This towing company is literally opportunists, they towed my car, towed it 3 miles and took my money for a total of 796 dollars for 3 days of parking.
May my money be forfeited, I refer you to God and I hope the same thing happens to you.
I'm genuinely puzzled by some of the negative reviews here. My experience, despite an unfortunate event, was incredibly positive. While I was on vacation, my car was towed. Upon retrieval, I discovered it had been rear-ended and significantly damaged in an accident that occurred before it was in their possession.
However, Cole and another man, (sorry forgot his name) immediately stepped in and thoroughly helped me investigate, ultimately finding a police report on the windshield that explained everything. Throughout this stressful situation, they were remarkably kind, friendly, and treated me with respect. If I ever need a tow again, I sincerely hope it's with them.
They had every reason not to release the car to us. Given the circumstance. I'm very grateful for the people and management that works there. You can imagine they're dealing with very tough decisions every single day. Nobody wants to find themselves towed. But let me tell you if you're polite and humble they will mirror you. We often forget to put ourselves in their shoes. But when you do that everything changes. Thank you for what you do, especially keeping the cars safe really..

This tow company will leave you hanging on the line, then hang up on you repeatedly. Left me on roadside at 12am, I absolutely do not recommend this towing company, steer clear.
Absolutely useless. Can’t even answer basic questions like “you towed a car that doesn’t run. If I can’t get it started will I have to pay the gate fee again?” Answer: I don’t know
If you don’t know who the hell does. Not like anyone chooses to work with a towing company so reviews are pointless.
Exploitative garbage business
This is an unfortunate place to have to review. Nobody wants to be towed for any reason, but especially after being t boned by someone who ran a red light. The guys at Red line were respectful and made the experience easy as could be. I appreciate the communication and patience they had with us.
Worst company ever, very rude employees. After an accident I asked to take my car to a parking lot, and the tow guy asked to see my bank account before to make sure I have money. After I denying his request he got in the truck and took my car without my authorization
If there were 0 stars for this place I would give them that. The front desk girl refuses to give you a total, which doesn't make sense, so when you get there you don't know the actual price. They are completely unreasonable with pricing and negotiations. Their "customer service" is horrible, if nothing at all. I hope no ones has to work with them, they must not be hurting for money because they are completely robbing from the general public who has to deal with them, so sad. They don't care about their reviews. They certainly do not care about you. Try to get your car out right away and leave with speed.

I was in car accident and unfortunately had experience with Red Line Towing. Their worker did everything very slowly. After he pulled the car from the intersection and got out of the car and talked with road workers for about 15 minutes. I had to rush him. Naturally, the rate was hourly - 260$ per hour!! They towed my car for 3 miles to the nearest body shop. I called their company 1 week after the accident and they said that the price will be 160$ for exactly this kind of service.
I paid 260$ for 3 miles, WOW! I was shocked after the accident and they took advantage of this situation and took twice as much and did all things very slowly.
I will NEVER recommend this company!!
They came hooked up the car and towed it less than mile. Not much more to say. Took off one star because they charged me sales tax but services are not taxable in California so they took off the extra charge when I asked.
Terrible company and people.
My car has been towed by Redline Towing and spent a couple of weeks at their storage facility. Everything they do is "by the law". However, this is pretty much legal extortion. Their goal is to keep the car on their lot as long as possible so they can charge you more and therefore make your life as had as possible.
On top of it, they damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility. I guess the next step is to take them to small case court.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
