No, I know sometimes automobile places have a reputation of trying to take advantage of their customers, but O’Reilly auto parts was very helpful and guided me through the process.

I rented a tool from orielys in Richmond but I work a lot was unable to return it until a week later. I called a random oriely's and asked if I can get a refund still. They said bring it in it's fine. So I called this store they told me the same thing on the phone. I got there and they said they won't return it and maybe try the richmond store. So after driving all the way over there after they agreed to return still shut it down. Pretty irritating I will never go to this store again. This is not the first problem I've had with this store.
They had 6 people at the cashier’s counter talking and no interest in helping the customer. I waited for 5 minutes one cashier helped one customer paying cash which took 2 minutes for one item when she was done she just walked away to talk with the other employees. I just put what I needed down and left. Wow!!
Oreilly auto parts is awesome. The work i do allows me to utelize them often. Almost any part you need they have and if they dont they can source it. Highly recommended.
Called this store since the other one refuses to answer their phone and closed early. This store also appears to close earlier than what their website shows and their employees simply don't answer their phones.
Really angry with this store, and bought the same item 2 times, in different years. The last one was 2 weeks ago, I went back to the store with the receipt to get another one, or to get my money back. the 2 times has been the same answer. Contact the manufacturer and complain to him ????????????????. the part did not fulfill what it was made for. I told you to give me another one and you return it to the manufacturer. they completely refused.

Nice but small. The cashier is also a parts clerk and they are always busy in the back counter. Especially if you are buying something that has nothing to do with parts.
Do not buy winter tire chains from here. They break in first use and the managers don't honor the warranty. Spent over $180 for useless product. I even got someone at the ski resort the put it on for my car.
The people were nice to attend me but the lack of personal I had to help myself serve to take out my battery and bring my old one in the place I even got hurt on my arm carrying the battery in the OReily auto parts
When this store didn't have an authorized person available onsite who could remove my car battery, they called another O'Reilly's nearby and asked if they would be able to assist me. Yes! Great customer service experience and greatly appreciated. By relaying me to another store, they kept my business with O'Reilly's and won my loyalty. Thank you!
Not the best O'Reilly's by a long shot. It's not the staff's fault, they are more competent and knowledgeable the many other locations. The terrible selection is their downfall. Possibly due to the neighborhood and theft, not sure. Whatever it is, they have virtually nothing on the shelves which makes It look like they are a week away from going out of business.
I almost bought the wrong Coolant. They made sure I had the RIGHT one for MY Car's Model and Year. Staff is not only [always] helpful with their Automotive experience, they are very friendly as well. Thats why OReilly is my Auto Parts Store.
The most unprofessional stuff. Very rude, I never experienced this kind of service. Lady with glasses (latino) screamed at me in front of people & i guess she is the manager. I usually go to autozone. But Oreily they always advertise on youtube, I thought I should try. I will never come back to Oreily.
They are just fine if you need stuff today, if I can wait I buy online. A little bit fussy to turn in oil but they do take it and they give you $10 for batteries :-)
The Lady manager recommended using Cataclean to clean my catalytic converters on my ‘13 Lincoln Navigator, but I bought it in order to clean my Oxygen sensors and get rid of the engine lights. Amazing it did really work and I saved myself $400.

I have advice for all customer don’t buy any thing from here before the price with other company.

For example
I used to buy Mobil 1 oil from her with $43 after I checked the prices with other store I found same oil with Walmart $22 it’s almost 50% deferent
Also the I asked the store manager to match the price they refuse to match the price
Went with my friend on 11/26 to help him buy and install a new car battery. They gave him the wrong one which resulted in one of the main fuses blowing. On 11/27 Marlena,with a condescending tone, stated that it "sounds like an installation error." Wow. Thanks Marlena. No apology, no nothing, just attitude. This store is terrible. They had a huge line and there's staff screwing around doing nothing. Avoid going here if possible.
Staff is rude, and lack basic knowledge. Could also hear staff degrading customers in Spanish from the back. Extremely unprofessional. Flor Duarte was the manager.
