Just got great service from Steven for a new battery. I called around 9:15 they didn’t have the battery I wanted but he got one ordered and delivered in about 90 minutes. I was able to pop over and get it installed. Actually it was very corroded and he did a great job of replacing it. He and his manager are very helpful. I would recommend
I went into this store looking for new light bulbs for my headlights because they are too dim for driving at night. Steven , the parts associate helped me decide which lights were best for my car and explained the differences between their products, for example, the SILVERSTAR ULTRA had better down road vision than the other ones. I decided on the silverstar lights and Steven was more than welcome to help and install the headlights for me which i appreciate greatly because i have no one else to ask and i didn’t want to mess up my own car. thank you to steven for his service and kindness.
I have been to different O’Reilly locations before but yesterday I needed something very specific (special part number item) and since this location is closest to me, I stopped by to check. There were two employees and both were very friendly and greeted me. I asked for the item I’m looking for and they did not have in stock. I asked Steven if he could check other locations for me and there were two other locations have them but far from me. He kindly offered to order it for me and he said it would be in the store this morning when they open! It’s incredible that not only for a small piece Steven offered his kind service and also it arrives the very next early morning. On top of this morning I got a call from them saying the item has arrived!! What a pleasantly surprising experience and incredible sevice! I would definitely recommend this location and I would go to this location again and again if I need their assistance.
Very knowledgeable and insightful. Had to replace my low beams and keven was so beyond helpful and went out of his way to assist me with my lights. I greatly appreciated the fast service & help with installing them!! It was nite time & I couldn't be driving around without them!!! Wonderful staff & I actually found parking in front which is rare!!
Great place to have in the neighborhood. Pretty big location with tons of stuff for your car. Even if they don't have a car part in stock, depending on the part, they have it ordered and brought in that same day. People that work there are willing to help locate stuff you're looking for.
Only drawback though is parking around there is absolutely the worst, especially since they're using the public parking lot around the corner as a covid place.
I've always been really happy with their service... they usually have everything you need... sure it would be nice if parking was a little easier but hey that's life in the big city right?
Deanna is such a wonderful person. She is very knowledgeable and she will make you feel comfortable. I was scared and worried about getting the wrong parts, but Deanna helped me out and give me the appropriate car parts for my vehicle. She is an amazing person, my car is running again. Ricardo provided outstanding customer service. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years and never patronized this store. From this point forward it will be the only auto parts store I will patronize. Thank you for the proficient, expedient service!!! Stay safe and healthy.
Miles and the gentleman at the counter were fantastic. I had called to ask about a a battery and showed up about 4 hours later to get it. Miles remembered the call and I was in and out in just a few minutes.
I love auto parts stores and o'reileys never seems to let me down. The experienced people at this location are particularly helpful in even the most rare of requests.

The Pacifica location gets 3 for inexperienced air head beginners with no under the hood knowledge.
I was given prompt assistance. They found the parts that I needed quickly. Very polite counter person. What more can I say it was very positive experience.
Called to see if they would be able to help me install something when purchased. I was told to come between a certain time when they had more staffing.
When I arrived at that time, the cashier told me that they don't install. He didn't answer that call, so he didn't want to help. He didn't even bother to ask who might had answered the phone.
Also watch out for the slope of the floor. It's uneven & hazardous!
So I'm really going to go into this with O'Reilly's over here cuz let me tell you the customer service at the San Francisco stores is amazing the only thing that sucks is there's absolutely no parking!
Had to get my starter checked guy was grumpy about helping me. He was young he should have had better customer service. Why offer a service then gripe when asked to use it?!
The staff are really nice people and very helpful. The manager Mile and his associates Dee, and Rick are authentic good people!! They know their stuff! Please treat them with highest regards of respect. They deal with some bad customers and still manage to make it through the day to help people. They are passionate about cars and can give you insite on ideas for a car project.
They had a lot of parts in stock that I needed. If they didn't have it they could get it in from another store. Friendly and knowledgeable service. I like it when there is older people working there and not some young high school student because of lack of experience.
