SLO Tow and Michael (Mike) in particular were amazing! They arrived very quickly and helped me get to the auto shop before it closed. Mike was kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. SLO Tow came to my rescue this morning in a huge way! Not only did they arrive in a timely manner, but Mike, my tow truck driver, was very efficient, helpful and comforting! Alas the big day was just around the corner, when the sleigh broke down on the shores of Morro Bay. The tempers were rising as AAA did not appear. To the rescue, Andrew and his SLO reindeer! At dawns first light, Mike and his truck bedecked in safety red and yellow lowered the deck and loaded the sleigh. Calmly he loaded the elves and their treasures for the long trek North. Laughter filled the cab as we spoke of his children and their wish lists to Santa. Time flew and before long the Sleigh and the elves were returned safely to the workshop. As Mike drove away, we said to one another, Merry Christmas! If ever your sleigh breakdown on the seashore, be sure to call Andrew and his crew at SLO!

Very happy with the service. My car needed to be towed about 200 miles, including a long stretch through Los Angeles traffic. Michael showed up on time, was professional and courteous, and got the car delivered safely. Everything was handled smoothly and he kept in touch throughout. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing a reliable long-distance tow. Thanks for making a stressful situation much easier!

I was driving my good friend’s Meyers Manx dune buggy to the shop for some minor repairs when it broke down on the way. I called SLO Tow, and they said a driver could be there in 15 minutes. Sure enough, Michael showed up right on time. Not only was he prompt, but he was also friendly, professional, and clearly skilled at what he does. I never thought I’d be leaving a good review about getting my car towed. Sean was amazing. After contacting Tesla, he was there in less than 15 minutes. I told him I had everything but he asked if I wanted to double check. Of course I didn’t. After he took the car, he gave me updates of where it was and what he’d done with the key. Simplest and easiest experience. Getting your car towed is super stressful and it’s calming when the folks that show up genuinely want to help.

I had a fantastic experience with SLO Tow! When my car broke down on the Madonna off ramp, I was stressed and unsure of what to do, but their team made the process so easy. From the moment I called, they were friendly and reassuring. Sean arrived almost immediately and handled my car with expert care. My car is a 1988 Porsche and he treated it delicately, and had it hooked up quickly and with precision. Sean was friendly, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He had my car towed quickly and expertly to a location of my choosing. He also could not have given me a better deal. I can’t thank Sean and SLO TOW enough for their quick and reliable service. Michael Was (and is) fantastic. He was able to get our non running Hummer out of steep driveway onto street and then loading it perfectly. We needed to get to a service shop 160 miles away. 10/10 experience. Mike the tow truck driver was incredibly experienced and professional. I had some trouble with my truck while visiting pismo beach. While experiencing high wait times from other nearby tow companies I decided to call slo tow. They dispatched a truck immediately and were at my location within 20 minutes. The second mike showed up I knew I called the right place. Clean/comfortable truck, the ride home was great. Highly recommend.

Mike and Daniel were super professional in towing my Tesla, which was completely unresponsive. They are very knowledgeable, and professional, and have a great attitude. My experience with was amazing.

We had a great experience with SLO Towing after having our first flat tire on our Tesla. They arrived quickly and had it loaded super fast and professionally and we were on our way. They used their new red truck (that matched the color of our car)which is really a state of the art towing vehicle. The cell phone reception was horrible but Mike patiently called us back and kept us updated on his progress. The service technician Mike was very friendly and helpful and was very careful not to damage the car. SLO towing took a stressful situation and turned it into just a minor inconvenience. As an added bonus Mike dropped us off at our hotel. I highly recommend SLO towing. A true 5 star experience.

Arrived promptly. Knew everything Tesla required. Two hour trip to the Tesla service was time well spent with Michael. The experience was very calming all the way right from Michael’s greeting to a wave as he headed back to SOL Tow office!

On a roadtrip to San Simeon our Tesla battery died and we were stranded at our motel with no hope in sight. When Michael got here it wasn't looking too good and it took a lot of different tries in order to get the car up the ramp but Mike's attitude was absolutely amazing and no matter how many roadblocks we came across he always knew what to do. The tow was long distant and the drive was incredibly pleasant. Mike was so personable and lifted our spirits. He made what would've been a terrible day into a great one. I highly recommend this company for a tow and special shout out to Mike for being so awesome!

My Tesla died in my garage and had to be dragged out and onto a flatbed truck. I had no idea how they were going to be able to get the car out of such a small space and a tight angle. It took 2 trucks and 3 guys but SLO towing figured it out, They had all the necessary special equipment to move a Tesla that was not in tow mode. I’m so thankful to the whole team but especially my driver Mike who towed my car to Santa Barbara safely and efficiently. They really helped a stranded gal out!
