This shop is amazing I came in for regular oil change and alignment on my car they took it back and had it ready for me in about 1.5 hours. The guys in the front are very friendly and efficient will recommend to all my friends and family.

Service was friendly and they changed all 4 tires the same day but I would double check your pressures after you go here. It was a particularly cold week (50 F midday) and they overinflated 3-4 psi cold. Borderline high while the weather is cold, but once the weather warms up definitely too much.
What started out being a terrible Sunday ended up being one of the easiest experiences ever thanks to Nate at San Mateo wheel works, Found a nail in my tire Nate was able to get me in and out in a very short time! I’ve used these guys plenty of times over the years, great that they are open on Sundays! Thank you, Nate, I will definitely be back!

Wow! Great service and prices! I came in to swap out my tires for my winter set and they were able to fit me in as a walk-in. They noticed that one of my tires had been put on incorrectly (facing the wrong way!) on the rim so they took care of that for me. Great friendly service! And, very surprised to see they had actually wrapped my summer set of tires in plastic before placing them in my hatchback trunk! Very nice! Big thank you to Michael and Nate!!!

I had a bad flat tire and needed to get it addressed asap. Wheel Works was able to fit me in. I was done in two hours this visit. They also flexed and supported my son with his flat tire a few months ago. Michael did an excellent job with checking me in and out! I live about 20 mins north and this will be the place I call when in need since they are flexible. Others closer to me either can’t fit me in or don’t have the tires.

I have to say, as far as customer services goes, THIS LOCATION IN SAN MATEO on B Street is the BEST! The employees actually care about their customers. Can't say enough. The also communicate in a timely manner. Wish I could give them 10 stars! They remember your name, discuss clearly about what may be needed for your vehicle. Prices are also great. Highly recommend this location for your vehicle services including tires and rotations/alignment.

Came here this morning in a rush because I got a flat tire on the San Mateo bridge. I thought honestly I was going to be here for a while so I was actually going to leave the tire and come back but Michael asked me how far I was going. When I told him where I worked he got concerned and told me I should just wait because I couldn't do more than 50 mph on my spare tire. I really needed to get to work fast, we're a person short so I hesitated. Michael saw the look of concern on my face and again voiced his concern about the spare, he assured me the whole process would take about an hour. I was shocked when he approached to tell me I would out of there in about 5 minutes! What was supposed to take at least over an hour to do, took 30 minutes!! Michael and his crew are awesome! Professional, courteous and above all fast!! Thank you Michael for all your help!!
