The owner Julio is very two face person. He's a cheap person who does fast work with shitty quality and expects 10/10 payment. He's very passive aggressive towards his employees and loves to talk shit In Spanish about his customers. My father in law came here to get a car detailed and he left scuff marks and expected him to pay even though he did poor quality work and then would get mad if he asked to redue the car. I wouldn't recommend coming here.
My dear wife, whom I love very much, was minding her own business in a parking lot one day when WHAM out of absolutely NOWHERE a concrete wall ran into her. RUDE!! I am sure the wall regrets its actions after my wife gave it a piece of her mind, but sadly my beloved Tesla did suffer some damage during this unfortunate meeting. You can't see it very clearly from the photo, but the door and rear quarter panel are quite dented and bent out of shape (again, clearly 100% the wall's fault).
Julio and crew fixed it up looking better than new with extremely quick turnaround at a fair price. It looks great!
Julio Sr, Julio Jr, Zoila, and other staff did great work. My friend recommended the body shop and rightly so. Communication was clear and timely, results were excellent even though there were tricky components to finalize the job. They went beyond to leave me satisfied as a customer. Before I even signed the quote they completed a small repair to my trunk and charged nothing. Good faith actors. Can recommend!
Julio graciously accepted my 1974 Porsche 914 and is making lightening fast progress. I’m glad I put it into his shop. They are very busy so I beat the rush.

Out there in the boonies but of course that means you're paying a great price to have a great job done to your vehicle So yes get out there if you got a little ding dent or total Emerald City is the one place you can count on..

I found Emerald when I was looking for a place to remove some scratches from my car and also because I had lit the bumper in a Wall and it needed to be repaired. After looking many of these places , Emerald commanded by Julio seemed the one more convenient and cheaper. I took my car to Emerald and two days after that my car was done And it looked like brand new. They polished all the scratches and bumper for a very reasonable price and cleaned it up in and out. Very professional and reliable , Julio and his team worked very well!! I do recommend Emerald without doubt For anyone who needs an auto repair with a such quality and fastness!! Very Good!!

My insurance had me look at other body shops for quotes, but ultimately I came back to Emerald City for the work. It was done promptly and with care. They do great work. They have been established many years. Julio (the owner) along with Zoila and Monica run a great bodyshop. Quality of work is fantastic.
