My experience with Junk king was awesome! When I called for a booking to pick up my junk, I did not expect it to be within a few hours. I was really happy that Junk king offered that option for me, because I needed my couch on the street picked up same day, but was concerned that I had to wait a few days or a week. While the Junk King staffs arrived, we forgot to throw out our dirty carpet, and some miscellaneous Junk. The staff let us, with an extra charge, and it was at an affordable price within my budget that I can afford. The staff at Junk king were super efficient and professional. And my partner and I loved How STRONG they were!!! We were so surprised and blessed that they were able to help us and Junk King company. Thank you so much for all that you do and we hope that you keep your employees happy. We appreciate the business and the help, and will continue to use Junk King on our next move or help to get rid of some Junk!!!!

Good communication, fair pricing and quick service. The guys hauled my 5 piece sectional in less that 30 minutes! Also easy to book online!

I have used Junk King multiple times for large pickups. They are reliable, efficient and do what they say they are going to do. I also think their prices are fair.

The team from Junk King came on time based on their scheduled appointment. They also called 45 minutes before arrival to confirm. Once onsite they provided a fair estimate and cleared away the items quickly, quietly and without issue. Great team, great service and great value. Thank you Junk King!

Thought I was booking professionals to pick up and dispose of my old sofa. Instead I got two guys that came on a rainy day without booties could not pick up my sofa , we asked them if they have a dolly and they said they do and before I knew it brought in an old dolly with metal wheels (no rubber on my hard wood floor) and moved my sofa and left a HUGE scratch on my beautiful floor. I immediately contacted the “0ffice” and sent them pictures of the damage. I had to call 4 times and every time was put on hold , telling me” oh let me talk to my partner “ when I finally told them I will dispute the charge and have them pay for fixing my floor they told me ( and emailed me) they will refund. This was 5 days ago and I still no refund and they texted and asked me to give a feedback.what a joke!!!!

The Junk King guys were amazing! The crew just happened to be in my area anyway, so they came an hour early, were done so quickly and the rates were totally reasonable!

Everything about this place and their service is awesome except two things: 1. Their (automated?) scheduling booking phone number. Impressive if automated but it got my address wrong so still had to call again. They send a confirmation email tho so it's fine. 2. $198 minimum is a hefty price to get rid of some crap. But it's done and dusted out of your hands and they load anything. All clean and would recommend!

Great job by Junk King! Arrived timely, really nice guys and very efficient. Helped with items difficult to dispose of and had to unload an item as I forgot to empty it .

This is the 2nd time I've used Junk King and I am so happy with their services. The first time they took so much junk from our backyard and garage that we were finally able to move easily in both locations. The 2nd time, we had a very old, and mostly rotten, deck that needed to be removed. Both times the crew were amazingly friendly and worked efficiently. And, the best part is that they are so affordable. I won't use any other junk removal company.

We had Diego and his team member David come by to provide a guestimate, and we decided to go with their quote. The service was fast, same-day, and extremely professional! They made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We definitely recommend Junk King and will be calling them again for future junk removal needs for our company.

Would use their service again. They are great with communication and work very fast. I was originally scheduled for 10-12am, received a call around 8:30am that they can pick up around 9:30-10. They also keep me updated when they were running behind schedule. They came at 10:40 so still within my original schedule time. Really appreciate their punctuation.

Really wonderful! We had just taken down a chain link fence and had discovered some interesting pieces of junk in the yard of the home we recently bought (half of a shopping cart, old drills, pieces of siding, etc.). They came with a sawzall and broke up the fence to more manageable pieces, hauled it into their truck and even made sure they picked up the little metal scraps and vines that were tangled up in the fence. They took what probably would have been a multi-day job for my husband and I and very quickly took it off our hands! And they are very clear and transparent about pricing and what to expect (and showed up early!!). Cannot recommend them enough.
