My tow truck driver is Christian . He was on time and was professional all the way . I appreciate the fast service and how he tow my car . We had some time to laugh because of the long drive . Christian came over and he just did what unbelievable task. I have 2023 Bolt EUV and need air. While his pumping air on my front driver side wheel the air on rear wheel on driver side is the taking the air. So he tried to add the air on back wheel driver side and it goes to the front driver wheel. So he figured that when I brought in the car to the dealership for tire rotation maybe they didn’t reset the sensors. His amazing. He advised me to bring back the car to dealership. That’s something guys. Give him a bonus. Thanks Christian. Make a customer like me happy.

A big shout out to Gino from G&G Towing! My car needed to be towed to my mechanic, so I called AAA. In less time then was estimated, Gino arrived. He drove my car onto the flatbed and secured it- all while providing excellent service with a smile. Highly recommend this company!

Very VERY sketchy company, tried to make me pay for something that they said insurance would cover. Then after I didn't comply one of their workers came to me and said "Welcome to America, where you pay for everything." After I asked for him to give me the release of my car so I could give it to the people at Copart, he just threw his hands up and drove off, leaving my car in an area where you aren't supposed to park. Days later, my insurance company comes again to try and take my car but suddenly it wasn't there, and the insurance company called G & G towing. Turns out they moved my car because they were "worried" about it getting stolen. Moved it without telling anyone. Very weird people, would NOT recommend.
Had to have my classic scooter towed to the shop today and G&G made it happen. Gino is my hero!! He was here quickly and had great communication from the moment I booked. He was so friendly and handled the job in no time. I will absolutely be calling again for any towing in the future. Thanks so much Gino :)

Heber and G&G Towing is an Amazing Towing Specialist with the most Beautiful Truck I've ever seen! The Phenomenal Service & Excellent Expertise Heber was able to give us today was Amazing!
After 5 days of intermittent + frustrating electrical issues, Heber from was able to diagnose the electrical issue within the first 5 mins!
Not only was he able to expertly troubleshoot, pinpoint & educate precisely why and what is causing the electrical issue, how to fix this issue and he presented our best options and so professionally laid out our next step options.
Any possible questions to ask, Heber had the foresight to offer. We didn't even need to ask about his process, he offered to let us know as soon as he delivered our vehicle to the shop.
This was such an elevated professional experience and saved us many hours of diagnostic time to figure out a tricky electrical problem which can be difficult + costly time intensive to diagnose.

Not only that...but Gabriel called every 10mins to update his arrival time and clarify the details of the location. He got the car on the truck in less than a minute and we were off.
