This company charged me an outrageous price to tow my car from Foster City to San Mateo, about 6 miles. They charged me $870, a bunch of thieves! They towed my car from inside the condo where I live.
This towing company is a criminal group. My wife accidentally parked in a private property and we admit this is our fault. But when we went to pickup the car during their business hours, the officer is close. We tried to call them but they’re very rude and impatient and just hang up on us, MULTIPLE TIMES! We couldn’t even get someone to release the car! Eventually we had to call the police department and have them call this towing company instead.
I got charged a crazy $532!! This is definitely overcharged and they refuse to give me detailed information of towing fee, storage fee and not even a receipt with itemized charges. They didn’t show up at our scheduled time either the following day when I requested more details.
This is a complete scam and they’re criminals!! Those guys are the worse people I have ever seen in the US!!
I’ve talked with my lawyer and I’m going to bring this to court, if you have similar situation, please don’t hesitate to sue them! They should be closed permanently!!
This towing company is a scam. They charge more than any other towing company. $1,100.00 for not even 24 hours of having a vehicle. I am certain the place they towed from is getting a kick back to get calls. The vehicle was not illegally parked at all. To boot when you call, they refuse to give you information, they also laugh at the situation.

They fraudulently used my credit card despite not needing any service...this company is highly criminal. It is insane they are still up and running. Makes all the sense why the FBI is investigating them!
Getting towed is cringe, and the rates are kind of ridiculous for getting towed by San Mateo PD.
I went on a business trip for 2 weeks and left my car parked on the street near my home (in a very residential area). Some neighbor probably wasn’t happy and called my car in. Think they towed it and stored my car for 5 days while I was on my trip. Total amount came to about $760 for maybe a 3-5 mile tow on my Nissan Sentra sedan plus the 5 days of storage.
I believe it was around $100 per day to store the vehicle. I came at 8am when they open but was still charged for that entire day :/. Definitely lots of price gouging here.
Recommend to get your car as fast as possible from this place.
Other than that it’s ok, service was fine, the guy had to move another car to get mine out which probably added an additional 10 min. Was able to get my car back in like 20 min once arriving here.

Mind-blowingly unprofessional and rude. I had to call the San Mateo police on them because they refused to honor my appointment to retrieve an illegally towed car (not even mine, owned by my employer). According to the police, this was not the first time they have handled a situation like this.
The employee who eventually came out accused me of "disrespecting" him and threatened to refuse to release the car to me. These people are the worst kind of vultures.
They towed our car after an accident. They were fast and efficient. They allowed us to get our personal effects outside of business which was an awesome bit of customer service.
