These are by far the most dangerous drivers on the road a driver yesterday morning ran a red light almost hit me I honked at him and he got major road rage tried running me off out of my Lane multiple times this is how people die because of drivers like this have major issues that companies like this employ I did call to speak with the manager but never got a return call I do have video and I'm going to submit it to the proper Authority this company does not need to be in business with drivers like this
Never ever have I had issues with this company. Everyone there from the folks in the office to the drivers are always so nice and courtesy. We've used them several times and will continue to. Thanks guys for being a great tow company, unfortunately there aren't many out there.
I highly recommend this company. They were fast, secure, and professional. Ask for the tow truck driver Ubaldo for the best service because he was incredibly helpful.
The guy shows up as completely rude and then leaves doing nothing saying you didn't feel safe this company should not be in San Francisco they need to go to the I don't know Fresno
Warning this driver was very unsafe he hit a city truck and tried to drive off while removing a backhoe!!!! I called SFPD and they attempted to confirm what was suspected- a fake plate on on the flatbed portion of the truck. Also the driver seemed to be under the influence of narcotics or alcohol. Use caution if you got to deal with them
I had my car delivered from Indiana to California. Craig was incredibly informative and helpful with answering my questions. Quinn worked on my car transport in a timely manner and communicated with me through email consistently. My truck driver arrived on time at the pickup site and delivered earlier than I expected. I would highly recommend Auto Express Towing & Recovery for anyone looking for car transport services and would certainly use the services again in the future.
I recently saw an Auto Express Tow truck weaving a 10-wheel truck through traffic at 95 mph on 101. These guys are going to get in an accident and kill someone if they keep driving like this.
Called for towing but they only had to Jumpstart the car. Rapid service and tow truck arrived within ETA. Herman was very helpful. After he left, he even called to check. I highly recommend this business.
These guys were the only ones who could show up and save us in this wild rain storm, and they did an excellent job! The driver, Julio N. Was super helpful and friendly, waded out into a pool of water to save our car, dropped it off at the mechanic and dealt with all the paperwork for us. Thank you thank you thank you! Give this man a raise!

I wanted to get my car out of a Public garage. Battery was dead, other cars parked on the street in front of the garage so other drivers had to be contacted to move their cars. On the order it was stated that other people had to be called and to give us a notice 20 mins out. That was NOT DONE. Took maybe 15 mins and when I arrived the tow truck driver said that his dispatch had canceled the service. Called dispatch while driver was still there and she stated it was too bad he could not wait. I have never had some one be so rude
tow truck arrived even earlier than my app. said it would. driver, rene, was great. took care of my sticky situation within 10 minutes and my car was off to the dealership, 40 miles away. thank you all very much!
These guys are the best! They saved us and made us feel like family during a rough situation. We were in the middle of a road trip when one of our r-pod camper trailer bearings failed. We'd just driven across the Golden Gate Bridge into the city and had to stop at the Golden Gate Park and figure out how to tow a camper that wouldn't roll. Jeffrey immediately made us feel better over the phone and he sent Jose, who took excellent care of it (as if it were his own) while loading it onto the flatbed and, because we live 700 miles away and had no idea what to do Jeffrey helped us figure that part out. We feel like we have friends in San Francisco now!

Worst experience ever. Jeffery was extremely rude over the phone and told me a certain eta then cancelled my towing service without any notice. Do not use this service they will disrespect you, lie to you, and have you waiting around for HOURS.
After sitting on side of the road in sf for almost 4 hours & calling AAA more times than I'd like to admit for them to send an actual tow truck. Rush hour about to be in full swing & I'm already late for work the tie truck was already 30 min past eta time and I get a call from Ubaldo I think was his name very nice man just called to tell me he was in route but traffic was bad I explained to him my situation about being late for work & he suggest I take a pic of myself holding my id next to my car and leaving the key so he can proceed once he arrived. I thought that was so awesome especially after being stuck there for so long once he got to my car he let me know that he found it and that it was in route to my mechanic in Santa Clara I would definitely recommend this company
With sooooo much construction happening on Haight St, it finally happened. A nail punctured my tire! Flat tires blow, especially when you have a sprained wrist. Called AAA a they informed me it would be an hour wait time. Que Auto Express Tow!! HERMAN showed up within 10 mins! Amazing. He was wonderful. A true gentleman and with a sense of humor to cheer me up during a stressful time. He put on my spare tire and had me rolling out of there in less then 15 mins. Highly recommend this company. I caught a flat right after rush hour coming out of the city and AAA dispatched Auto Express Tow to my location.
In about 30 minutes after dispatch, Baldo showed up to haul me back to the South Bay.
Exceptional service and a very cool dude!
If I ever need a tow near the city and surrounding areas (hell, anywhere in the Bay really) I'll be sure to call AET directly!

After locking myself out of my car on a busy Friday night in San Francisco, one company tried and failed. So I tried Auto Express. The dispatcher was amazing. The driver came within 20 minutes and was in my car within 2 minutes. What a great experience! Highly recommend.
Classic bait and switch! Predatory practices! These clowns took advantage of my wife after she was hit by another car driving or three small children. Our car needed a tow. Apparently, the police offered to call AAA, these guys show up, take all her AAA info, confirm we have premium tow and take the car to the garage or insurance recommended. He calls me when he gets there and says he can't use your AAA AFTER the tow "because the police called him, not my wife". The honest thing to do would have been to disclose that at the time he arrived on scene. Instead he charges ahead and lets us know the truth after he's towed it sufficiently far for collateral. Luckily our auto policy will cover, but I am disgusted by the dishonest business practice. Shame on them.
