If I could review this negative stars I definitely would. Had a blowout on my commute late Sunday afternoon/early evening. I left a note stating I would return very soon with the wheel lock along with my business cards and multiple ways to contact me on the dashboard. I returned right at midnight only to find my vehicle gone. According to the paperwork the vehicle was towed 11:31 pm. No freaking remorse, no slack with this company. Had to call CHP to figure out where it was towed only to find out it's over $700.00 to retrieve my vehicle. This place is not friendly and will take you for every penny you have. Took my vehicle off the tow truck right in the middle of the street and told me they couldn't even move it somewhere safer to accommodate me changing the tire.

Staff was real helpful and attended me with quickly. My car had been in a bad accident and was totaled. After waiting a week on the insurance I ended up with a week worth of storage fees. When I signed over title they waived the fees, which was a very nice gesture on the company's behalf. Thanks for making my experience a little easier to deal with.

The person on the phone for scheduling was very nice and helpful, and gave me a quote right away. The driver came on time as scheduled and was very helpful too. He was able to jump start my car, so they ended up charging me less than quoted because they didn’t need to tow my car after all.

Wishy washy rates when you're in a bind. Waited 2 hrs for a tow only to be informed the driver cancelled. They didn't call me, I had to call and find out. They say 24hr tow but it should have a disclaimer..."When we feel like it".

Rude, dismissive, condescending, control-freak, shady, seemingly sizing up my car to buy at a low price. I've never met a driver as rude and unprofessional as this one. He did do the job and give some tips, a bit begrudgingly.
