Really like using the online ordering. And MUCH prefer this location than the Skyline Plaza one, The Skyline location made me feel like an interloper, as opposed to the Westborough one where I felt welcomed.
This spot is a hidden gem. I got the light (CE) on the freeway, I pulled off into this neighborhood and there it was.
I am so used to just regular service, long waits and rude car people to make me feel inadequate…
BUT, I was in luck. They came out with me, talked and plugged it and got the reading.
Gave me tips,tricks and advice on repair work and printout. I appreciate these folks so much.
I stopped by for a quart of oil. A youngish kid was happy to help. During our conversation Fred had been listening and was quick to look-up the type of oild the car uses. He suggested the type of oil my car took and look up the weight my car needed. He was very courteous and patient. He even helped me by putting it in the car himself. During these times of people wanting to do the bare minimum, it was refreshing to get the type of customer service at the level of days gone by.
Today Sept 03/22, I went to O'reilly auto parts in Callan Blvd, south san Francisco, I was helped by Godofredo Employee #539795, I bought 2 windshield wipers, which they advertise they will install free. So I bought 2, there were 2 cashiers and there was only 3 customer. Since I bought 2 windshield wipers, I asked Godofredo nice to install my wiper as advertised, his reason was they don't have the time because they were busy and I said their only 3 customers here, why did you install my wiper and the other cashier takes care. He refused, He refused, he really refused because they are only 2 cashiers and no one to take take care of the customer, which I am also a customer. Anyway, so I asked to refund my money because Godofredo #539795, refused to install because no one is going to take care of another customer there was only 3 customer and 2 cashiers. Bad customer services, False advertising (Free Installed). Bad customer service.
I love this store because not only is the closest to were I life but also very clean, organize and friendly crew that can help you find what you looking for and even when you on the budget they still willing to go a little further and provide a solution to get the your project done.....thank you Melissa and the rest of the friendly crew for helping the rest of the community getting their weekdays daily or weekends projects back on the road.
I really like this place. The people that work here are friendly and courteous. They are very helpful when it comes to getting the right part for your vehicle.

I called today at 3:40pm to ask about my online order that i placed several hours before. It was a woman that picked up the phone. She was RUDE. i mean, RUDE. Mind you, i was pretty calm (no idea why she got worked up)I was about to ask her if she was okay , bevause the TONE she had in her voice. But i didnt care to ask, because i just wanted to know if my order were ready since i was about to get off of work soon to pick it up on the way. She then hung up the phone.
I got there after 4pm, and I'm glad it wasnt her at the customer service. It was this other guy who seem really nice, had a good attitude. I turned around and there she was, stocking shelves. Shes the one with dark hair.
Ok I'm not into this whole review things...but I gotta do it for Melissa she deserves it since she would not take my father's tip and said the that getting to enjoy the good vibes was more than enough. I was honestly baffled in more than one way. My father an 81 year old man will wait whatever the amount of time is just to have her help him he will not have it any other way. Best service You can get is from this girl, always smiling even through the mask, well spoken great attitude a real doll. She helps my father from beginning to end including carry out to the car...she makes sure he has his vet discount even when he forgets. She just brings a certain harmony to the store I am very appreciative I'm sure she has no idea the impression she has imprinted. If you want genuine great service see Melissa she doesn't know any other way. I have to say the staff in general here are reason we come to this store, you feel good coming here very welcome. Well thanks hope the boss sees this.
I recently purchased my new set of floor jack and jack stands included and a lot of other oil changing products which was a good deal for me since I will be doing my very first oil change by myself! The staff are very helpful, friendly, and they are more than happy to help you search products that you need. 5/5 stars!
Its weird when you are asked for your ID in exchange for a screw driver to put on the two lamps you just bought from the store, I wonder what this is ignorant procedure is approved by the company, always been an oriely customer, never been asked for that !!!!!
Good selection of car needs. Went there to get some brake fluids....they have a pretty good selections of motor oils. Staff is very helpful when asked.
The 2 lady's in there were super helpful! I had the wrong oil filter on my car. I was going in to get the wrong one again but she knew that it was the wrong one I had. The other girl was also very helpful dumping out my oil and even cleaned up my old oil pan for me.

Horrible customer service. They don't accept any returns, even though Trevor explicitly told me that if i didn't use the item i could return it. That's $110 gone. They pointed to my receipt saying that it says "no warranty" - how warranty has any relevance to return, i dont know. Besides, once it's on the receipt, that means i have already paid for it. What's the point of putting it on the receipt, something that is provided to someone POST PURCHASE?
Just stopped by to get new wiper blades for both my cars. They rock! Got in and out in 10 minutes and no fuss. Guys are good, store clean, and ok be back.
This store is very clean and not as busy as the other O’Reilly stores near me. I like coming here for this reason. My most recent experience here was extremely positive. The guy at the counter helped me get all the parts I needed for the project I am working on. The guy was polite and very informative regarding the best parts to get. He also went out his way to gather these parts for me.
Very friendly service. Knowledgeable as well. Clean store. Just off Skyline Blvd in South San Francisco. I think it's too hidden and only serves those who have knowledge that it's there. It should be made more public.
