If I could give these guys a ten out of five stars, it still wouldn't do it justice. I swear all these guys over here have had my back with whatever car I've had. I've never had any issues and they always come through and keep me calm throughout it. I just got evicted, I've been trying to get all the stuff out of my house. My mass air flow sensor failed. It was still in warranty. Those guys had the part there the same day.I swapped it out and it fixed my car. I will never, ever in my life go to autozone, o'reilly's or anywhere else again! Thanks again guys! You will never know how much i appreciate your services. Keep doing what you're doing, because we need to keep old school auto parts stores like you. #DumbAudiGuy

We thought we have found the right place to buy&return snow chains as we didn’t know if we would need it on our two weeks journey. We explained we are returning the car in LA. We were told it’s not a problem, we just have to find a company owned store. We called a customer service. 1 employee gave us an address of a close by CO store at Burbank LA. We called to Burbank and they told us it is impossible to return it anywhere, that is an internal NAPA policy not to accept snow chains (even unused). We called customer service again. Employee 2 called Burbank again and confirmed, we can’t return. Only back in SF where we bought it or to fill in some kind of complaint, for what we didn’t have time because we are leaving USA in about 3 days. We took time to think. We called again, employee 3 confirmed the only chance to return the snow chains back in SF. That was about 5! hours of drive in a complete opposite direction. Now we have to head back to LA! So around 10 extra! hours on the way, spent in the car instead our original plan. We got the money back in SF, we asked the employee how is it possible, we could it return it elsewhere, he never heard of that. So we wonder who lied to us, who was so terribly misinformed to let us drive all the way back to SF (from close to the Death Valley) and than back south to LA? How is something like that even possible? Who’s going to pay for the gasoline and our time? We lost one whole day of our holidays and around 2 hour of calls to the customer service only to be told lies or misinformation? Never again.
These guys are old school and knowledgeable and will be sble to help you out with just about anything and i return here often to get stuff that i cant aquire elsewhere so yeah recommended highly
This is the worst place for parts in Burlingame, no one is available to help, also the day I was there. The guy that was attending costumers was busy chatting away with his friend I stood in line just to realize that 2 persons after me were getting service, the only notable thing was that I’m brown vs all white costumers and people offering service. I’m thinking of suing

Just like the old auto parts store your grandpa took you too when you were a kid. Super nice employees, they helped me out a lot. And gave us free Nascar hats. Pretty sweet deal.
They always have what I need at the best and lowest prices in town! A man here had helped me change my brake light at no additional cost in the past. The guys here are friendly and helpful and as a woman I have never felt like they try to upsell me anything, ever. Thank you guys! I feel good about coming here and even sending my daughter there because I know they will guide her and get her the parts she needs from people that just want you to be safe on the road! #Thankful
Great people, great parts, great prices. If these guys don’t have it, they know where to get it. One of the last TRUE Auto Parts Stores left on the Peninsula where they really try to help you get the right part the first time. Most of the guys have been in the business for over 20 years.
Typical auto parts shop that's well stocked. No deals and for the most part only come if you desperately need something last minute. If you get the help and products you need then it's about as good as it gets.
These guys know their stuff. I like the attention to detail. They get me my parts fast and always a better price than the other stores. I like the selection of products, and they even carry the mineral fluid for my Audi!
