This is not a Towing company. This is a dispatching company meaning they just call another towing company to tow your vehicle. I would not recommend using this company to anyone. If you look at a satellite view of this address it is an apartment complex.
Do not use them. Price totally different. one cheaper price when you call, another price the driver told you at their end. Fake company. when you try to call again, no answers.
Service was great! The said they would be here at 9:30 am and they were here right on time. No issues and the communication was great. Keep up the great work!
WASTED 2 HRS+ OF MY TIME COMPLETE BS REQUESTED FOR THERE SERVICE AT 12:30PM AND THEY SAID 45-60 MINS COOL I WAITED 1 HOUR PAST BY NOTHING I CALLED AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME THEY SAID 15MINS I CALLED THIRD TIME THEY SAID 10 MINS AND I REQUESTED FOR REFUND AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR $40 FOR CANCELATION.
Over the phone, they told me they will come quickly. I was skeptical, surely that's what they say to everybody. But they did arrive fast and I'm very thankful for saving my day!
I thought it would be impossible to get fast service in this city, but the driver came quick, towed the car professionally AND gave me a ride to the office! Highly recommended!
I had to have an emergency tow from my college campus to the closest shop available. The driver came was there within 7 minutes, and found my car with no issues! This surprised me because the campus is large and I was parked behind a building. The tow driver was very kind and reassured me that my car would be ok. He even took the extra time to find me (and call) a reputable shop within 10 miles so the the tow cost could be low! My roommate and I followed my car to the shop (it was on a flatbed) and he took the time to make sure we were behind him. I honestly recommend this tow company, I even put their number in my phone in case something ever happens again! This was the best experience I have ever had in such a stressful situation. :)
