Very rude man unprofessional trying to drive my truck up on the back of his spinning the wheels smoking my tires and then after he gets it loaded he tells me I can't ride with him he left me on the street and drove with my phone so I had to walk and it was hot I will never have any dealing that towing service again he did not know that I drove a tow truck for 40 years the winch on the back of his truck is for pulling vehicle on the truck I should make him pay for my tire

Illegally towed car. Should be investigated like other towing company in news. the women at the front was rude since they responded here and tried to get some driver to intimidate me when i asked questions. I like how they respond saying they're confident that the tow was illegal yet have no records. great assumption. I'll post the illegal invalid parking signage that did not have a valid permit and looked like an 8 year old wrote. Thanks Nibbi brothers and B&A for the illegal tow and illegal signage, not to mention just like the response below nobody cared--except to take my money. thank you
solid guys, dispatch was great and respectful and got their guys to my car in literally 20 minutes i was shocked how fast they were. I had a medical appointment didnt have the exact address only i knew it was on post street by the UCSF medical canter the driver waited 15 min and i compensated for his time but he was kind of pissed lol (i would be too) in the past tows have taken over 3 hours so i did not think they would get to me in the speed of an uber lol. Erick was a little pressed i delayed him but a good sport about it. I paid extra since he waited and left a 25$ tip on top of the charge so he could grab some lunch and a drink. On the way in the sf i ruptured a power steering line on my BMW and they got me towed to the shop. I was on an incline on the initial breakdown so i couldn't see what was going on but it was just a 100$ line connected by two bolts.I could have fixed it by myself but was already at the shop lol so i paid to have the BMW shop throw it on and will be back yo grab my BEEM.
Not sure what all the 1 star reviews are about most likely broke people with zero savings who have no money for the simplest of expenses living on credit cards and Mad that this company has to profit and make money to be in service. less than 200$ and they got me to the shop in less than an hr highly recommended! thanks B AND A!
B&A Towing Came through to help with a flat tire after a Giants game. Very fast service, only waited 20 minutes at 10pm on a busy Saturday night, and good price too! Very thankful Erick was able to help me and my family get on our way home
The Tow driver John is the best! And these guys are actually 24hrs. I called many companies and none of them answered. I needed a tow at 2AM. My Tesla died only two blocks from the charger station. From the time of request, only took about 30min. John called before he arrived, letting me know he’s on the way. He was extremely friendly and helpful when he arrived and had my car on the truck very fast. It was very late and I was exhausted, but he showed up with a lot of energy and got the job done. No damage to my car and for his work done, I’d rate 10/10. Although I feel it was slightly overpriced compared to the average, I can’t really complain because insurance paid. And ultimately, the customer service and efficiency from John, made it feel worth the money. So when I need a tow, I’ll remember these guys. They also worked with my insurance over the phone so everything was just simple. If you charge a higher price, you need the service to back it up. Good job John. Good job

These people are scam artists! They illegally towed my car from private property, they had no permission to be on the property. Then they charged me $697, when they had my car for less than 16 hours. This place is a scam, they have a sign on the wall that says after 3 days they will put your car up for auction. They are rude and disrespectful. The tow truck driver broke their contract, and towed a car without permission from property Management. They then extorted money, from a single mother, who pays $350 a month for that parking spot. They did not verify with property Management before they towed the car, which is in a complete breach of contract. They would not admit their mistake, and then charge my credit card another $300. The whole thing has been a mess, shame on this company!!!!!!

This place has the most unfriendly, and most unhelpful person I have spoken to in a long time answering their phones. My car, which still wasn't completely owned by me as I was still making payments, was destroyed without notice, or removing any of the items of extreme sentimental value from it.Despite me treating the man I was speaking to like a gentleman he was clearly not, he started yelling and cussing at me because I asked him to clarify a question he said that he had already answered. After cursing at me and slamming the phone down I was completely dumbfounded. Absolutely no respect, or even understanding to someone who lost a $20,000 vehicle, with extremely sentimental items that supposedly they said they destroyed along with the car. I understand that his job must be stressful as a lot of people probably are frustrated and take it out on him, but me knowing this I tried treating him with the same compassion and respect I expected from him, and I certainly did not get it. So, beware when calling that even if you try being polite and courteous you most likely will not receive the same back. Bottom line B and A towing, you need to do better.
Received amazing service in a very stressful situation. Bob was very helpful and understanding over the phone. Carlos arrived and was able to open my car in seconds upon arrival with a smile on his face. I feel very lucky coming across their services. Highly recommended.
Terrifying experience…. I asked them to help jump start the car. During the work, they dropped a screwer in my engine. I think It’s pretty dangerous to drive and wanted to discuss what’s the best way to take the screwer out, but the guy was very aggressive and just want to take the money and leave. I said please help me take that thing out, and they refused and forcefully entered my car while I seat in the drivers seat (my car still can’t be started), and robbed the rest of screwers(which is my belongs) from me, and threatened to tow away my car, and left.
In the entire process, the guy keep cursing me. It’s a horrible and terrifying experience. I would never want to go though.
Btw, they charge $120 for jump start, while the other companies charge $80/85

Amazing service, got stuck in mud and Jesus from SF helped me get out and take the mud off my tires. Very respectful, quick to arrive, and efficient. He cared to make sure I was safe enough to drive. They hired the right guy for the job!
Lifesavers. We waited nearly 5-hours for AAA to try to figure out how to get a car out of the 5th and Mission garage which has low overhead clearance. They never sorted it out. Called B&A, they immediately knew the situation in the garage and within 10-minutes arranged for a truck which arrived in the specified 30-40 minute window. The driver was a total pro too, amazing to see him in action in the tight confines of the garage. Thank you!
Amazing over the top experience. Very helpful in every way. He spoke to the AAA contracted tow company to ensure they understood my location. In addition he allowed me to use his phone charger since I had very little juice left.

Lost my trust. They will say the truck will get there sooner than it does just to get your business. The driver Antonio was nice, but the person on the phone and the manager ran me around the block for 90 minutes.

I had a blowout on the side of highway 1 today. Was waiting for AAA when Jesus came by and offer to help since I was in a high traffic area. He called his partner to help block traffic and make it safe, then swapped out the spare for me. He then refused to take a tip for helping me. Thank you very much for your great service and all the help getting me out of a bad situation.

I am very grateful for B & A's service. After my car was incapacitated, they came to give me a tow. Rather than simply towing, they checked under the hood and saw that the gearshift cable was disconnected. He was able to reconnect the cable and get the car running so I could bring it to a shop! Highly recommend!
Called around 1130pm, gave me price and 30 minute response time. Got there took care of lockout. Had called 4 other tow/roadside with no answer or call back. Late hours are tough I get it but for San Francisco, after hours should be after 4am. Thanks for being available and best to your family business.

Bob gave me "5 STAR SERVICE!" The B&A Towing price was very reasonable. I called at least- 15/20 places before contacting B&A Tow.
The people, who picked the telephone @ the tow truck service companies were: quite rude, impolite, and they didn't "have the time of day for me!"
The prices, which I were quoted- for an EXTREMELY SHORT TOW- 3 1/2 blocks, were absolutely & outrageously expensive! They were definitely taking advantage of me- in this situation, & were PRICE GOUGING.
Unfortunately, I have to move my Honda, from one repair place to another. I went over to the place - @ around 10:40 a.m. this morning. I needed to pay off my balance, & more importantly get possession of my car back.
I had called on Monday 3.20.17 @ 4:50 pm. We agreed on a "1/2 Hour- Open Pick Up Tow Window." I spoke with "BOB" the tow truck driver, on Tuesday 3/21/2017 @ 11:23 am. Bob said, he was going to be there in 5 minutes. He was at the place in EXACTLY 5 minutes! Unbelievable!!!
