I don't know why I was procrastinating about getting rid of old work records and documents for so long. They have a convenient parking area at the back of the shop. The two young men at the shred center were so friendly, helpful and efficient. I was in and out of there in a flash and the best part, it was so cost effective. What a relief getting all those papers out of my life.
Very efficient and convenient. Parking was easy and the shredding was quick. Liked that you can see it being shredded while you're there. Reasonable rates. A good find and my new go-to place when I need shredding.
Great staff and service but $90 for six bankers boxes of paper documents seems expensive. I took out all the paperclips, anything plastic, hanging file folders and thick paper folders.
This place is great! Called and they were friendly. Easy to walk in and drop off shredding. I had 1 garbage bag (partially full) = 1 box which cost $11. Watched them shred on the spot.
So many other shredding places have minimums and flat rates. Not Shredded Center!
This place is a gem ! Where have you been all my life! Gathered about 5 garbage bags of personal documents, because really When will we ever need a billing statement from 5 years ago?… nevertheless I normally go to Office Depot to do the secure bin shred drop but I never really get that sense of security being that the papers are confidential etc. so I got on google! And then boom! The staff are so polite and helpful! It was the smoothest process ever ! I also got to watch my personal documents be destroyed in front of my own eyes. So I walked away with relief !!
The folks here are friendly and there's something oddly satisfying about sticking around to watch your documents being shred, riding up the conveyor belt and then becoming a mountain of small, uniform pieces of what once were important documents that will now get recycled.
This is the most excellent shredding facility we have come across. We brought along a large box and half a bag of documents in the large brown bag for shredding. They weighed them and quickly shredded everything in less than 5 minutes. The cost was incredibly affordable, too! Although we live in San Francisco, the drive to this place was definitely worth it!
This is a great place. If you need to shred infrequently and don't have a lot of stuff to shred the rates are actually great. It's very simple, you just show up with your stuff and they'll shred it. Especially if you're only shredding a few boxes of stuff, this place is really very reasonable and perfect for most people. I know there are some services that contract with businesses to shred huge amounts of material and they pick up and drop off, etc, but for most people this is the place I would suggest.
It was time to clear out my storage and shred old documents ! They also handle water damaged files. Very polite and they even helped my load up my 10 boxes from trunk into a dolly . I recommend parking in the back as El Camino parking can be a little tight !
Who thought going to a shred center would be so pleasant! The two staff members today were extremely kind and efficient. We were out before five minutes. We'll definitely come back with more paper to shred!
Been there twice lately. The young lady working the shredder is awesome. She is fast, efficient, and polite. With 4 to 5 people waiting, she stayed cool and was hustling. I had a lot of shredding as did the 2 before me. So the backup was understandable.
Willful Destruction of Evidence "R" Us. Surprisingly affordable. If you're the kind of person who will pay for this service, you're the kind of person who will want to watch it all get shredded.

Recently we sold our family home which we had owned for more than 40 years. Downsizing and de-cluttering has become of paramount importance. The Shred center has made this process significantly easier.
It is conveniently located and a very stream-lined and efficient process.
The staff is very cordial and up beat and it is incredibly affordable.
As another review said, there is something compelling of watching the machine chew everything up before your eyes.

Today we went to this Shred Center and the employee on duty was the worse employee we have ever met at your facility. We were there around 11:15 am on 9/30/19 and there was only one employee on duty. He did not acknowledge a greeting, he only told us the price. He then took our two paper bags that needed to be shredded and put them on the floor behind the counter.
I asked him if we could watch the documents being shredded and with out saying a word, he gave me a very unhappy face and complied with my request. I said thank you and no reply.
Thought you should know what kind of employee you have.

BEST DECISION for the Month
Just dropped off two bags of unused checks, pay stubs, bank statements and others ‘important’ papers that occupied my garage for the past 30 years. The shredding was made in front of you. The staff was nice and mentioned that he can help carry your papers inside for you. And the price is SO reasonable.
Especially for senior folks like me who cling to their first pay stubs or first mortgage papers, who love to sit at the table and review our bank statements, who know they need to get rid of those boxes of documents in their basement or garage...Shred Center is a godsend place I will have to return soon.
What I love is that they destroy ur papers right in front of u. Easy parking. Very fast service. Price is great to give u peace of mind about having all that paperwork gone out of the house. I highly recommend this store. I go about every 3 months.
