  When I called the company they told me it will be a 45 min to 1 hour wait and after waiting for more than a 1 hour nobody came so I called the company again to confirm the time. I had to call them at least 5 times or so before they eventually answered my call and asked me to wait for another 15 min. So in total I waited for 1 1/2 hrs before the person came to fixed the car for a 10 min job. The jump start cost was $140 which also I thought it’s on an expensive side. I should have called more folks and saved on both time and money.

  I mad an appointment to have a car towed in san mateo between 630 and 730 in the evening and the truck never showed up. When I called the office and asked where the truck was I gave the woman on the phone the info and then was placed on hold for 20mins and then hung up on. I called the office again and got a different helpful person on the phone who said the truck was on its way to antioch but that the driver said he called and spoke to me and let me know. The driver never called spoke to me. I reset the appointment for 8am the next morning and again, the truck didn't show up. Thankfuly I was having a car towed from my home to a shop and not waiting on the side of the road somewhere.

  So I start by giving them credit for being the only tow service that accepted our ride from Mountain View to San Leandro over Labor Day weekend. The issues, however, were numerous from there. We ended up waiting for about 3 hours for the driver to arrive despite multiple assurances he was only 30-45 minutes away. When the driver arrived there was no room for either myself or my passenger to ride along, even though we told them there would be 2 passengers, so we had to call a Lyft ($50+) to get home. Once we got home and the car arrived, we were told we had to pay $600 when the quote provided to us was $400-450. At no point along the way, from the multiple calls to dispatchers to when the driver actually arrived and departed with the vehicle, were we told the price would increase. The truck that arrived also didn't have the dolly that we were told would be used to tow the vehicle since the back wheels were essentially immobile. UPDATE: The reply to this review claims a flatbed was sent- it was not. It was a standard tow truck. See the attached photo.
