I had a great experience with this place. Ask for Alex, Alex and the team is very friendly and welcoming — they really make you feel like a valued customer, not just another number. What stood out most to me was their honesty. They only recommended the work that actually needed to be done, nothing extra or unnecessary.
The prices were fair and transparent, and the quality of the work was excellent. My car was ready on time, and everything was done right the first time. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.
Alex, is great! I brought my 2018 Nissan Rogue in for lower control arms to be replaced and front & back brakes. He gave me a reasonable price and he didn’t give up on me when my insurance company took a week to finally do the inspection. Thanks for your patience and great service!! I will be back for sure.

Alex is one of the most honest mechanic's I've ever met. Most recently I took in my wife's car for a brake pad+rotor replacement job. After he took in the car he let me know that our hub bearings were shot and the entire assembly should be replaced because if he didn't tell me I'd have to come back with damaged rotors. So he wanted to make sure I understood the implication of not replacing the bearing. He gave me time to think about it and said even if I don't replace everything he wouldn't charge me for having to return the pads and rotors he ordered for me. Some mechanics would've charged for a diagnostic and taking the time to lift the car up--Alex didn't charge me for any of that. This wasn't the first time Alex helped me out like this. I highly recommend this shop and make sure to ask for Alex.
They are the best. I had the pleasure to meet and be helped by Erick. He quickly restarted my vehicle and was professional, fast, careful and respectful with the towing (car still not road ready). He truly cared about my needs and was polite and helpful the entire time. He even offered to drive me back home (he said it was on his route but still that’s very generous of him). I wish AE motors even bigger and more successes to come!
My “Check Engine” light came back on when I had already had some work done to resolve it. Alex worked tirelessly trying to narrow down the cause of the problem. He was great about explaining issues to me and giving me options. His price was extremely competitive especially considering the amount of time he spent on the job. I recently had my AC condenser replaced at AE Motors, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. The pricing was very competitive, making the decision easy for me. I was so impressed with their service that I also had them change my brakes and rotors when they needed to be done. The attention to detail and thoroughness of the team were outstanding. they have replied they don’t remember any problems. Their tow truck driver convinced me to send my car to their shop by telling me he worked for AAA, and that they would help with the deductible. I should have seen through it right then but i was - clearly- not thinking straight. He does not work for AAA and made ultimately releasing the car to them very very difficult
they didn’t work on it because i realized - a bit late - that i’d made a very bad judgement call
from which AAA ultimately rescued me
more disappointment - the shop told me 80% chance it would be totaled. I’ve learned the repairs will be easy under blue book and was definitely repairable
My car Tesla got into an accident. CHP called AE Motors for towing. Omar and Alex were very nice and professional. I was continually informed about the status of my car which was totaled in the accident. They coordinated with the insurance also. Interesting thing was that after accident the car could not be charged, hence could not be opened. Alex and his team knew of technicalities, jump started the battery so the doors opened. Alex personally helped me retrieve all my belongings from the damaged vehicle. Nice folks. Thanks. Highly recommend.
My car died after shopping at Costco. I have to wait till after hours to contact AAA. AE Motors came to rescue. Though already late at night, they responded in a timely manner. Omar came with the tow truck, very new, by the way. He was courteous, very professional, and operated the towing decisively and efficiently. I was more than pleased with their performance, and definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs towing.

I’m a girl and sometimes shops like to take advantage of me, NOT HERE. I told them what I thought was going on with my car, they checked it in 20 mins (not 2 hours like this other shop said how long it would take) and told me that I was right and fixed it in 45 mins and drove it around to make sure everything was working correctly. I bought more parts than needed and he told me we didn’t need to change it, and to return it and get my money back. Just exceptional service. Honest people here!!

AE Motor is top notch. I just had car issues and was stuck in San Francisco. Luckily, Erick was local and came within half an hour. He has a new tow truck that is state of the art; latest in the automotive industry. He is personable, sociable, and very friendly. He got my car up on his towing truck in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend stuck and his crew. You will not be disappointed with their services.
Recently, I inspected my vehicle at AE Motor Towing & Auto Repair Inc. This shop provided an exceptional level of service from beginning to end. When I entered the store, the workers were friendly and attentive, greeting me and addressing my concerns promptly. In seconds, Andre checked me in, and Omar assisted me with my car's problem.

Went for the 1st time for a recently purchase 2001 Ford Excursion with a broken water pump. Alex found the issue in 5min and gave me an appointment for the same week. I retrieved the car fixed and running great. Bill was even a bit less than quote. 6 month warranty. Gave me a ride back to my office when I went to bring the car for the fix. In a nut shell highly skills, great service and fare price. Highly recommend !

I don't typically write reviews, but I really wanted to share the positive experience that I had at AE Motors recently. I brought them a vehicle with an evaporation system leak. They were able to diagnose the issue (smoke machine) and fixed it. I was really impressed with how reasonable the cost for this was. I'm pretty sure it could have been much more expensive somewhere else. Even more importantly, I found Alex and Omar to be genuine, honest, straightforward and trustworthy. I'll definitely be returning to them in the future. In case you are looking for a mechanic, the other reviews of AE Motors here on Google are legit!
As someone who is usually concerned about car repairs I often worry about how much repairs cost. Luckily I found AE motors’ Alex and Omar who offered the service at a transparent and reasonable price.
When my engine light turned on, my OBD scanner came out with a p0441 and a p0455 code. I don’t know much about cars so I looked online and usually these codes are related to the evap system, which is usually pretty complicated to identify. We found out that the issue is on the EVAP canister. The most cost effective way to fix would be to replace my original canister’s purge valve, but unfortunately it is very difficult to come across. I appreciate Omar’s level of understanding and transparency of what the fix could entail. He diligently looked out for parts that are available on the market and evaluated options in order to lower the cost for me without compromising quality.
Aside from Omar’s thoroughness, I would also like to mention that Omar helped me look for a backpack which I thought I lost when I dropped off my car (I tend to forget about things every now and then). He checked the cameras and told me he could not find anything when I came back to pick up my car. Eventually, I found out that my backpack is in the Popeyes next door where I had lunch after I dropped off my car to them.
Finally, Alex flexibility helped me meet the cost of parts and labor. I paid them through Zelle. I would recommend paying by check if you are looking to save some money with the credit card fee.

Alex was really nice and helpful. I came in for an oil change yesterday and he let me know that my brake pads needed to be replaced. I was able to come in today and get them fixed. It was quick and convenient. He’s definitely a very trustworthy mechanic.

While other mechanic quote me a unreasonable high price and told me to total my car, this one gave me a reasonable price and get the work done nicely. They save our family a lot since we really need a car and we cannot afford a new one or get another used one at this moment. I would said they really care the customer not like other mechanic. Highly recommend to use their service .
After relying on these reviews for having my 1995 Honda Civic serviced here (broken timing belt), I further support what everyone has positively said about ALEX & OMAR.
Although I ended up extremely lucky with a recoverable engine after a new timing belt, they already warned against losing money on a big gamble. In other words, there was no deceptive pressure to use their services.
Their genuinely warm communication is prompt and upfront without any irritated rush. This is especially appreciated alongside great pricing and what seems is their habit in performing ahead of schedule. Hard-working gentleman with class attitudes. It has been my joy.

Love this shop! I have been using their services for almost three years now. They maintain my hybrid Prius at its best. Their prices are more than reasonable. Very knowledgeable at their craft and honest. Never over charge or looking to do unnecessary work. I am here to stay!

Omar and his team were extremely helpful and assessed what needed to be done to a 96’ diesel shuttle bus I newly purchased. He not only helped me get it road ready, but was quick to help me when I had an emergency break down. He quickly addressed the issue and gave me a very fair rate.
