It is our fault for our car getting towed. But when we simply asked for what liability insurance they were working with just so we have the legal documents should anything happens. Nancy immediately said we were accusing them doing something illegal in which was never brought up.
At the end of the day, nobody wanted to be here on a Sunday noon nor nobody is being difficult. We understand private business can do what you want or treat your customers how you want, but it speaks a lot at the end of day how you treat a customer when they are asking for the information they deserve in a professional way.
I had just bought a car only had it for 2mo and for the time i had it this tow truck was all ways around looking at this car we're i live every day i come home i cont park my car without them putting a tad on it so when I came out to get it my car I was towed and now i don't see it around here anymore it's a scam so they can get a car that they can sell security guard that works in our complex in the tow truck drivers is family that's what happened to me Golden gate toll is what stole my car so if you have a nice looking car don't trust me if you see a tow truck keep running around by your car watch out cuz they want it so they can get it and steal it
I have roadside assistance through my insurance company, GEICO. It took GEICO 5 times to get it right! They should have called Golden Gate Tow first! Milton was able to hook up and pull my car out safely, quickly and without hesitation from my apartment building garage area. Next time I'm not going to give GEICO 4 chances, Golden Gate Tow will be who I tell them to call! Right guy, right truck, job well done!
The Hispanic gentleman at the front desk was unprofessional on the phone and displayed a poor attitude in person. It appears that their policy may be to keep vehicles for as long as possible in order to increase revenue through storage charges and unnecessary fees. I recommend documenting everything thoroughly before leaving the garage.
Requested a tow and the tow truck driver sped around our block and took off without our car. Called dispatch and they have no idea how to reach the driver. 2hrs later still nothing. Bizarre experience.
Today we were towed. I asked about the San Francisco discount for first time ever being towed as well as the EBT welfare discount. I was lied to until that they were privately owned. I’m definitely going to look into this.
Porfirio came out to tow us after road side assistance said our spare tire didn’t fit on our car. He thought that sounded weird so he checked and turns out the spare did in fact fit. it was flat so he pumped it and saved us from having to get a towed! 10/10
I had a problem starting my acomulator. I called this company. An employee arrived who did not know where to connect the cable. I called my boss. . Then he said I do not know how to solve this problem. I have a new kia sportage. After that, I had to pay $75 for the call. Disgusting company. The next day, I called another company. Which solved my problem in 5 minutes. Thanks to them.
These people and institution are the worst people ever they want to take more money
we called them and asked the car they told no we don’t have because they want to make the time late to charge more hourly rate and couple mins later our building called them they open the call and told yes the car we have they are lying to charge more before 5pm the did not open the call and wait to make the time after 5 pm and charge $200 more thief people

Total scammers. These people are the worst; totally rude, extortionists. Towed my car from an accident, refused to tell me where it was towed, until I payed 800.00 to pick up my totalled car, with threats to sue me. I had to wait hours before they would even tell me where my car was.
Towed my car illegally twice from my paid private parking lot. The owner wants to keep your car and make it as difficult as possible for anyone to pick it up.
They towed my vehicle from a private parking location without permission. Did not inform the police department for over 4 hours. Only way I found my truck is I had an air tag in it! The are complete SCAMMERS, just go look where their office is...better yet go to the back to see all the shady business they run out of the back.

I put my light to change lanes and this Tow truck driver stepped on the gas and don't let me move to my left lane. Very rude man He doesn't really care about safety it all.

The dispatcher who answered the phone was professional and clear, and called back to make sure the tow truck found me. Ramon (the driver) was also professional and got me into my locked car quickly.
It’s a Sunday. I asked them to jump start my car. They told it it will be 90 minutes wait, but they showed up in one hour. Fair price. Timely service. The guy was super friendly. After he started the car, he waited for 10minutes, and tested and verified it’s working before charging me.

Lady on the phone was very nice , she said someone would be there to help us in 45 minutes but they arrived in less! Which we greatly appreciated! The towing man was very nice and professional he even parked the car the way we wanted which we recognize took a few more minutes but he didn’t seem to mind. All in all great service I would recommend this place 10/10. Thank you!

Legit scammers . They work Sunday and Saturday and will charge you additional 155 $ if u want to pick it up during weekend . Money out of nowhere ! They said come Monday pay 50 $ least Idk how it cant be real .
Ok, my car got towed, my fault, but do not damage my car, I’m paying for it. When I asked why they had to do it, answer “ it’s life” I work in the hospital I know what life is.
They don’t care about your car.
I contacted them through my insurance company and all the costs were covered. They scheduled a towing service but wanted me to pay for it even tho my insurance is covering the costs. Insurance company contacted them and they immediately cancelled the service due to their truck broken down. They are master of scamming and extra pricing. NEVER USE THEM
After 3 hours of being told different arrival times, the person I was talking with cancelled the service over an inability to do their job. I recommend looking for anyone else, these people will make you regret owning a car.
These guys are trustworthy. You always hear horror stories about tow companies, either not showing up or overcharging. These guys helped me out when I was stranded on the side of the road. My transmission failed and it was dark and I was scared. I called for help and they were there within 20 minutes. They didn't overcharge me. The fee was reasonable and I was able to ride in the cab with the tow driver to the tow yard for a friend to come pick me up. The tow driver was kind and waited with me since it was dark out until my friend arrived which took nearly 30 minutes. These are reliable and caring drivers.
