I was hit on the passenger rear side. Bent in tire(messed up suspension), broken door, paint damaged, etc. AAA gave me a list of facilities I could choose from. After doing some research I decided to go with Exclusive Auto Body and I am so glad I did. The day I brought in the vehicle they cared about my safety and did not let me leave with the vehicle because of suspension damage, they even called the car rental place and had them pick me up from their shop to get a rental. They sent a link via text message where I could track the progress of the repair and always communicated the pricing and any delays with parts. Day of pick up, they went through the receipt and walked me through the repairs that were done. So happy I chose Exclusive AutoBody and would recommend to anyone looking to have a nice experience, great work and actually be seen and not taken advantage of.

Throughout the repair, I received regular updates.The turnaround was impressively fast—what seemed like a complex job was completed much sooner than I expected. A rodent chewed through a tube connected to my washer fluid tank. Access required removing the front bumper (Chevy Bolt 2020).

A body shop isn’t like Disneyland, no one wants to be there. But I was so impressed with Rafael, the manager who helped me get my car repaired. My passenger mirror was sheared off by someone opening their driver door as I passed. Exclusive took care of all the damage and did it to precise perfection. It’s one of those mirrors with video, radar, defrosting and motor adjustment. They dealt with my insurance company for me also. I only had to pay the deductible. 10 out of 10!

They did a wonderful job on my car. The staff are professional and courteous. I’m extremely satisfied with the repairs. The damage on my Acura TSX had been repaired perfectly. Looks like a new car in the show room. Cherie was very helpful and kept me up to date on the progress. Definitely a 5-star shop.
I was impressed right from the start with the very thorough inspection of the damage and the photos taken. I was even more impressed when I went to pick up my car after the repairs. My car looked new. Not only had the damage from the collision been fixed, but other minor blemishes or dense had been fixed. The car was sparkling, clean the work exceeded my expectations.

They did a perfect job in a very short amount of time. The communication was above and beyond. The car is so clean now, you could perform surgery in it. The price was lower than the last time a got a similar repair from a different shop about 7 years ago. All in all, I think anyone should feel like they're in good hands with Exclusive Auto.

Had an appointment to do a estimate on my Tesla to replace my bumper in a few weeks after I called. They where able to cancel the appointment and help me out the same week! I arrived and they where able to get me a quick estimate. When the bumper arrived they set me up an appointment and had my car back to me in two days! Kevin had them put my lip on my new bumper with no extra charge. They where super nice and did an amazing job. Highly recommended!!
Tommy, the owner, was very professional. They took good care of my car, and they even helped arrange a rental car for me for pickup when I dropped off my car at the same time for repairs. I was referred to them by a friend who had two cars repaired there. They are busy but for good reason... they do a great job. They were very professional - they provided several estimates to give us options, they agreed to be paid directly by the person who caused the accident, they ordered the parts right away, and kept us informed when a part was delayed. Once they had all the pieces, they promptly scheduled the repair and completed it so that it looks like new. Overall a great experience and I will recommend to others!

Great service and quality! Seriously, I took my Land Rover Defender there and I am impressed with the quality of the work. My husband and I took it to exclusive auto care after taking the car to the sand dunes. We had quite an amount of damage in the front of the car. The car was still drivable, so Exclusive auto care ordered some of the parts and we took it to the shop only when most of the parts arrived. It took a little bit over a month to get the car back but I am just very impressed with the customer service.
Cherie is the best. She is top notch, not only does she get it DONE, she also communicates throughout the process.
I will always recommend this place and hopefully I don’t have have to go back there but IF I ever need a repair in any of my cars this is the place. Thank you team for fixing my car.
