  This is one of the local auto stores near me. It's a little store but has lots of items. Typically, the people that work here aren't the most knowledgeable. I typically come in with a screenshot of the item I need to make it easier. Store is decent and clean. Staff is nice.

  I had to get a new battery and Julio went above and beyond. It was a difficult installation as the old battery was really corroded, but he helped troubleshoot that and also put in a new bracket and was very friendly and informative.

  If you aren't Latino I wouldn't recommend going to this store. From just pulling into the store I had an employee come up and yell at me about my headlights saying I bright lighted him and that I was lucky he was at work. Then upon going into the store I told the manager about it who responded by laughing at me and then asking what I needed. I tried returning unopened items and he opened them inspecting a hose length I was returning saying it had been cut and wasn't returnable telling me at this point to leave and he kept my items and receipt without refunding me. The man who was in front of me was Latino walking in without the box or receipt and was given a return no questions asked.

  Don’t bother with this location. They’ll pick up the phone and just hang up on you. I called twice today Saturday 4/5/2025 and both times, they pick yours and just hung up.

  By far more inventory than others including AutoZone, nice clean place and very organized . The staff is nice , helpful and friendly . I was helped by this nice Hispanic guy who has a nice full beard and I jokingly told him ! That’s a man’s beard , he laughed and was quick to help me. I recommend this place.

  Hi I have issues about store manager 2608 on mission st Daly city you guys I bought a brake pads 8 mouths ago in Oakland from you guys I'm membership the brake pads I bought it's limited life warranty wicth the cashier from the store told me if I bring the old breaks in boxe you guys will refund my money that's the deal I agree I just bought this pad breaks to get my refund i replaced today I went to Daly city store on mission #2608 the manager AL refuse give my refund for the old parts he lie to me he say warranty it's if have any damage this guys not diserve work for the community I was going to throw away but I went to other store with the old parts they refund me my money I know my rigths when I bought but AL don't won't give my refund how you guys can hired a guy like that I waste my time gas I went to SF potreiro on 16 where I bought the new ones they refund right away no problem I'm so mad with this guy

  Convenient location as well as well stocked products and helpful staff. Seems like the lady who manages this location does a good job too. I was able to get the parts shipped in store the same day i ordered and payed for them. Very happy with how they treated me as well, i had called AutoZ*** and was not impressed at how rude and rushed they were with me, this location of O"Reilly's was the best one out of the others i called and checked with. Easy parking as well which makes all the difference to me, being able to park and not having to walk blocks is amazing. Solid store and would definitely recommend

  My car battery was having issues, so I drove to the O'Reilly closest to me in San Francisco, but they were unable to diagnose the battery issue and were also unwilling to install it even if I purchased one with them. Another O'Reilly was able to figure out the battery was bad, but also said they couldn't do installations that would take more than 2 minutes. I decided to give this location a try, and Christian was extremely helpful. He was able to confirm the battery issue and also install the battery I purchased from this location. I had an extremely stressful day trying to both buy the battery and get it installed, so I'm extremely relieved and happy with the service I got at this O'Reilly location!

  Customer service is quite terrible here. We obviously rely on the knowledge of the staff, yet it seems like I was bothering a worker here by even thinking to ask a question. I understand there was a line, but I felt hurried making sure to not waste his time. Not a good feeling.

  We had a bulb or three burn out in our headlights and came here to find the replacements. My partner and I obviously had no idea what we were talking about (I came in with my phone and pictures and gestured wildly) so the guy behind the counter came out and looked at the light. Turns out we only needed one bulb! He even installed it for us and showed us how to do it ourselves, no charge! We thought we would be paying around $60 all said and done, but we only paid $19 for the bulb and a replacement.

  Parking is ok. Staff is helpful. Sometime slow custumer service. Prices are good. Usually have things in stock or will order it for quick pick with in a day or 2. Or they'll locate at a near by store for pickup. They even lent be a couple tools to change a part in the parking lot. Nice staff.

  I am a big fan of O'Reilly as a store. I try to only use them whenever possible. Unfortunately this particular store didn't have the best customer service. The guy behind the counter seemed upset that I was asking him questiquestions and making him do the job that he gets paid to do. Hopefully management can possibly do some training or something to help their employees deal customers better.

  Nice folks, fast service, very helpful… went the extra mile to obtain an auto part… when the part was sent; not their error… I was listening when he repeated the part# three times; they offered to pickup and deliver the part for me… that's service.
