I’ve made excellent experiences when I visited Security public storage. I talked to Barry before my visit and he was so service minded and offered me alternative options. Then I visited the site, even better, Barry showed me the room I needed. I made decisions on site and will rent their place. This is the best experience I made and strongly recommend for anyone in need.
This place is a dive. Easy to get you property stolen due to poor construction. When you go in your unit you can see how easy it is to get in the units next to you because the dividing walls do not reach the ceiling. Anyone without an overweight problem can get in there. One side was covered with chicken wire that was already cut into. WHO DOES THAT? Musta been born in a barn. I had this unit for 24 hrs and decided to not use it because I didnt want my stuff took. Now prorated reimbursement. I paid $120+ for 24 hrs of usage. Good looking out Security Self Storage.
Spoke to Barry. Super friendly, courteous and concise. He went out of his way to provide great customer service and answer all my questions. He will take care of you so make sure you to go pay him visit.
Rented a U-Haul from this location and it was easily the best experience I’ve ever had in doing so. While I can’t vouch for the storage, the staff is excellent. Storage is all the same, but good people are hard to find.
I just vacated my unit at Security Public Storage, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Kimberly was super helpful and made sure everything was handled quickly. Great customer service and a hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a unit here for almost 2 years & I like that they open the gate at 5am so u can go to your unit early if u need to. Its location is safe. Management is very reliable and kind.

We rented a storage unit for the month before we moved so we could move some stuff early. SPS was waaaaay cheaper than any comparable options. The facilities were clean and secure, with convenient dolly carts available by the elevator. Every worker I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I haven’t rented other storage units to compare this to, but I was very happy with the experience here.

The facility is clean, secure, and which is ideal for storing our church event and service items. While parking during peak hours can be a bit tricky, the excellent service from Barry and Tyler, along with the overall convenience and security, made this a great choice.

Several times I’ve needed packing supplies and my “go to” was the San Mateo Security Public Storage. Barry and Tyler are always helpful and Courteous. I also have had the chance to see them in action with other customers while at their office. They are always very professional and make the customers feel #1. They are a gem!

We are so glad that we found Security Public Storage for our recent move. Linda took my initial call and provided me with such great information about the facility and set up a time for me to see the location. She was so friendly and very helpful.
Once I arrived, Barry was so welcoming and informative. He took time to walk me around and to show me the entry/exit process and thoroughly went though all the pertinent information. SPS is secure, clean and well maintained.
Moving can be so stressful, and we appreciate that this piece of our move was so flawless.
