10/10 service. The technician, Brian, was great and arrived quickly, knew the answers to my questions, gave me a jump and tested the battery (which was apparently almost dead) AND he had the right replacement battery in his truck so the whole ordeal was over in one go. They do wheel replacements too so I saved their number in my phone in case I ever get a flat tire.

GEICO requested the tow on Friday afternoon, but the dispatch said they would tow it on Monday when I called on Monday. They claimed they sent someone on Friday and they couldn’t locate the vehicle so they left very unprofessional wasted my time. Instead of apologizing and kept changing the story
Thank you so much to Derek and everyone here! My tire ended up getting popped while shopping and Derek came right away and helped me get to a new location for a replacement. If I could review this negative stars I definitely would. Had a blowout on my commute late Sunday afternoon/early evening. I left a note stating I would return very soon with the wheel lock along with my business cards and multiple ways to contact me on the dashboard. I returned right at midnight only to find my vehicle gone. According to the paperwork the vehicle was towed 11:31 pm. No freaking remorse, no slack with this company. Had to call CHP to figure out where it was towed only to find out it's over $700.00 to retrieve my vehicle. This place is not friendly and will take you for every penny you have. Took my vehicle off the tow truck right in the middle of the street and told me they couldn't even move it somewhere safer to accommodate me changing the tire.
guy said there was no one to help me get my car back after it got towed, said come back in one hour. I come back in one hour then he ends up being the one to help me.
Wishy washy rates when you're in a bind. Waited 2 hrs for a tow only to be informed the driver cancelled. They didn't call me, I had to call and find out. They say 24hr tow but it should have a disclaimer..."When we feel like it".
The person on the phone for scheduling was very nice and helpful, and gave me a quote right away. The driver came on time as scheduled and was very helpful too. He was able to jump start my car, so they ended up charging me less than quoted because they didn’t need to tow my car after all.
It wasnt a good day, my tags were overdue, so my car got towed here. When I went to pick up my vehicle some woman answered the phone and Said my car wasn't there. It was fortunately, a young man came to my rescue and helped me
Staff was real helpful and attended me with quickly. My car had been in a bad accident and was totaled. After waiting a week on the insurance I ended up with a week worth of storage fees. When I signed over title they waived the fees, which was a very nice gesture on the company's behalf. Thanks for making my experience a little easier to deal with.
Got in a (minor) motorcycle accident today and needed a tow. These guys did a great job bringing it home safely. Thanks to Joe for being so friendly and helpful! :)
Rommel from Atlas Towing in San Mateo was a total professional. Dead Tesla delivered safely to Burlingame service center. Hope Tesla does as good a job fixing the Model 3 as Atlas did towing it.
the guy answering the phone is rude. And they WILL over charge you for easy and simple jobs. Rushes you and uncompletly professional, wish I could just give them 0 Stars instead.
Rommel helped me out for major car issues twice in one week. The sweetest guy! Knowledgeable, professional, timely, and kind. He ultimately made two stressful situations turn into easy ones. Highly recommend!
Rude, dismissive, condescending, control-freak, shady, seemingly sizing up my car to buy at a low price. I've never met a driver as rude and unprofessional as this one. He did do the job and give some tips, a bit begrudgingly.
