  The way one of their tow truck drivers was driving Thursday, September 28 at 8:40 PM was absurd. He is a very scary dangerous man. Swerving in and out of lanes on El Camino headed southbound. Cross St. Ralston Avenue. This man should not be trusted with a company vehicle. He was slamming on his brakes continuously. Trying to cause an accident. Very angry man with a very fragile ego. I don’t even understand why he got offended in the first place, but he was trying to cause an accident tonight in a company tow truck. This scary man should be fired. Extremely dangerous to innocent civilians. I can imagine someone this angry and reactive would be just as terrible at their job as he is at driving. Stay away from this company.

  I met with the owner. The real owner. The old man. He was a gentleman. He answered all my question honestly and accurately. He gave me prices(which were fair after checking other dealers). I had a not so pleasant experience before with someone else that shall remain unnamed. The only problem will be on my end. I need to round some more cash.

  one of their drivers almost ran me off the road today. he had two cars on his truck and im driving a small car but he felt the need drive up super close behind me before going by me. auto towing is a proper trade, a good skill to know and a way to make money, but apparently they have a hard time finding good people to hire at House of Wreckers.

  I purchased a Flatbed Tow Truck back in March, they told me the truck was Road ready. They had their mechanics inspected it supposably. The brakes where shot and the drums where bad, king pin was bad. Air bags where cracked.I know its a used truck and can not expect it to be perfect but I dont appreciate them put my wifes and my life in danger. I had to drive it over 500 miles. To get home.
