Hello I would like to leave a good review for Mr. Rollin I think he works for this Cal Trans Towing company services I wanna to tell you again Thank you for Helping me on Wednesday morning around 12:45am When I had a slow leak in my left tire there was a screw in the right rear tire and my bolt was lock on to hard I couldn't get it off thank you for Helping me get off the Bay Bridge I was on my way home from work. C&S is great! My transmission died on the highway and they arrived within 45 minutes. A couple days later, I asked them to tow my car from the Honda dealership to an auto shop. They were incredibly communicative and helpful both times.
C & S Towing and Auto Service was amazing! On a Sunday night, when most places were already closed, they came to the rescue. Their communication was excellent—they guided me through the whole process and even referred me to a tire shop, where I was able to get my flat tire fixed. The tow was done quickly and efficiently, and they were so kind and professional throughout. I truly appreciated their help during a stressful situation. Highly recommend their service to anyone in need of fast, reliable towing!
Cesar and Eric of C&S Towing deserve a 5-star rating! They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and accomplished a very tricky and difficult job in a superb manner.
Cesar arrived quickly with a wheel lift flatbed tow truck (that AAA recommended we request) to assess the situation, on a Sunday, with our XT6 Cadillac 2021 that had broken down, in San Francisco, in a small facility garage parked with many other cars, tall cement columns, and a steep driveway (with a narrow exit through a gate) beyond which the XT6 had to be towed between cars that were parked curbside on a busy street.
Cesar checked the battery and did everything possible to try to diagnose the problem. He tried to locate the emergency gear pull underneath the gear shift, which was stuck in "Park" and needed to be released and placed in "Neutral" in order to tow the vehicle. Since the emergency gear pull seemed to be missing, and no one (including OnStar Service) could locate it, Cesar took the initiative to call for a different type of tow truck (driven by Eric) to remove the XT6 from the garage with the gear still stuck in "Park."
When Eric arrived with the other tow truck, Cesar and Eric worked together, seamlessly, to attach the XT6 to Eric's tow in the garage amidst facility staff needing to exit and enter in their vehicles. Once the XT6 was connected to Eric's tow, Cesar and Eric carefully pushed it up the steep ramp, through the narrow exit, and attached it onto Cesar's tow, after which Cesar towed the XT6 to the Cadillac service dealer in Walnut Creek, placed the key in an envelope, and dropped it in the Dropbox since the service department was closed, took photos (and sent them to us) of the XT6 parked in the lot, and called to notify us that it had arrived safely.
Cesar and Eric were simply the best, true Supermen, and we commend and thank them for their service! They are outstanding assets to AAA!
The dispatcher was very nice and helpful on the phone . She notified me that the driver was on the way and notified me again once the tow driver was outside my house. The tow truck driver was very friendly too. He towed our Rav 4 very smoothley.
Walter was very helpful! He figured out that my car battery was dead and the reason why I couldn’t unlock my car with the key fob. He unlocked my car and charged the battery. I am a happy customer! Thanks Walter!

Very over priced for a jump start, and driver was only 5 blocks away at the time, and stated it had 2 other call to complete 1st nowhere even close to him or I and 1 of those was a tow and be back In 1 hour to 1 1 1/2 hrs depending on tow drop destination. So said sorry no thanks
I called at 9am and the lady on the phone was very sweet and understanding about my issue. There was a lot of traffic but they still arrived 40 minutes from when I first called them. I have a Ford E350 minibus… so not the easiest vehicle to tow. The tow driver was nice and fast. I will definitely be hitting them up again if I have any issues. Thanks!!

Had a great experience with this towing/ tire fix company. Caesar was very professional and understanding. He helped us out and towed my car to a tire shop since my front tire was messed up from us trying to change it ourselves. Would definitely call them if I have any problems with my tires or needed it towed.
Erick arrived in less than 30 mins and was extremely professional and efficient. After dropping me off at the gas station, he waited for me to refuel to make sure everything was ok, and thank god he did that! My battery was down so the car wasn’t starting. So he also gave me jump start. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this company and Erick!
My service engineer was Cesar and yes I mean engineer. Cesar had a complete understanding of my Benz C300. I had locked my keys in the trunk the night before I was refused service by two tow companies saying it was impossible to get my keys from the trunk with out a computer that attaches to the fuse box or as I say a super secret decoder ring with a super secret code. All night an early this morning Benz was unable to locate a provider who had the computer/decoder ring to do the job. 2 tow companies cancelled this morning as well. All San Francisco Benz dealer service departments are closed Saturday so towing it to them was not going to work. I am on a trip here so obvi I don’t have the spare key.
When C&S towing accepted the job thru text I called c&s to expound on the complication of the lock out. The dispatch therapist yes therapist because she listened activity, was sympathetic, kind, and went the extra mile instead just saying they didn’t have the decoder ring (I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name I was fried). Cesar was sent out and there before my Uber dropped me off. He had enough experience to have 2 alternate solutions. The first was not successful but the second was. We retrieved the key and all was reset and I was on my way.
I will close with this all previous service techs and Mercedes Benz said my car would be damaged and on lock down if the car was unlocked and the computer was not applied to open the trunk. Reversible damage but a computer reset necessary. Yes all the buttons locked down and it alarmed. Cesar did a standard unlock the door with the squeezy puffer and then used his two alternate techniques with the second being successful. There was no messing with the wires, fuses box, or anything that could cause damage. It was a successful passive technique. It took 10 min top. My story was longer than his soliton. He was knowledgeable, kind, smart, clearly light years smarter than those before him. There soliton would have cost me time and money of about 1k due to other solitons. I am not listing the alternate ways he knew because if you need a Benz C300’s keys removed from a trunk CALL C&S towing. No you won’t find it on google or YouTube. I looked all night and his passive easy methods were not there.

Erick assisted me with my car issue. He was very professional, and he shared some tips on my battery. We were able to get my car to start, so I didn’t need the tow, but he offered to trail me to the mechanic just in case my car stalled. I appreciate his friendly and professional demeanor. He was also very patient with me as I searched for some documentation in my car and asked him several questions. Thank you, Erick!
The customer service is amazing! Really nice people from the owners to the operators! They really came to the rescue when I had a flat tire in a sketchy neighborhood! 10/10 would recommend for any car troubles!
Was super worried about my high end wheels on my car being towed but on arrival Caesar explained they wouldn’t touch the rims and car would be safest on the dolly he also went the extra mile to explain issues about my car and helped show me a couple things. Then proceeded to load the car up quick, safe and very professional! Would highly recommend using this service for High end vehicles. Thanks again caesar. 5 stars!
They towed a bike in to our shop with the steering lock engaged and refused, yes, refused to bring it within a block of the store so we had to roll a furniture dolly down the alley and into the busy street because the driver was too lazy to drop the bike in the correct spot where every single tow driver for the last 20 years has dropped it. Just stopped in the middle of the street...Thanks for the help. You suck, nice work...

I got the jumpstart and then I turned it off and it wouldnt start again. Called them back immediately and they said that they would come back in an hour for free. They then waited an hour and did not call me. I called them and they said it would not be free and they would charge me. Really dishonest and disrespectful.
I requested they call me 10min before arrival since ETA was an hour. They said it would actually be 20 -25 min max, so I went out to wait for them. I stood out in the cold for 30-40 more min. They arrive ,10 min shy of the original time. Can they just do what was req and not mislead the customer? It was freezing and my jacket is locked in the car. Also, no apologies were given. Horrible

It's two days before Christmas on a cold Saturday night, the worst time to have a broken car! But, C & S and Cesar's supportive and positive attitude changed the whole experience for me. Cesar showed up within 10 minutes, was extremely patient with me on the phone when I was going back and forth to different calls to sort out the situation, and even tried to fix my car when he showed up! Outstanding Service! Highly recommended: very responsive and professional. I called other towing company that didn't show up. After waiting for FOUR hours I finally found C&S number. I called and explained my situation, asking for an honest answer how fast they could come. Cesar assured me that within 15 min and that was true. Alejandro came by, put my car on the bed and drove it to my garage. I was done within less than 45 min and I couldn't be more thankful for all the help. Thanks again guys!
