  I had a flat tyre on my tesla 5 days back and it didn’t reach tesla service center as Tesla sent central towing. Service center folks were confused where tyre is so i had to call the guy who came to change tyre and then central towing and they told me its in their fremont location Its been 5 full days and they didn’t even notify tesla and neither did they drop the tyre. I have never seen a towing service with such lame and slow service and I had to track everything down myself

  They sent a text message that they were here but we’re not. They left me out in the cold to die and told me to call another towing company. I literally hate this company now.

  In Feb 2022 my sons Chevy Tahoe was towed here. At the time my son was unable to get his own property from the vehicle. When I called I was told I had to call the sheriff's dept. for a release form. The sheriffs dept would not answer my questions and kept saying things like I need a judge to sign off on the paper. I had the paper work stating I was the one making the decisions for my son. Still no help from the sheriffs dept. I kept calling the tow yard to see if there was another way. We went through my options and they helped me to get most of the property from the vehicle. The vehicle was in such bad shape outside and inside. I needed to see it and then I couldnt catch my breath. Thank you to all that helped this mom at my time of need.

  We had a flat tire on 205 about a mile from MacArthur exit going West. We were taking our daughter to the San Jose Airport to catch a plane to Hawaii. My husband and I were going on to Santa Cruz for a couple of days.Car stranded on small shoulder with trucks and cars flying by way over speed limit. Told everyone to get out of car and stand in culvert just in case. It was already very hot. Hubby and I are in early 70’s. It was sooooo scary….was so worried car was going to be hit and thrown into us. Grady from Central Towing showed up quickly ….and just calmly took over situation….got car on bed and drove all of us to tire shop of our choice. Grady was great and made us all feel better after such a scary situation. He is a true professional!!!

  Had a flat 17 miles from town at almost midnight and was charged $250, Idk if this rate is accurate but guess it's ok. Service took an hour and a half to get there and the driver was friendly, straight to the point and quick. This was also the only company that answered my call at that time of night, only thing was that the operator never gave me a quote before sending out the tow truck out however I was dire need because my children were with me and I didn't want to be stranded along with them. Overall, I'd recommend to anyone in a similar scenario.

  This company was fast, knowledgeable and professional. The tow driver accurately diagnosed the issue with my car even gave me some great advice on a recall for my vehicle model. Very helpful would recommend, and would use in the future!!

  I was stuck on a busy junction with a totally dead battery. Geico roadside mentioned it might take upto an hour when they summoned the service and I was feeling so frustrated full of high speed trucks zooming by and 96 degree sun. But to my utter surprise the tow truck arrived in less than 20 minutes, and within half hour from the time I made the call my car was dropped off on our regular repair shop in Tracy.
