Lol .....no expertise here !!!! Why's this place so rude???!!! My husband just tried asking about carburetor accelerator diaphragm for a Holly carburetor. The Asian guy said, " I don't deal with carburetors!!!" Seemed angry lol. I thought Napa tries to fame itself on specialty parts. So he went to O'Reilly on mission street and they HAD THAT PART HANGING ON THE WALL!!!!LOL
Called over the phone to see if NAPA had a part in stock or at another location, since they are on my way out of town. Both AutoZone and O’Reilly were happy to point me to a store that had it in stock or offered to special order.
NAPA on the other hand didn’t even bother checking and expected me to believe they could not order it. What a joke, I’d shop elsewhere for quality service with employees who are interested in helping, this location is not trust worthy.
Came to return a brand new battery that I did not need within 30 days and was told no, despite the fact that Napa's policy online states that I can do so.
One clerk attempted to pull up a policy stating otherwise, but was unable to provide any evidence.

Placed an online parts order on a Sunday afternoon, needed the parts Monday morning and they weren't 100% ready (my own fault) at 8am Monday. Isagani went above and beyond to get the parts from another location within 1 hour (9a) and I was out of there with everything I needed. Give this man a raise!
Give me wrong colour of paint and said it looks pretty close but it didn't but nevertheless ended up getting myself almost match he said didn't have more paint other than what was just inside the door on the other side aisle I spotted a full shelve of paint but not what I wanted costed $21 at O'Reilly's was $9 for exactly the same can who's ripping who off go figure out
Came in 30 minutes before close looking for a 10mm socket wrench to install a new battery. The employee said they were out, and he instead went to his car and lent me his socket while I replaced the battery outside the store. Such generosity is rare these days and I greatly appreciated the act of kindness.
Brought some stuff I originally ordered for return as I was requested by a NAPA online agent. They wouldn't take it for reasons they cannot answer and made me ship it in myself. Seemed like pure incompetence on the employees' part
I found out I had a brake light out most of the places you go to make you buy two Napa are you ready you only have to buy one I put the brake light in I don't have to worry about getting stopped and getting cited
I got heanch of my truck the Filipino guy Hit the professional he is in service he’s a very nice guy and give you options and better options to get original stuff so I put five stars for him the best customer service and parts if you need anything I’m parked go to Napa on Airport Boulevard ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The store manager Alex is so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me install my headlights and wipers. Found couple things that the dealership couldn’t find. Thank you so much for your help!
The store manager named Alex lacked in customer service by a large degree. He was incredibly difficult and sarcastic while conducting a simple transaction. I'd rather drive to the Napa in Burlingame where customer service is prioritized, then to shop at this location ever again.
When it comes to motor oil, this place is definitely not the place to go, they barely had any in stock and what they did have was super expensive. Staff looks like they did not want to be there
Terrible customer service and useless employees who know next to nothing. Also beware this is a franchise store and does not operate like a typical NAPA corporate store. Good luck getting any product under warranty replaced. 1/5 starts is generous.
I reserved online and when I actually picked up the parts, the price is higher than what i saw online. According to the counter person's explanation, the parts I ordered, the 'pro-pack' has to be ordered in bulk and because I ordered just one, i'm not eligible for the discount. When I asked him then why their online system allowed me to put '1' in the quantity box and let me checked out, he was speechless but still refused to honor the original online price. On another visit, the counter person tried to up-sell and when I refused, he refused to honor the online price and suggested that I cancelled the whole transaction.
I used to be their regular customer until today because THEY DO (TRY VERY HARD TO) NOT HONOR THEIR ONLINE PRICE.
Alex helped me more then he needed to. Even though the car battery was more expensive then costco, I didn't have to wait in line for an hour at the service center. Plus Alex came out and helped me remove my battery because one of the terminal connectors were seized. Costco wouldn't have done that for me. Five star
I am travelling through California in a '86 motor home and my alternator died in San Fransisco. It was impossible to find a shop that could
help us out and even the auto parts stores didn't seem to know what the heck they were talking about. I called this Napa Autoparts and Scott was like an angel sent from heaven. I had lost all hope but even without pulling the alternator out he was able to find a match over the phone. He was SO incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I was more than happy with the quality of service and the product. These guys are great!
