  Their parts department is a complete ripoff, buy genuine parts online and pay about 1/4 the price. You might have to wait a few days for shipping but it’s worth the wait

  They got mad because I canceled my purchase because they tried to sell me the car they wanted to sell and not what I wanted . First, they give me a price, and then they say I didn't qualify for that one, so I cancel my purchase . After I left, I found out they ran my credit 20 times just to mess up my credit for canceling my purchase . Don't ever buy cars there, and if you do, make sure they don't run your credit more than once .

  Professional liars. If you get an offer from them for your car using CarGurus, they will lowball you once you get there. I got an offer for 45k for my car, then once there they offered 36k. Don't waste your time. Look somewhere else.
