Had a drained battery and was almost end of the day and businesses were closing. Called in wondering if I could get it towed to the dealership and Scott was super receptive. Offered great advice, came by to jump start the car and even made sure I made it to a local garage where the problem could be fixed.

Scott and team are awesome! I was in a bind and called them for a quote as well as service. I was quoted 30 mins and they knew exactly which gas station I was stuck at. Scott brought in a flat bed as my car is an AWD. Before any towing took place, he jumped my car. I was able to drive to my mechanic shop and get it taken care of. They also called me back when they never got my text on location for pick up and drop off. Turns out I texted my mechanic instead of them. Appreciate they followed up and didn’t leave me hanging. Call/text Economy Tow for future needs.
His service was exceptional, we needed a towing truck on a Saturday night around 9 am, he arrived fast and was very polite and helped us to bring our car home, he even gave us a ride to our home, we couldn't be more satisfied with his service.

They for sure have the best affordable tows in the Milpitas area. I have progressive which you would think is one of the cheapest insurances to get but the tow they offered was more expensive then Economy tows quote and I forgot his name but the driver was very friendly as well :)
Amazing service, professional and prompt response! I called Scott for local towing service and he answered on the first ring. He confirmed the location and was at my house within 20 min. Great service and and helpful. When in a place you don't know anyone it's nice to know you can get great service with honest company , that could of easily taken advantage of your situation.
First , I appreciate how quick ANDREW was to arrive to the seen , also was very quick on getting the vehicle out and off the freeway . Also let us hitch a ride back to the yard so we can be picked up by an uber . Very personable and all around great customer service . And even in a tragic event , still somehow got me to laugh and smile even though my Audi was completely wrecked . Thanks again Andrew for helping us out in a time of need.
Writing a review for the service that I’ve received for the first time I’ve ever got my car towed by this company. THIS PARAGRAPH WON’T DO JUSTICE!!! I happened to be one of the most annoying people this company could have on this day blowing up the phone with a bunch of calls with whole bunch of questions all in one day. Scott didn’t give up on me in 4-5 calls but multiple. He helped in every way possible and I truly can’t even describe it in a paragraph. Although the payment cost me leg and a arm BUT it could’ve been worse. Scott, I’ve told you this in person and am letting you know on this little review so everyone can see that its the little things that matters and you showed that today. The way you helped me today has been nothing but another way to witness the goodness of the one and only that we serve. So thank you for what you do and what you continue to do and I hope you be blessed ten times fold by the community that you serve. The service you provided today did not disappoint and I disagree with anyone that says otherwise.
Scott can't seem to get his policies in order. A policy is in writing. When asked to provide the said policy, he couldn't produce it. Guy can't keep his "policies" in order. Avoid at all costs, don't give him your business any longer than you need to. Again, avoid doing business here. Happy to provide more context to provide the reason behind my review.
Got a flat tire on the freeway and economy tow came through with the rescue! They were honest, reasonable, and super accommodating. Andrew did a great job and got it done fast thank you Andrew and economy tow! I will definitely call you guys again but hopefully not anytime soon.
