocked off a star because when you book the appointment online, you set up a drop and pick up time. if they didnt ask for a pick up, time it would've been fine. i set a pick up for 1pm but thats when they started the work. i get it, there were other cars ahead and i booked last minute, but an update of delay would've been nice

Very quick service and helped with pointing out other crucial problems as well. People are genuine and don’t put you through the usual dealership marketing gimmicky experience. Inspection was on-point. Nothing unnecessary was suggested. Oil change took me 30 minutes, staff is polite and explains everything well.
