Rip off! They quoted me & when they arrived they charged over $100 more than what they told me & also, i asked them prior to making the appointment if i can pay after the car is delivered & they said yes.. but when the tow guy arrived, he said pay up front & with that $100+ extra. I was making the arrangements for a family member of mine but when this place got to my family member, thats when what they told me up front completely changed
I called at 2:48 to schedule a tow, waited about an hour and a half and then called them. The lady put me on hold or 10 mins. I hung up and called back and I was on hold for another 10 mins. Not once did she come back on the line to tell me to continue to hold because she was waiting for a response back from dispatch. Now when I call, I get put on hold immediately. I am 0.8 miles away from this towing company. How is this business still operational? I would definitely recommend this company if you have plenty of time on your hands and you don’t mind poor communication.
Quoted a price of $225 an hour minimum 2 hours, a different tow company showed up and tried to charge me $1800. We talked them down to $800 and they asked us to sort out the difference with P&P.
P&P has not be helpful at all, after 2 weeks of attempting to get in contact with someone in charge and being told that no one was available I am giving up on the $350 over charge and hoping this review will save someone the trouble and money I went through.
I needed a tow when my battery died. I called Martin with PNP Towing (They also own Toro Road Runners) arrived promptly and was very nice to work with. I immedietly felt taken care of! Very happy with this towing service!
Tow truck never came after 2+ hrs and they charged me $45 for canceling. I kept calling and they kept quoting me 20-25 minutes.
I first called, had a driver coming then had to reschedule for the next day because I lost access to my garage. I quickly gain access to my garage so called them back and that's when the 2+ hr wait started. I asked the phone operator to remove the charge because they never came and she said no.
I recieved best roadside service from here today. I needed a jumstart for my box truck. They told me I have to wait for 30 minutes. But their guy was there in like 15 minutes. He gave me so much info about my truck that I never knew. I am so thankful for that guy because my driver had to go to work after that and I was in hurry.
After getting stuck on the road on a rainy Valentine's day, I am extremely grateful to have found this company. Thank you so much Guy and Nicole! Guy was quick, friendly, professional and arrived earlier than scheduled. Nicole was absolutely amazing during the entire process in this difficult time after two other tow companies cancelled on me due to "bad weather conditions". I can't rave enough about her excellent customer service. I now have a go to company if I ever need roadside rescue.
The review concerns the phone customer service. Awful, disrespectful. I called for a jump start, they told me to wait about 20min for the car to come. After giving my credit card information, they say there’s a $50 cancellation fee (smart...). I call after 35min, the lady says she is checking and, oh coincidence, the driver just called at the same time. First lie, corroborated later. I say “oh, what a coincidence” and she smiles like saying “stupid customers, they believe our default answer all the time”. Finally The driver arrives after 1h5min, which I spent waiting under the rain. Luckily he was good and respectful, but he is a contractor. P&P Towing is just an intermediary, doesn’t care about the customer or the contractor. Avoid at any cost, or you’ll be lied.

I called a couple of company's and P&P had the best price. Dispatch service was amazing and fast about getting all the information and getting the a driver to me in such a short time. The experience i had with them was great.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nomi. I'm sure I have the spelling wrong but, he was fantastic! Sweet, caring and helpful beyond all measures. The truck he picked me up in was nice, clean and comfortable. On top of that I payed $75 less than quoted by other towing companies, and $15 less than originally quoted by the P&P initially. 10 out of 10 in my book. I only wish they ran a taxi service now! :)
The service is great. Guy and Jay were very timely and efficient. They got me and my car towed from SF to Marin during rush hour traffic with ease. They're also very kind and accommodating. I definitely recommend their services.
