I needed my food truck towed right away in the Bayview area of SF and they came at the drop of a dime and for a reasonable price they really took care of me and made sure everything was hooked up good and traveled safely. I am always calling them I have four cars. I hope you use them because they deserve the business they are amazing. I just hope this review doesn’t get them so busy that when my next car breaks down they can still save me! Thank u guys at SF TOW! You can have ceviche anytime!
So glad i was able to call SF TOW for the tow for my motorhome after it got into a bad situation, called multiple companies long ETA and price crazy expensive . Sf tow was able to tow it without excuses , fast eta and great price
Amazing fast response. Pleasant to work with and had great communication throughout. Arrived faster than his estimated time and was kind enough to offer me a ride home too. As a female alone on the side of the road I felt very safe with him and this company. Would highly recommend if you ever get stuck in a bind. He even spent the time to create a specific receipt that I could provide to my insurance company for reimbursement and provided photos of my car delivered at the auto shop. Above and beyond!

Had to get an old car that was no longer functional towed. The car was in a tight garage space, with a narrow, uneven driveway - a difficult extraction. SF Tow didn't rush, took their time to get it right, and executed a perfect job (and tow). Recommended.

After another tow company just walked away, SF Tow successfully extracted my EV from a stacker parking system. Their driver navigated tight 90-degree turns and problem solved. True professionals who actually get the job done.
Although SF Tow was able to help my husband tow our car within a relatively reasonable time frame (90 minutes). The driver charged me $150 (cash only) to tow the car less than 4 blocks.

06/01/24. 34 minutes after my AMAZING Tow WITH Samuel. I never leave reviews. This one was a must!!!!! This was the best Towing experience I have ever had literally.!!! Today, I was on my way to work and unfortunately caught a flat tire on the side of the freeway . I called San Francisco tow, First of all the price quoted was fair and reasonable. Can’t find prices like that anywhere. Second the time that they quoted was 20 minutes they came in ten or 15 It was super fast. Third I had a Passsenger with me in the car and I was on my way to work. The driver Samuel was kind enough to take me to the Next exit and make sure that I was OKbefore taking my car where it needed to. I would recommend anyone calling San Francisco tow Also, our tow Person Sam was so professional and so very cool and quick hopefully you’ll Meet him when you need your next towing service. He is the man!!!!! thank you so much San Francisco tow you guys rock. Samuel you need a raise!!!!! Thanks
Guy was super responsive and had good conversation. Came as soon as I called. He even came to me first as he heard how frantic I was for being stalled in the middle of 19th Ave in SF. $200 for a fast last minute tow isn't that bad. Always pay for road side insurance.
These guys here are the goats they help me when I needed it most I was struck by another car that total my car out. I couldn’t drive at all couldn’t move it when I requested roadside assistant they were there for me in a timely matter. I did not have to wait long. I was so hurt and frustrated. At what just took place. I didn’t know what to do, but thank God for them. The guy that came and got my car. He helped me and also, gave empathy and understood what I was going through and he was there to help he went above and beyond his job duties and I’m very appreciative of that. Also, They don’t have outrageous pricing so if you need a tow side assistance, they are the ones to call. Thank you guys for everything god bless
SF Tow is amazing!!! Last night my tire blew out on the Bay Bridge at 3:30am. I was able to make it to the offramp for Treasure Island but only got as far as under the bridge on the offramp. AAA was not able to get a truck to me in any reasonable amount of time, they were talking about having to wait until 6am! It was very uncomfortable being stranded under the bridge at the hour. Miraculously, SF Tow happened to take the same exit around 4:15am and saw me stranded. Even though I didn't have an order in with them they didn't hesitate to help me out of this jam. They got my spare on in no time at all and made sure my car was OK to drive before leaving. I was able to putter home to Oakland without have to leave my car under the bridge over night. SF Tow went above and beyond and I will always be grateful to them!
Samuel was amazing. I got screwed over by Aaa, but Sam came to save the day. He was there within 10 to 20 mins after we called, and he was able to take the vehicle to a shop that night. If in need CALL THESE PEOPLE.
My car was flooded in San Francisco due to the storm we had over the last week or two and I used this company to tow my car out to a dealer. William L. helped with my tow and he was really professional and KIND! Like very personable and really easy to work with. Unbelievably hit double pot hole in right lane by Candlestick with new off the lot car. Samuel was amazing, came faster than expected, extremely safe and such a life saver after the first service cancelled 45 minutes into an hour wait. Samuel was efficient and very safety conscious as I was on shoulder of exit ramp. Samuel deserves all the kudos.
I needed a jump. AAA was taking hours that day, SF Tow guy happens to drive by, stops, gets me all fixed up in no time. I wasn’t his call, he could have just driven right on by me, but he bailed me out instead.
I’m definitely just going to call them directly if I need car help in SF!
Quick, friendly and professional service. First tow company that came had a bunch of excuses why they could not or was unable to do the tow after an hour+ waiting for them ( John’s towing -Hayward). Second tow company “ SFTOW” Mr. Samuel Franco Came in half the time and wasted no time . No excuses , just made sure I was the owner and next thing I knew my car was arriving at my house in 15min. Not to mention I didn’t even have to be there waiting . In a situation where things were starting to go from bad to worse, SFTOW & Mr. Samuel Franco turned it into the most positive tow experience I’ve had so far! Can’t thank you enough . Highly recommended!

William and the team at SF Tow are seriously awesome! They were quick to answer and great to speak with. William picked up my broke down van and transported it without me even having to be there. I truly (x10) appreciate the excellent service and experience!
We had three other movers try and get our broken down car out of our garage and no one could except William of SF Tow. He's incredibly knowledgable - found a way to put my car in neutral - and managed to extract it out of a tiny SF garage. Incredible helpful, hard working and thoughtful, William is the only mover I'd work with in SF.
After waiting for 3.5 hours in the middle of the night in the pouring rain for another tow company that kept delaying their arrival, we called SF Tow. Samuel arrived within 30 minutes of our call. He was professional, helpful and caring. I highly recommend SF Tow and especially working with Samuel.
Had three tow companies that had issues. SF Tow was super, they call me to confirm and they came 15 minutes early and this was on a Sunday morning. They were awesome. If you need a motorcycle tow, you can't go wrong.
After waitng for 4 hours for Triple A to arrive for a tow on a Saturday without any communication from them, I decided to cancel that request and it ruined my whole Saturday. I decided to bite the bullet and look around for a private local company. After a few days of calling around and needing to set an appointment so I could let my mechanic know when I would be arriving, I decided to use Samuel. I am so glad I did, we set an appointment, communicated through texts/calls and he was right on time. He jumped my car, hooked it up to his truck in less than 15 minutes, and off he went. When he delivered my car to the shop, he called me to let me know it was safely delivered. If I ever need another tow, or need to recommend a tow company, SAMUEL is on top of my list! If you want someone honest, punctual and know what he's doing, he is the guy for the job!!! 5 Stars but honestly it was a 10!

Haven’t ever had a ton of great experience w tow companies in the past. That has changed since Manuel and Benjamin arrived to tow my car. Our car was a victim of a hit and run as it was parked. The rubber had come off both passenger tires. The car would not drive on its own. Manuel and Benjamin were pros. Super professional, calm, methodical and efficient.
As far as the timeliness, I called my autoshop - SF automotive solutions. Patrick called sam @ sftow. Sam told me they would be there around 30 min. They arrived in less than 20.
No questions. No confusion on where they were taking it, who needed to be called. They arrived, went to work, loaded up the car (which wasn’t easy to do given it’s condition and that it was between another car and the rear-end was jammed into a telephone pole) and then drove off. Made this part of my day and experience so easy. Definitely something that helps when dealing w a situation. Like this.
