I feel very fortunate that State Farm directed us to Fix It Folsom for a repair. The service and repair were OUTSTANDING. I’ve dealt with one other body repair shop previously and FIX IT FOLSOM was head and shoulders above that experience. Mark took us through the work that needed to be done. He carefully inspected the damage and pointed out that the rear passenger door also needed to be replaced. I had glossed over that in my assessment. Once he pointed it out, it was clear to me he was the expert, not me. I would not hesitate to recommend Fix It Folsom to any person in need of body work for their car. The Fix It crew paid attention to detail and facilitated the pick up and return of our rental car. That was really nice of them. Fix It completed the repair in the timeframe the said it would take. Mark and his office mate were personable and competent. Qualities I value highly. The coffee in the office was good too. They deserve every star of the five star rating. I hope I don’t end up in the Fix It office again but if I am involved in another collision, that’s where I will head.

The guys at Fix Auto are outstanding! They explain everything to you, they work directly with your insurance company, State Farm in my case, and they even help with the rental car on both ends. My friend used them for his Honda Passport repairs so I used them for my Toyota Avalon repairs. Excellent work and awesome professionalism!
I’ve had my 2nd hit & run in a year. San Francisco, you really push me sometimes. Fix Auto on Folsom were able to make this as painless as possible! Not only did they get the repair done in record time, they were able to explain a couple problems I’ve had with my car, based on what they found when they took it apart. And it came back SO PRETTY! They cleaned the hell out of it, and made me feel so much better about the whole situation. I hate having to deal with claims insurance, and they made it easy. I’ll only work with them for any body work!
Great experience with Fix Auto. Originally wanted to go to my own shop for repairs but figured I would try a shop that was already vetted by the other party’s insurance company. The team at Fix Auto took care of me. I called to schedule an estimate appointment and arrived received a quote in about 30 Mins. Scheduled the repair for the next day and they communicated with the insurance company the whole time. I did. It have to do any of the lifting. Would definitely go back if I needed future repairs. Insurance or not. Customer service is top notch!

Stolen car was towed to FA for estimate by insurance company. I visited to verify pre-existing issues. Staff was polite & efficient, and provided estimate to insurance by next working day.
Service Representative Mark Onias was very helpful explaining the process with insurance company and how the shop was planning on how to repair the fender damages. He took care of the everything and worked closely with the insurance company.
This is the second time I’ve had repairs done with fix auto. Both times they were thorough, professional, explaining everything as we went through the process. Their knowledge of cars and auto bodywork is beyond compare. I’m extremely satisfied with the work they have done, and the way they did it!
Fix It Auto did a fantastic job with my car. My car was stolen and left to sit for a month before being recovered. Both the inside and outside were completely trashed. When I got it back from Fix It Auto it looked good as new and everything seems to work great. They gave me updates regularly on the cars progress and were very friendly. 10/10 recommend
My car had been hit while parked on the side of the street and had significant damage to the rear bumper and rear wheel. The guys at fix auto did a great job of diagnosing all of the issues with my car and made sure I stayed informed during the process. It took about two weeks from when my car was towed to Fix Auto to when I got it back and my car has been running great since. I highly recommend!
We had an unlucky streak a couple years ago. My wife's minivan had sideswipe damage, my truck was involved in a fender bender, and then a year later, it was struck while parked. FixIt made the repairs quickly and perfectly for both vehicles. Their paint matched and the panel seams lined up nicely. The vehicles looked "like new." Fast forward to last month when we bought a new vehicle. The manufacturer had crappy quality control and one of the rear doors just didn't align with the quarter panel nor close properly. I refused to let the dealer handle the fix since they said it could take up to a week. I brought it to FixIt and within just a few minutes, they had the door aligned! They're my go-to body shop from now on. Highly recommend!

I received great service from start to finish. My back glass was completely, and I needed a repair quick. They were able to squeeze me in and fixed my window quickly. They handled all the insurance work smoothly, which made my life very easy. There were some issues with suppliers (not Fix Auto Folsoms fault), and they kept me informed promptly with updates. They cleaned all the class out of the car, and fixed the glass expertly. 10/10 experience, everyone was friendly and nice. I recieved my car washed and vacuumed, and it was in better condition than even before my glass was smashed! Will recommend.
Fix Auto always does a great job, they have great communication about the progress of your vehicles repair. Plus I got to leave my rental car at the body shop once my car was ready for pick up. They handled the rental car drop off, one less thing for me to do!
We got great service from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They let us know as soon as our car was ready, and the service was fast. They did beautiful work on the body of the car. I would recommend them 100%! They also vacuumed and washed the car!!! I know nothing about how these things are priced, so I can’t comment on that. I went through my insurance.
Had a very accommodating experience with Fix Auto Folsom. Insurance would not fix my car up and I was still able to work out a repair with them. Mark was my main contact and he was doing everything in his power to ensure I walked out a happy customer. 5 ⭐ thanks guys.
After talking to my insurance company they asked me to get an estimate from a preferred provider. Was told it would only take about 15 min, it took 45 min. After receiving the estimate they asked if I wanted to book an appointment. When I said no, they sent the estimate to my insurance company that was about $800 less than the estimate they printed out for me at the shop. When I called to ask them why they sent the insurance company a lower estimate I was told because I chose not to have the work done there they revised the estimate to reflect a lower cost aftermarket part not a genuine BMW which they would use. So now my estimate reflects lower price than if I got the work done there. Not trustworthy!!!!
Great service all around. Car looks immaculate now. They did a great job with the fix. Paint is perfect. They’re very knowledgeable, professional, and customer focused. They’re very easy to work with and handled everything with my insurance so the process was seamless. They also were able to make the repair quickly and on time. I would highly recommend them.

I am so happy with my experience!! It’s overwhelmingly stressful to deal with insurance / car accident repairs as is, but Josh, Mark, and the entire Fix Auto Folsom team were amazing and easy to work with. I was anxious to get my RAV4 repairs done after getting rear-ended a few weeks prior. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they seamlessly coordinated with Fix Auto to complete the repairs. The entire team provided excellent customer service - they provided an accurate estimate of the repairs the day I brought my car in, dropped off my car just two days after, and my car was fixed back to its original state within just 1 week! Throughout this entire process they were transparent and maintained consistent communication. Beyond grateful for Fix Auto Folsom for coming to my car’s rescue!!
unprofessional! Car repair outside! Made the interior of my car filthy! Maintenance date is long! After procrastination and procrastination, some parts have not been repaired well, and there are many traces of glue! a mess
