Did an alignment last week there, told them just leave my car key inside my car and call me when job is done so I can remote lock my car (Tesla can do so using the app), but no one call me at all even after store closed which my car was left unlocked for very long time.. also I got no alignment report when I got in my car, so I called next day requesting one and no one got back to me, so I called a few days afterwards and the guy told me they don't have any report most likely due to this guy named Michael did not do his job and print out a report (or did he even did any job I would never know), the only thing they can do is to ask me come again to re-do one, this is insane.
I have taken my BMW to this location countless times for different services. Every time the service is great and quick. The manager Michael is very helpful and professional and the whole staff is great!
The store manager and staffs are very professional and very helpful. My Honda Pilot break system issues got figured out and repaired efficiently. Also, the discount due to promotion was processed very smoothly. I am so happy with the services.
I arrived at 10:30 and they told me that they were going to do the inspection in an hour and at 12 I called and they told me that there was only one more car left for them to inspect mine. After 4 hours went by, nothing happened and they didn't call me. When I arrived, they told me that they did inspect it but that they hadn't put it in the computer. Then I told them that I needed it for tomorrow and even then they wanted me to wait 1 more hour, that's not fair.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, upon arrival was greeted and felt welcomed by both front advisors, told me an approximate wait time and vehicle was done around that time. I really liked how the technician working on my vehicle was thorough on what the vehicle needed and actually showed pictures of the vehicle recommendations. I was overall satisfied with my visit here and I would 100% recommend this location for your vehicle needs.

Great place to fix an A/C, got a nice, knowledgable technician! Price is pretty high, but look for online coupons, they are really good to honor those. Front office is fair but no smiles or kindness.
Cons:
#1 - You need to ask a lot of questions to know what is going on.
#2 - No seat protector ... Do make sure that you ask for one if you have a cloth/textile seat.

Michael is one of those rare people that gives you hope in the goodness of others again. He’s one of those people that is trustworthy and honest, which is a very rare thing when it comes to mechanics and vehicle repairs. All of my family’s vehicles have been serviced by him and he has always been fair and honest and reasonable. He will tell us when a “recommended repair” is not necessary and when something is. My family members have all mentioned to each other how every encounter with Michael has been exceptional. He is so exceptional that we have followed him from business to business. We are not loyal customers to any of the companies he works at, we are loyal to him specifically. Yes, he’s THAT good.

I came in, was helped in just a few min, he was super fast and nice and they were able to repair a tire in less than 1hr that their competitor down the road said couldn't be fixed. I had such a fantastic experience at Wheel Works that I had to share! Yesterday, I stopped by because I needed help pumping my tires. Michael, without hesitation, stopped what he was doing and came over to assist me right away. He was incredibly kind and helpful, and when I tried to tip him, he refused, saying he genuinely enjoys helping people and encouraged me to come back when I needed an oil change.
As it turns out, I did need an oil change, so I decided to do a little price comparison. Jiffy Lube quoted $169.99, Oil Changers was $147, and Wheel Works? Just $121!
Not only did they have the best price, but they took me in immediately. No appointment, no wait. The entire process took just 30 minutes and every single person I interacted with was friendly and professional.
I haven’t been to other locations, but I can confidently say this one is top-tier. Incredible service, unbeatable prices, and a genuine commitment to helping customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First off, they never called me with updates.
First time I was in they took a very long time - even requiring me to leave the car overnight.
the second time they again took a very long time. I realize there was an issue with the parts. but again they never called me with updates or even to call me when the car was ready for me to pick up. They had my car for over a week.
They also were only to do half the job. The parts issue would have good for me to know before I left it.
I brought my q50 in here twice. The first time, the employee (I think the manager) didn’t seem to care much about my business. This time there was a new manager there and he was great! He was friendly and informative and you can tell he’s a car guy so he cares. Will be returning!
Had a great experience at Wheel Works in Belmont! I came in last week because of a slow leak in one of my tires. Even though they were pretty busy, they were able to fit me in the same day.
The staff explained the issue clearly and gave me a couple of repair options without trying to push anything extra. The tire was patched up and ready in under an hour, and they even checked the pressure on my other tires, which I really appreciated.
The place was clean, the service was efficient, and the prices were fair. Overall, really happy with the experience and I’ll definitely be back when I need new tires or an alignment. Highly recommend!

Came in needing a front tire replacement. Michael and his team quickly mounted and balanced the new tires and performed an excellent alignment. I’m a car guy and I often see shops like these cutting corners but not here. They were diligent making sure they didn’t damage the rim, the wheel weights adhered properly and dialed in my alignment better than any other shop. We’re talking within a .1 degree delta between left and right for camber and toe. Top notch service here!
The guys at this location are always so helpful, accommodating, and informative. We really appreciate their professionalism and excellent service! The wait time is very reasonable considering how many vehicles they service throughout the day. This location is our preferred shop and will definitely return again.
Got a flat tire in the morning. Called in to get it fixed. Saul made an appointment and everything was done in an hour, and they didn’t charge me for it. A week later, ran into the same problem on a Friday morning. Dropped off the car before lunch and it was fixed in two hours. Very efficient. And the team there was very friendly. Very appreciate their help!!
I called and spoke to Brendan and he was helpful and professional. I had questions about the car care package and brake inspection and he answered my questions, pointing out easier options and offering several times to be seen that very day. Excellent and friendly from the phone call to the drop off and return call from Michael, and the check out. I did have to wait while they helped others in front of me and they acknowledged me and were polite and efficient without acting rushed.
