We broke down in Half Moon Bay with some suspected battery issues. We were on our way to NAPA when we spotted Youngs and decided to pop in here first to support a small business. Best decision ever!
Scott lent us a battery and a sack barrow to carry it to our car, he then kindly offered to run some checks on the vehicle once we’d got it started.
We chugged round and he helped run the checks and helped us fix a loose connection. Nothing was too much bother and without Scott we’d have ended up with a hefty bill at a garage.

This place is absolutely the best. It's nice having another parts place in town, especially a parts place (Young's) that actually cares about who walks through the door. It's the best place ever. They go above and beyond for everyone, no matter the size of your account. I highly recommend this place and look forward to many more years with them.
I found myself far from home with an antifreeze light on, and I couldn't have been luckier to stumble upon this auto part shop. Scott, the hero of the day, went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he help me find the right antifreeze product, but he also went the extra mile by locating a container and mixing it for me. Scott at Young's went above and beyond with amazing customer service today. I'm from out of state, only in town for a couple of days, and found myself having some car trouble. He not only helped me replace my car battery, but then also took the time to help me find a local auto repair shop that could replace my water pump the same day (it took multiple calls)! It was truly one of the greatest customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you Scott!
