This oreillys has the slowest customer service ever. Employee chit chatting with customer because they both speak Spanish when the line is extremely long
The staff here is knowledgeable, and equal in importance, they try their best to be helpful. Shoutout to Fidel, Marvin, Derek, and the older asian guy whose name I forget. Basically, this is a great location to visit to get help taking care of your automotive needs.
I had a dead battery and called this location. Erica was amazingly helpful and wonderful since I was feeling overwhelmed and obviously stuck. Edward or Eddie I believe his name was also helped me, and I couldn't be more thankful to these folks working the day I came in.
I would give more stars if I could.
This is one of my go to places when I need parts for my cars/ trucks. This location tends to have more parts in stock then other locations.
Service isn't always the greatest here. Half of them don't know what they're talking about. I usually come in with the part number or picture of the part to make things easier.
I had an issue dealing with my radiator. I also had to drive back to Sacramento and even though they were just about to close Dexter came outside and help me without me even asking him. I now can drive safely back to Sacramento. Literally going above and beyond ! Awesome service very very grateful.!
My battery died. I called the O'Reilly in Daly City, Skyline Plaza, ahead of time and the young man stated they would be able to help me. I went in and the same young man I spoke to helped me. He tested the battery first so I wouldn't have to waste money and maybe it just needed a charge. Well, it was the battery. He changed it for me and everything. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Customer Service at its finest! Thank you so much Joemer! Kudos to you!!!
This store staff closes the store early. Having car trouble this evening and needing to buy fluid, I pulled into the parking lot in front at 8:56p-store closes at 9p. Both doors were locked, staff keys in the opposite side. I knocked furiously- no one was in sight. After 9p, two staff members emerged. I was not acknowledged as I stood at the door- I called the store and they immediately hung up the phone. OK. I walked back 30 minutes later after trying to find fluid elsewhere and the staff was still at the store. I mean, if staff can't close the store and lock up right at 9p anyway, why are they closing the store early?
This was the 3nd time going to their main location in Daly City and twice they didn't have what I wanted. So, I ended up.again at AutoZone, which was located 3 miles away.
O'Reilly is a good place to buy the things you need for automobile. For me it's good because I live a block away from the store. So anything I need I can easily walk there and get what I need. Very convenient.
After buying two alternators they failed to sell me the right one twice I had to modify my truck I was in a bind to get it done but it seems they're very knowledgeable about the things they sell or even automotive things
They have the best customer service. I called in for parts for my car and they said it will be shipped to their Dept by noonI picked up the part and brought it home . After inspection of my car I found out the problem was not what I thought. I'm O'Reilly's said come back and they refunded my money with no questions asked
Contactless Pickup Failed
I purchased this online for a Contactless pickup at the Store. When I followed the instructions and called the number provided in the email confirmation that my pickup was ready, I was told I had to come into the store, as the Associate working was not available to bring my product to me and he said I needed to come in to check my ID.
Store was apparently not properly trained or staffed to fulfill the Contactless Order.
I have not encountered a negative experience here whatsoever. Today, I shopped here to address a likely fault to my fog light switch, or relay tgat is causing the halogen bulbs to overload the 7.5 AMP Low-profile fuse. While I was there, they ran a voltmeter on my deep cycle Prius 12v battery that was replaced on May 08, 2019. Thankfully, I can understand that in order to protect the battery of the car from being overtaxed, I need to use a capacitor when getting a new amplifier installed to run a 10” subwoofer. Thanks O’Reilly. I paid with a rebate card to purchase the fuses. Conveniently located adjacent to #YoQuieroTacoBellO
It says free installation stuff outside, well it's a lie, and I said I will do it myself and asked some advice, and the old asian guy said, sometimes it's hard sometimes it's easy. That's not really what I asked. Well, I figured out by myself anyway.
Eugene, the assistant manager had helped me. He was extremely helpful. I got a new bulb for my headlamp, air filters for engine and in cabin. I had also asked about cleaning the lens of my headlamps and he showed me a product he believed in that really work and even went as far as to try it out in my car. Thumbs up for Eugene. I will come here for all my future auto parts purchases.

3 stars for their store always having pretty much everything in stock over other locations in the area. Would’ve given a solid 4 stars if their parking availability was better.
Sunday Dec 4th 4:30pm. Two 'counter persons'. One was helpful and the other was not. Also, the un-helpful one gave me a wrong rebate slip. More training needed.
