I had a great experience with Junk King. The crew showed up promptly, quoted me a fair price, and had my hot tub completely removed in less than an hour.
We had lots of different types of junk to haul away: piles of old bricks, tiles, bbq, palettes and more. I thought it would take hours to remove but three fabulous folks came with the truck and we’re done removing everything in under 30 minutes! What a deal and totally hassle free effort. Never going to haul my own junk away again. These guys were on it!
Very happy with my Junk King service. The day before I had waited for hours (passed my delivery service window) only to get the most ridiculous quote from one of their competitors.
The next day my experience with Junk King was the complete opposite. They were on time at the start of my window. The two gentleman were very nice and they offered a quote that was what I had expected for the sofa I needed removing.
Communication was excellent. The workers were quick, carefully and very professional. I have other projects that will require junk hauling services and I will definitely be contacting Junk Kings again!
This was my third experience with Junk King. They phoned 2 hours early to find out what they would pick up, which should have been done when I booked. They then tried to change the timing but agreed to a time within my original time window. When they were 30 minutes late I called their cell # and found a different team would arrive, which happened not long afterwards. This was within my original booking window. I assume all this chopping and changing cannot be avoided! Despite this I plan to use them again.
Junk King was quick, efficient, and communicative. They called me about 30 minutes before their expected arrival time, came with 3 guys to remove the junk, and were finished within 15 minutes. Very up front with pricing and eager to get the job done. Could not recommend them more!

Excellent service! I booked through their website using their chat. They responded almost immediately even though it was 7:45 am on a Sunday. They showed up at 10:30am the same day to give me a quote, which was such a reasonable price. They took the item right away. Worth every penny for a failed DYI I was aiming to achieve! The item they took was a 7’x4’ mirror. They took it down 2 flights of stairs.
This is the third time I've worked with Junk Kings and will certainly work with them again. Their prompt estimate visit and ability to take the items immediately has been really helpful! The rates are reasonable and their workers take the time to understand what needs to be removed and take care of them professionally. The fact that Junk Kings attempts to recycle items rather than just send everything to the dump is a big plus in my book. I highly recommend Junk Kings.
The guys did a great job! There was a delay in them coming but the quality of their work overshadowed that detail. The guys were friendly and worked fast. It's such a relief to get rid of a houseful of junk. I have been wanting to do this project for years so to get it done. I enjoyed watching the junk getting thrown into the truck. Best of all the price estimate prices were reduced but ended up getting charged even less. Like $200 less. It was a nice surprise. I fully recommend them.

Very easy to deal with Junk King, I used them in the past and again a top efficient removal of one piece of furniture, upfront with pricing, the team called at 9 am as promised, within 10 minutes in, pricing was correct and off it was gone! The team was friendly, professional and efficient.

My experience with Junk King could not have been better!! Great customer service from the first phone call to the guys who came to haul away my junk! Called them about 8:30am and my junk was gone before 12:30pm. I highly recommend them!
Crew showed up perfectly within the designated window & worked quickly. They kept me updated & were transparent with pricing upon arrival. I would 100% use this service again. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well.
Junk King was fantastic. I was able to set up a meeting for an estimate and then it was able to come out the next day. We had a large job for a house that required six guys and they were able
to do a full clear out in about 4 hours. It was well worth the money to have them handle it all!!!!

We had a somewhat challenging junk removal project which Junk King handled with tremendous efficiency; even providing extra help with some messy cleanup.
