Had a good experience here. Went to buy wipers and chains. Person helping me took the time to look up our car make/model to ensure we got the right ones. For chains, he made sure to tell us how not to open it if we want to return it if we didn't need chains up in Tahoe. This kind of service makes me trust that they are trying to help versus make a buck (noticed buying chains on the way to Tahoe often had signs of "no refunds" on chains).

This review is specifically for Nikie, who was very helpful and thorough with changing my car battery. He made sure I indeed needed a new battery before selling me one.

Had a great experience today at Autozone with help from Nikie and Rafael! Both were super friendly and eager to help me get a new car battery and Nikie went above and beyond to get my car battery tested and jumped so I could make it back to the store and replace it. Thanks again guys!!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this AutoZone. Before arriving, I called to confirm that they install car batteries and was told yes. When I got there, the girl at the counter was extremely unprofessional, rude, and gave me false information, telling me they don't install batteries. She then went to another employee, and a guy from the back came out and said he would do it but would have to charge me personally since he was "off the clock." Completely unacceptable. I stepped outside and called another AutoZone, and that employee confirmed that they do install car batteries. He even contacted this location's manager, who supposedly told them to take care of it. When I walked back in, the same girl who denied the service didn't realize I was behind her, and I overheard her talking badly about me. Very unprofessional. They finally agreed to install the battery, but after 1.5 hours, the employee said he couldn't do it. I ended up leaving with a refund and no service done. This place tried to charge me for something they normally provide, wasted my time, and treated me with zero respect. I will never return to this AutoZone. Absolutely terrible experience.

Niki, nice man helped me install the battery I bought from them yesterday, he was, kind and thorough, even did a battery and alternator test after installation. I was so pleased, $18 rebate on the old battery also.

Good location near freeway and on El Camino. Parking lot is small and awkward but doesn't seem to be a problem as it not to busy. Staff is always friendly and helpful at Autozone.

Nikie was very helpful when I needed a new car battery. First of all, he greeted me and asked if he could help. He offered twice to look up what battery I needed (although I thought I knew). Turns out I didn't know, so good thing we looked it up. Then he rolled the battery out to my car on a cart so I didn't have to carry it (they're heavy!). He provides old school level of service and it really stands out at a time when (in my experience), you are mostly ignored in stores and the folks working there are merely cash register operators. Thanks, Nikie, for your commitment to excellent customer service! It is both noticed and appreciated!

Thank you Tony Louie for being so kind and helpful with my steering wheel cover purchase. It was so difficult to get one on my wheel and he even spotted a tear in the original I chose and quickly refunded it with a new one. Amazing!!

Today I went to Autozone, because Oreilly refused to check on my battery, because he was on his own and shouldn’t be open (opens at 7:30, was there 8:30+) I went to Autozone and some of the staffs were occupied. Nikie on his day off came and asked if I was helped and helped me check on my Saturn Sc2 battery and alternator and gave me the diagnostics and tips on caring for it. Awesome guy, saved me money and taught me new things to care for my car! 5/5!

Incredible service from I belive his name is Nick! Immediately greeted and helped me find the windshield wipers I needed and even helped me install them. Very very thoughtful , thank you again!

An older gentleman was helping me today and he actually walked around the store and got the parts I needed for me. Air filter, oil filter, etc. That's great customer service. This store is out of my way but i was tired after working 12hrs and his customer service will have me buying all my auto parts from this specific store. With a bunch of used VWs. i might be here more than some of the part time workers.

I just went to this store and was looking for touch up paint for my car. The gentleman helped me out a lot. I couldn’t see his name tag. I think his name is John. He was very knowledgeable about the paint color. He went above and beyond in terms of customer service.

Nikie was an absolute blessing today! He went above and beyond beyond for me and as someone who is not particularly versed in the inner workings of automobiles, I could not have been more fortunate that Nikie was there to help me, and on my birthday no less! Thank you again Nikie, made a possibly headache inducing ordeal positively pleasant!

Shoutout to Mr Niki. Mr Niki is a good man. He helped me with the battery of my car. He went out of his way to make sure that I had it fixed. He’s very respectful and professional. Truly a great service and people that works here are amazing.

Shoutout to Nikie for getting us back on the road this past Sunday. He was able to get our battery installed quickly and helped us out when we got stuck in a pickle. Thank you Nikie and Auto Zone for being customer oriented. Nikie was awesome and attentive to our needs, would definitely return again!

We had to have our car jump started yesterday hours away from where we are moving to and decided to go to the Autozone closest to home to have the battery tested. We got there 20 minutes before closing and they determined that the battery needed replaced. Thankfully, they had the battery in stock. The associates brought out tools to help my husband replaced the battery and stayed nearly an hour after the store closed to make sure that our car was taken care of and remained friendly and professional the entire time. They really went above and beyond to help us and we could not be more appreciative of their help.

Louis aka Nicky was fantastic and was super helpful. Appreciated him taking time to wheel out my batteries on the cart, very helpful. Thanks Louis C!

These guys saved me big time! I stopped by after work to get my battery tested since it had died a few days prior. Louie helped me out and ran the test. He told me I needed a new one. I had asked if they did installs and he let me know that it’s normally in the morning (it was about 6:30pm.) I told him I’d have to hold off since I started work at 6am. As I was getting ready to ask about wiper blades, he asked another coworker, Dennis, if he had time to do it. Dennis gave it a quick look and told me he would take care of it. He installed my battery and wipers. I’m beyond appreciative of their help! Definitely recommend this place as I’ve stopped in a few times before and they’ve always been helpful. Thanks again guys!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I found myself stranded with a dead battery. After going there to buy a new battery, they followed up with me a short time later asking if I needed assistance. I was a short distance down the road and they met me in the pouring rain to help change out the battery. They really helped me out in a bad situation. Nikie was a life savior and I am forever grateful.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. John at AutoZone, and I must say, he was really nice and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that I found the right parts for my car and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. I genuinely appreciate his assistance and would like to thank him once again for his outstanding service.

This store's staffs are super friendly and helpful. They are trying their best to save your money. Louise is the best! He's such a life saver. Hope all is well with these lovely guys.

This Auto Zone in Millbrae needs to get new workers or overhaul their staff, bone worker accused me of stealing something when I only looked at the item, I took everything out of my pockets to show I didn't steal anything, I didn't have what he said I took, so one of them said we'll see when he walks out the door because the item detector will sound. I walked out of the door and the detector DID NOT SOUND! THEY ARE MODED AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES, Did I mention they gave me the wrong part that I bought. Which I think was intentional. They all should be fired!;

Been going here a couple years now, and I would say experience keeps getting better and better. Store manager John helped me find a Catalytic for my car but unfortunately autozone didn’t sell a CA compliance. So he called a different auto parts place to see if the stock anything or a part number they can cross reference. Definitely went above and beyond what I expected.

The cashier named Liam was extremely helpful. He changed my daughter's battery, and offered great customer service. Clean store, awesome service. Thanks fellas.

This place is the first auto parts store that is CUSTOMER based!!! They are open 7 days a week till 9pm!!!! That is amazing and so very much appreciated! The employees in this store actually know what the parts do. How to put them in. What you need to get the job done. And they are friendly and smart. I really appreciate the sales people. This place has 100% of my business and there are several other parts stores very close to me. They are a wonderful asset to the company and deserve every penny they earn. I love this place.
