Cherie from the service team was fabulous to work with. She was friendly, efficient, and gave regular updates. The service team worked with my insurance company so the claims process was smooth. My car was clean when it was returned. Would definitely recommend.
Car scraped along one side. The people at Exclusive were friendly, polite, competent and fantastic to work with. They did what they committed to do for the agreed price and delivered the car on-time, cleaned and polished. They worked effortlessly with the insurance company. Excellent service from start to finish - they really brought me along to help explain what my options were for several different pieces of damage. They were professional and more importantly, I felt that they were very honest with where is was worth spending more versus less (I was close to selling my car when the damage happened and they were helpful in explaining where repair would increase my resale value vs not really impact it that much). Very quick when the actual service happened (after the parts arrived) and my service took exactly how long they estimated so it was easy to plan around it. I highly recommend them!
In a word - Simply amazing! From Cherie’s excellent customer service to the actual work done, to the cleanliness of the shop to the friendliness of the staff, I would highly recommend Exclusive to anyone needing work done. They even managed all interactions with the responsible parties insurance and rental car.
Overall it was a good experience. Someone hit the front end of my brand new car on the front left(driver side) fender bumper and headlight. There was a couple things i wasn't initally happy with but after speaking to them about them they fixed and everything was repaired back to brand new on my 2025 mazda 3. Even a few months down the line they fixed a clip for me in 5 mins when my fender and bumper werent flush on my drivers side.
If you want a top notch auto body shop, then this is the place. Outstanding experience from start to finish and my car looks brand new. Their communication, follow through, knowledge and workmanship was amazing
I brought my car in for them to look at, After meeting with them all were very helpful and very nice but working with howard and Cherie very nice and understand that at this moment you are not in a good place mentally with the state of your car and they walk you everthing with a smile. My car was rear ended and this shop was one of the shops suggested by my insurance, Statefarm. I called them and they made an appointment quickly to make an estimate. The appoinment took about 15 min in which they just took pictures. I had an estimate by the end of the day and they had already ordered replacement parts without my approval to speed up the process of repair. I thought this was amazing! I didn't get a chance to approve the estimate until the next day as I was at work but it was great to know the parts were already en route. They called me a few days later when the parts came in and I dropped my car off. Rafael Lopez was the person assigned to my car and he was fantastic! Communicated with me every step of the way with the repairs. I always knew what step my car was in the repair process. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone and tell them to ask for Rafael.

I was hit on the passenger rear side. Bent in tire(messed up suspension), broken door, paint damaged, etc. AAA gave me a list of facilities I could choose from. After doing some research I decided to go with Exclusive Auto Body and I am so glad I did. The day I brought in the vehicle they cared about my safety and did not let me leave with the vehicle because of suspension damage, they even called the car rental place and had them pick me up from their shop to get a rental. They sent a link via text message where I could track the progress of the repair and always communicated the pricing and any delays with parts. Day of pick up, they went through the receipt and walked me through the repairs that were done. So happy I chose Exclusive AutoBody and would recommend to anyone looking to have a nice experience, great work and actually be seen and not taken advantage of.

A body shop isn’t like Disneyland, no one wants to be there. But I was so impressed with Rafael, the manager who helped me get my car repaired. My passenger mirror was sheared off by someone opening their driver door as I passed. Exclusive took care of all the damage and did it to precise perfection. It’s one of those mirrors with video, radar, defrosting and motor adjustment. They dealt with my insurance company for me also. I only had to pay the deductible. 10 out of 10!

I was impressed right from the start with the very thorough inspection of the damage and the photos taken. I was even more impressed when I went to pick up my car after the repairs. My car looked new. Not only had the damage from the collision been fixed, but other minor blemishes or dense had been fixed. The car was sparkling, clean the work exceeded my expectations.
If you are in need of any body work on your vehicle, I highly recommend this shop! 5-star rating from the day I dropped off the car til I picked it up. Kevin and Rafael were amazing on keeping me updated on the progress of my car every 2 days. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside too. My car looks like it is brand new again. Had an appointment to do a estimate on my Tesla to replace my bumper in a few weeks after I called. They where able to cancel the appointment and help me out the same week! I arrived and they where able to get me a quick estimate. When the bumper arrived they set me up an appointment and had my car back to me in two days! Kevin had them put my lip on my new bumper with no extra charge. They where super nice and did an amazing job. Highly recommended!!
Tommy, the owner, was very professional. They took good care of my car, and they even helped arrange a rental car for me for pickup when I dropped off my car at the same time for repairs. The repair was done so perfectly, and I am very happy with their service. I would give them a total of 10 stars for satisfaction and excellent service. I was referred to them by a friend who had two cars repaired there. They are busy but for good reason... they do a great job. They were very professional - they provided several estimates to give us options, they agreed to be paid directly by the person who caused the accident, they ordered the parts right away, and kept us informed when a part was delayed. Once they had all the pieces, they promptly scheduled the repair and completed it so that it looks like new. Overall a great experience and I will recommend to others!
