Excellent customer service. The Operations Manager was extremely responsive, pick up was scheduled promptly, and the on site team was on time, courteous, and professional.
I'm moving back to Taiwan so today I brought some old PCs, and lot of different wires/cords, also some old game consoles, they pickup whatever I brought, and they are very friendly and nice, I'll recommend this place for everyone.
Very convenient and efficient drop-off location for e-waste. They came to my vehicle and unloaded the items. Please note that there is a fee for bulbs ($3 each), batteries ($1/lb) and smoke detectors($15 each). No charge for electronic items.
It's a medium sized warehouse for electronic recycling and waste for laptops, computers, tablets and other electronics waste including large screen TVs.
The staff will unload the heavy electronics and help you with the signature. Funny further to bring an ID to use the facility.
Really efficient and easy drop-off location for e-waste! I brought a bin of various computer and audio parts, game consoles, and cables to dispose of. As soon as I parked, friendly and professional staff immediately came over to help me unload the bin from my trunk. I had to pay a $5 fee to dispose of one set of small speakers; the cost was mentioned in their list of accepted items on the website so there were no surprises there. I would definitely come back for this convenient e-waste recycling service next time.

Owner and staff took care of me at this place. I had to recycle a large bulk of electric office supplies. They explained to me what to bring and how to bring the electronic supplies to their office. Each step was explained in detail including the costs. Thank you!
I emailed William on 4/20 and by days end we had scheduled the appointment for them to come pick up a substantial bit of e-waste including a large banner printer. The were timely and professional. The entire process took about 20 minutes including payment. The price is fair for the last minute and quick turn around. They picked up the waste on Monday and today, Tuesday, we already have our Certificates of Destruction for our hard drives. Highly recommend this company!
Very fast, easy & friendly! Removed the hard drives from multiple PCs in front of me. Then I watched as they they shredded them. Very secure. Highly recommended.

I drop a good-sized box of e-waste with them other year (old phones, leftover parts from computer upgrades, old micro-USB cables, etc). I'm glad there's a place to dispose of my electronic waste where it doesn't all end up in a landfill. Pre-COVID-19 someone friendly always unloaded the box from my car for me, even. These guys are great.
Also wanted to add stars to further counteract the 1-star reviewer who was displeased about having to pay $10 to dispose of a microwave--their website has lists of items they accept for free (GREEN), items they charge [a reasonable price] for (ORANGE), and items they do not accept (RED).
I made an appointment with them to pickup a bunch of computer and electronic ewaste. They were on time, friendly, courteous and very concerned for my satisfaction. And I was very satisfied! I would highly recommend them!
I just dropped off some laptops and other e waste. The staff at Green eWaste was very helpful and removed the hard drives for proper erasure and disposal. There was a $10 fee for this service, but I appreciated the service. It was all very helpful and easy. thank you.
