Big shot out to the SF Toyota rental manager, Javier! My car was recently totaled and he was absolutely fantastic! He made the car rental process so easy and stress-free. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I highly recommend Javier and his team at San Francisco Toyota.
Very inept employees at the parts department counter. I was picking up a part and they had no idea what was going on. A black man and an older white man on duty. Looked at each other like I was stupid. But the part I was picking up was right behind them with my name on it. Cmon guys, hire some people that are some what competent and know at least to be nice and courteous. It’s not that difficult. Please don’t waste your time or money supporting this behavior
Garland is the partsmen of parts guys. Extremely helpful in answering some fairly difficult questions I had about some parts for my vehicle. They also stock some cool Toyota swag and accessories to trick out your ride and your lifestyle.
While their online system may offer one of the best price discounts on Toyota parts in the area, it's definitely still worth calling to confirm the part will work with your vehicle. Thanks again Garland for the amazing experience and expertise, will definitely be shopping here again for my Toyota.

I don't know if the staff were bored, sleepy or something else, but they acted and appeared ENTIRELY unmotivated and disinterested.
Also, didn't ask to see my ID when picking up an online order; anyone else could've picked up my order.
It would help if the parts guys knew what they were talking about when it comes to the parts they are selling. I asked for a trans filter for a 2017 tundra and the dude was like your not supposed to change that unless its damaged. And refused to even look it up without my vin. First and last time I come here.

I came in with a genuine Toyota part and part # but was refused service and told, "I can only help you with a VIN."
Maybe this is the employee following orders, but race car has no VIN... I was not told of any other way I could be helped unless I provided a VIN. Poor service overall letting me walk out, just wanted to order a simple part.
O'Reily's 1 block up the street helped me make my purchase. They even agreed that Toyota is no helpful with ordering part for a lot of their customers.
The status of my order was clearly communicated and the parts shipped quickly. The parts cost were significantly discounted compared to my local Toyota dealer. I will definitely purchase from SF Toyota for future orders.
I bought a used 2018 Toyota Corolla with only 18,000 miles and still under warranty. After I bought it, I got a scratch down to the primer and tried to buy Toyota Touch Up Paint.
Most Toyota dealers use Toyota's site software and it sends you to your local dealer. The first one I went to had the paint but would not let me checkout after I filled out the form. It said , "Call" and no one answered or called back.
San Francisco Toyota has the link on their site and it uses the same software, but it verified every field as I typed it. When I finished, it had the price, tax, shipping, and delivery date (It got here faster).
San Francisco Toyota seems to know Toyotas and software.

Needed part to fix hatchback handle on 2007 Prius. (Still don’t know why Toyota doesn’t repair these handles for free since it’s their fault the rubber melts.) Once I knew part number, it was easy to find online. SF Toyota had the part and shipped fast. Good communication and easy tracking. Sent correct part. Two videos later and it was installed.

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle, that was supposed to have a extended service warranty. As I was there for the very first maintenance (oil change), found out that not only was there was a recall service that needed to be done but the extended warranty was still under the previous owner(super frustrating on that later part). Richard Nguyen, not only assisted me in who to contact regarding how to transfer the warranty AND still did the oil change as a courtesy. Never received service from a dealership like this. Will be back once warranty transfer is completed, lots of thanks to Richard, the technicians(oil change & recall repair was done under 2 hours) and service management team for the great service.

I live in American Samoa, a US Territory in the South Pacific and the nearest genuine Toyota parts supplier was this one in San Francisco, CA. The website was user friendly and I was also very interested in their promise of Fast Shipping. We have 3 flights a week to our remote island and I’m used to items taking over 2 weeks to arrive however David S. shipped it and I received it in 5 days! I was mind blown. Not to mention the discount on the product. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with their service. I will be ordering from them for now on for any further parts for my Corolla!
I'm an online customer, only. The best part is they will sell you parts. The worst part is there's no one to ask questions (online). Then when you want to return it, they give you a 15 day window to submit your return request and then don't reply to the request within the time frame. The only communication I've had since the purchase is this survey.
