Big shoutout to Miguel!! We started shopping for a car for my daughter approximately one year ago. Lada and the team at Putnam Subaru really pulled off some miracles for me with a quick warranty repair, AND, Arranging the transportation of my car in and back to me all while I traveled, and outside of their business hours. I live out of their area far away from my own dealership. So this repair required an extraordinary extension of what they could do based on my circumstances. I purchased a CPO 2024 Outback this past weekend from Chris. Was able to negotiate a great price over text and the purchase process was very fast (~1.5 hrs). There were some stains missed during detail that Chris cleaned up himself and a chip in the windshield that he scheduled a repair appointment for. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend buying a car from Chris on the sales team.

This is my second Subaru purchase, and both times I had the pleasure of working with Miguel Reyes. My first was in late 2023, and just this past Labor Day weekend, it was time for our family to upgrade from a Crosstrek to an Ascent. Miguel made the entire process effortless. All I had to do was share what I was looking for, when I wanted to come in, and he had everything ready to go. When we arrived, the car was waiting for us to test drive. Miguel remembered exactly what model we had purchased and pulled a comparable Ascent for us to try out. He walked us through the key differences, encouraged both of us to drive, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. What really stood out was how personable he was—not just with us, but with our little one too. Our 2-year-old quickly warmed up to him, and Miguel even remembered our dogs from our first test drive years ago. His thoughtful, tailored approach made us feel valued and understood. Although we’ve since moved out of the city, we happily made the drive back because of the trust and comfort Miguel brings to the car-buying experience. He’s the reason we’ll keep coming back.

Chris Tyminski did an excellent job working with me to find the best vehicle to meet my needs. The car had to accommodate a walker without collapsing, have auto tail gate and be within my price range contemplating my trade in. Very very pleased with the 25 Subaru Forester I bought!! Subsequently I returned to Putnam for a quick rundown of the features. Ricardo Villanueva patiently walked me through the many features. My first Subaru so it took a while! Ricardo is terrific answering all questions. Couldn't be happier. My son has been a very satisfied Subaru owner for many years. And now I am, too.

I had the nagging feeling something was wrong with my car but had been putting off taking it in...kind of like when a tooth is bothering you but you're scared to the dentist and find out what's wrong. The receptionist at Putnam was the most courteous of all the places I called so I decided to give them a try. Ethan was my service advisor, he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained what they found and even sent me some pictures. They were able to fix everything quickly, the horrible grinding noises are gone, and my trusty car feels ready to tackle another 150k miles.

There are other Subaru dealers but if you want to deal with a fantastic sales associate, you have to meet Miguel at Putnam! I am so happy with my Crosstrek; I feel safe and have regained my confidence in driving. If it happens to be Miguel's day off, wait till he returns to work and go meet him. He is easy to communicate with, very thorough in his explanations, and a very good person all around. I bought a Crosstrek and it has been good for me.

Putnam Subaru...simply a fantastic dealership. My salesperson, Konstantin Morozov was knowledgeable, personable and took the time to really understand my needs and address them. A few days after I purchased the Forester, I met with Riccardo Villaneuva the product specialist for an hour and he took me through and explained all the features that the car has. He is really smart and took the time to walk me thru everything. The service department is great...been in there twice to install a couple of extras and everyone remembers you and you can feel the personal touch. I strongly recommend Putnam Subaru...best dealership I've worked with.

Buying my car at Putnam Subaru was the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had by far. When we emailed them to get a quote on a Crosstrek, Dominic responded super quickly with a great offer and all the information we asked for. Because Putnam Subaru offered us the best offer on the vehicle I wanted, we decided to go with them even though there were closer dealerships. When I arrived, Dominic had the car waiting and immediately greeted us with a smile and invited us to take another look at the car before we purchased it. During the actual purchasing process, he was fantastic. He laid out all the details I needed to know in a clear yet comprehensive way. Most of all, though, I appreciated how he did not try to upsell or pressure me into anything extra. He was very transparent about what the car comes with and which options I can add-on, but he made it clear that I was in control of the deal, and the recommendations he did give were all very practical and justified (like the MySubaru remote connections---so worth it and you get a discount for paying upfront). He also gave us a clear timeline and updates during the processing of all the paperwork. Subaru’s finance office was also very streamlined and professional, yet friendly and comfortable process: it didn’t take any longer than it needed to be, but it also was not rushed. The guy already had papers waiting when we walked in, but he made sure to walk us through each step with a clear explanation of the terms of each paper I signed. He also gave us very clear and reasonable recommendations for which car-protection packages to choose. I felt very respected, supported, and at-ease during the paperwork marathon as well. I’m super glad that the check we wrote will go to this team because they really deserve praise for making the entire car buying experience simple, pressure-free, and comfortable. Driving off the lot felt like a victory lap after winning a game. If you’re in the market for a Subaru, I couldn’t recommend Putnam Subaru more.

This review is for Avery - who is part of the used car sale lot of Putnam. I arrived to Putnam Subaru in search of a used Subaru Forester. A new employee on the sales floor helped me out (name started with a K) and walked me over to the used lot. He was incredibly respectful, and nice to us. He got the keys to the car and was about to take us on a test drive. Avery immediately came over and yelled loudly at this employee, in front of us. He screamed that this was his territory, and called him (a person of color) a “boy” and threatened him. He got the person who was helping us to leave, and then came over to us and took over. Right away we knew we wouldn’t buy the car from someone that racist and rude, no matter the price. But we decided to test drive the car anyway to see if we even wanted that model. After test driving, I did love the vehicle and was willing to do a deal. I asked for the best price and he came back with a paltry discount, and then tried to sell me on a NEW car — which wasn’t his department (the very thing he blew his gasket over to the other employee!). No way was I going to let him poach a commission that should have gone to the employee we were originally working with, so we left. We plan to come back later and work with the original person who helped us out. Putnam, you need clean up your used car sales lot employees. This is 2025. Do better.

i was so traumatized by my experience at Subaru, it has taken me a while to write a review. I was a faithful customer and brought my Subaru for service since 2016. Over the past year the service dept caused 3 oil leaks: 1) folded the oil plug gasket, 2) stripped the drain plug, 3) cracked the oil pan. They did at least repair the damage for free. I was very discouraged and contacted "customer loyalty" to consider replacing my car. I wanted a hybrid AWD Honda. I was not in the best shape having recently had major surgery and I feel I was taken advantage of. by the customer loyalty guy named Jacob. I understood the car I was purchasing was the hybrid AWD model, but I discovered when I brought it home that it was a regular gas 2 wheel drive model. I had neglected to pay the fee to allow return of the car within 2 days. I met with the General Manager and while he said he understood how I could feel mislead, it is "buyer beware" and I should have checked the VIN number for the car to confirm its specifications. Really?? (Note: I did request a printout of specs and neither fuel source or drive was listed). I returned the car and was charged a several thousand dollar return fee. BEWARE OF PUTNAM SERVICE AND SALES!!!!!!

My wife and I stopped by Putnam Subaru after visiting a different dealership earlier in the day. We were greeted and helped by Julian Medina. Julian listened to what our needs were and showed us a couple of options that would work well for us without pressuring us to buy. We ended up purchasing an Impreza from Julian and we've been very happy with our purchase. Julian recommended that we book an appointment with product specialist Ricardo Villanueva to learn about all the features of the Impreza and I'm glad I did. Ricardo went through all the features of my new car and I learned a lot. I highly recommend you book an appointment with Ricardo after purchase. Overall great experience at Putnam Subaru from purchasing my car from Julian to learning about all the features from Ricardo.

1 out of 5 stars I typically don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this Subaru dealership was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and customer-forward care I received—especially considering I came in with clear concerns, was misled, and ultimately left feeling like profit was prioritized over service. I brought my Subaru in for an oil change and specifically asked the service advisor, Chris, to check the battery and charging system because I’d already had to jump the car three times. Chris brushed it off, later claiming that “everything checked out fine.” I trusted that feedback and paid for new tires they recommended, assuming I was all set. Two weeks later, my car completely dies—on a Friday where I had taken time off work, had a funeral to attend, and a weekend full of obligations. Completely stranded, I called the dealership, only to be told that they don’t actually do a full charging system test unless you pay extra. That was never communicated to me. I explicitly asked for this to be checked. The only bright spot in this experience was Melissa, the loaner car manager, who kindly gave me a vehicle with no hassle. But that’s where the courtesy ended. My car sat at the dealership all weekend. By Monday, I was handed off to a new service advisor, Derrick, who tells me the battery is dead and needs to be replaced—for $507. I was livid. Not only had I been told weeks earlier that the battery was fine, but now there were no notes on file about any battery check ever being done. It felt like they either never did the work or altered the record. Chris, who originally handled my service, conveniently avoided all my calls. I asked to speak with him multiple times and was told he was “with other customers.” Zero accountability. To make matters worse, they said they’d perform a $200 diagnostic and apply that to the final repair bill—but then only checked the battery and charged me the full $507. No real diagnostic, no other issues evaluated, no credit given. And when I finally picked up my car, it was still dirty on the outside. Not even a complimentary car wash after all the runaround and inconvenience. As someone who went to auto mechanic trade school and worked in the field, I know what good, honest service looks like. And now, working in healthcare, I understand what it means to put people first. This experience was neither. This dealership needs a serious culture shift toward integrity and customer care. It felt transactional, dishonest, and dismissive. I won’t be returning.

got an outstanding customer service from Konstantin Morozov with this dealership. When I walked into the dealership, he greeted me with a smile. I let him know what I was interested in. He took me to the parking lot snd showed me his inventory. He was knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly and patiently explained to me the features of the car and addressed my questions. He walked me through when I had the test drive. He stayed after the store hours and got me a good discount for the Forester hybrid. The purchase process was easy and smooth. He worked with his manager and the financing director , Cartier Lee. He was amazing too. He explained to us the financing option and the maintenance options. The dealership closed at 7pm. They both stayed after 7 pm to ensure the whole process was done. Konstantin delivered awesome customer service. He even touched base with me the next day to make sure I had no questions either the car. What a good post sakes service. I highly recommend him and this dealership.

We had a great experience at Putnam Subaru. We worked with Kontsantin and he was great. He always had an answer to any of our many questions and he never pressured us into purchasing the car. In the end we decided to purchase the car and he gave a fair price. We were very happy with their service, price and attitude towards their customers. I would definitely recommend if your interested in purchasing a Subaru.

I went in for a test drive for the 2025 Subaru Outback and was greeted instantly in the showroom by Nelson and team. I went on a seamless test drive with Aung. He is personable and friendly. No pressure to buy the car. I let him know that I will talk it over with my wife and when in the market. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase. Nelson and Aung made me feel right at home. You can tell they care about their customers.

Thank you so much to Putnam Subaru and especially to Miguel for helping us get our new Subaru! This is our third Subaru and we absolutely LOVE it! Miguel made the process super easy and convenient - he emailed back and forth with me for quite some time to answer all of my questions and send me pricing before we came in for the test drive and to see the car in person. Once we decided that this car was the one, Miguel helped us out a ton by cutting us discounts to bring the monthly payment down to comfortably fit our budget, and was able to offer us a trade in for our old vehicle to pay off the rest of our last loan and even put significantly more down for the new vehicle! Larry in finance also helped us have a super streamlined process to leaving with our new car :) we never once felt pressured into anything, which we greatly appreciated. Miguel and the team were very transparent and honest, and we felt very comfortable and taken care of throughout the whole process. Thank you for helping us get into our amazing new Subaru!!
