One of our forklifts had a hydraulic system leak and was no longer able to lift anything. I reached out to a few different companies for quotes and chose San Francisco Forklift due to his ability to diagnose the problem via phone call/text. Most "big" companies will charge you $150-$200 to take a look at your equipment even if it takes a few minutes. I provided some info about the forklift and he was able to order the necessary parts and provide an accurate estimate. His pricing was the best in the bay area and the fact that he was a small business (owner and operator) was a plus since this meant he takes extra pride in the work completed. Also, I had an issue with the forklift and he came out to check it out with no additional expenses. I highly recommend his service - do not hesitate!
Chad was great to work with and communicated very well with the process of our forklift repair. Really helped us out and even worked with our schedule when something came up last minute. Would definitely use his services again
Brought this company in as an alternative smaller company who could repair our lifts. It is a solo operator, who maintains a very good dialogue on his services and expertise. The reality is, service is fair, expertise is over blown; and worst, his prices are excessive. When called out on 2nd and 3rd repairs needed for the same fix, and our refusing to pay for the 2nd and 3rd repairs, legal action was threatened for failure to pay. Would not ever use them again.
