I would strongly advise against using this towing company. They required upfront payment via Zelle, then failed to deliver on their promises. I was told my tow would arrive within 30–60 minutes, yet two hours passed with no update. When I called back requesting a refund, I was told that if the driver did not arrive within 30 minutes I could receive one — even confirmed by a supervisor.
The driver never arrived in that time frame. Instead, he called at the 30-minute mark to say he had just been assigned and needed another 30 minutes. When I again requested at least a partial refund, I was told the service was “already in progress” and was flatly denied, then hung up on.
This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for the customer’s time. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
Johnathan called me to confirm the car he was going to tow and his ETA. Johnathan arrived quicker than he estimated and got to work moving towing the car. He was professional, thorough, and efficient. I’m glad Johnathan was the the driver to tow my car he handled it with care.
The 45 - 60 mins ("or shorter as conveyed over the telephone") wait turned into a full-on 3 hr wait. And that only happened after I called back repeatedly after 90 mins of waiting on empty promises of "the driver will call you in 15 mins". Just avoid.
Jackson was super helpful and helped me unlock my truck that I locked my keys inside of. Would have been stuck here for hours trying to figure it out myself. He came at the perfect time! Super kind guy
UPDATE: I reached out to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint about being overcharged. 10-4 responded to the issue and the towing company they outsourced the job to contacted me and adjusted my payment. I appreciate their willingness to resolve the matter and make things right.

Terrible Service and Unjustified Charges - Avoid at All Costs!
I am extremely disappointed in this company and feel compelled to warn others thinking of using their service. I was given a quote of around $200 per hour for the tow service. After being told the tow truck would arrive within 45 minutes, it took 2.5 hours for them to show up. By the time they arrived, my car had started on its own, so I no longer needed the tow.
Despite not needing any actual service, I went home and found that I was charged $585. I had expected around an hourly charge, but $585 is just insane. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with terrible customer service. No one returned my calls for days. When I do speak to someone I was either transferred to dead-end phone numbers that didn't ring or connected to representatives who took my information and then hung up.
I had trusted the google reviews when I used the 10-4 service. But afterwards I checked on Yelp and everyone else around the internet seemed to have similar experiences to mine.
This kind of business practice is unacceptable. It feels like a blatant attempt to take advantage of customers in vulnerable situations. I highly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs.
I recently dealt with Guy, one of the drivers. He was super knowledgeable and rescued my motorcycle from a canyon off of Highway 1. I could not be more thankful to Guy. He was also very friendly and on time!
Helped me out in a pinch - Joey, my driver, got there in less than 30 minutes despite traffic and went the extra mile getting my car to the shop before it closed.
They were very kind and super accommodating. They showed up on time and charged little. Very reasonable price for the service. I got both tires on the left side popped and they were able to get the car on the truck and drove it 1.5 miles to the tire shop. Cash is better.
Johnathan was great and careful about towing my car when it broke down. He was cool and super friendly. I would highly recommend him if you ever need a tow!
I was stuck in Golden gate park for 2 hours and they said they will come by to tow the car in 20 mins. I ended up getting a citation because the car was parked inside the park. Extremely bad experience and would not recommend to anyone
We had a great experience! We we're stranded at Baker Beach on Labor Day with a dead battery (my fault). The sweetest gentleman showed up in less than 45 minutes & we were back in business! Thank you SO much!
Excellent and very friendly service from Guy! He towed my car and allowed me to bring my dog with me and was very friendly with my rambunctious dog too. He gave me advice about my car and offered suggestions for what I should do with it and assisted me with donating my car. Incredible, easy, transparent service! I would recommend Guy to friends and family.
I was originally told a wait time of 30-55 minutes for a tow on a flat tire. After waiting over an hour I called back to check on the status and was told the driver was “a few minutes” away. After another half hour I called again, was placed on hold for 15 minutes, and finally was told the driver was 15 minutes away. After 2.5 hours the truck finally showed up.
Donated my car through them. Within 24 hours of filling out the form online I had a tow truck show up to take it away (thanks Guy!). Quick and painless.
HORRIBLE!!! They took forever to answer, and when they did they kept transferring me to someone else for NO apparent reason and without warning! And they charge like a 5 star service. I am waiting for them to answer for a status as I type =\. The phone doesn’t even ring and you are already on hold. Just a lot of “one moment’s going on. Looks shady! Don’t use them!!!!

Id call the bank and let them know not to allow that payment which is what I will do if they do not come.

My car died in my bosses driveway, so very urgent need to get it out of the way. They quoted 45-60 minutes and took 2 hours. They couldn’t give eta updates by phone. They gave the driver a number I called from instead of the cell number I asked them to use. The “tech” got there with pants on the ground. Didn’t even know where my battery was and still tried to charge me $120, I do not recommend this company, horrible top to bottom.DO NOT USE
