I had a great experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Ripon! I came in with a totally dead battery. The gentleman working was able to diagnose it and help me get back on the road quickly. I would definitely recommend. Every employee I interacted with was understanding and professional.
Customer service here was definitely top notch!!! We were traveling from out of town (Tennessee) and our alternator went out and the fella working was so very polite and helpful, we're so very grateful for his help!!! If you need a parts store in Ripon I suggest here!!!!!
I can always get the car doo-dad I need. On top of that, the staff is genuinely nice. Alexander and Mr. Serrano go above and beyond to help us out. Me, my husband, and my 21 yr old daughter have gone in separately on multiple occasions and we can always expect friendly help with zero "mansplaining". Even when I have been legit dippy (like the time I came in to return a battery core without the receipt), they have been super kind and genuinely watched out for my best interests. Gotta have a car, so I gotta get car stuff, but dealing with the staff at Ripon O'Reilly's makes it a great experience. The whole family appreciates their "good neighbor" customer service.
I ordered an air filter (in person) for my car and approximately 6 days later, went to go pick it up and the store employee says they no longer have it. “It got returned to the distribution center.” (No store employee told me there was a time limit and no phone call either!) When the store employee asked me if I wanted to reorder it, I told them thanks for the lack of customer service, I’ll be taking my business to Ray at B&Z Auto in Ripon for here on out!
Very knowledgeable staff, fast ordering if they don't have the part in stock and unlike Amazon you can bring it back to the store for a refund or exchange
FANTASTIC PLACE FANTASTIC PEOPLE!!! This has to be the best O'Reilly's in the area! They've saved me from a few crisis before, but especially today. Our battery died and we had to get towed all the way from south east Modesto. I called ahead and told them our situation and not only did Troy and Diego go above and beyond to ensure it was the battery before we purchased, they even double checked the alternator, and starter for us to make sure that was the only thing causing the issue. If that wasn't enough they gave us an excellent battery for an excellent price, installed it for us, and expressed how they understood the stressfulness of getting stranded and then having to purchase new parts suddenly of course. Thank you both so much for everything and we truly appreciate you!!! Highly recommend this O'Reilly's team.

This store is clean and tidy and mostly well-stocked. It has a good selection of merchandise, but occasionally doesn't have items in stock that they're supposed to.
I absolutely LOVE the Ripon O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Ripon. I have had the most incredible experience every time I have been there! I'm in my 70s and the guys there have treated me like they were taking care of their own grandma. Eddie and Billy were especially helpful! Thanks, guys!
The employees here are always very helpful if not always knowledgeable. There's a wide selection of products, and they can order almost any part you need and have it quickly. I like that they will still check your "check engine" codes here, which I need fairly often with four cars in our family.
This place is awesome O'Reilly's in Ripon California everyone there is very friendly very helpful it go out of your way to make it a simple for you to go and pick up parts or just to pick up something that you may need for your vehicle rather its oil antifreeze Freon batteries things for tune-ups filters and of course Gabe the manager went out of his way to help me find steps for my Truck and they look great on my Truck anytime we need things for our vehicles we go to O'Reilly's I want you to contact everyone that works at O'Reilly's in Ripon are very friendly ,very courteous ,very Nice
One of the best customer service experiences ever. I went outside to go to work today and realized my car wouldn't start. Not wanting to be late for work, my grandpa took me and when he got back home he took my battery out and took it to this store to get tested. Jacob took the battery and went and tested it (later finding out it was bad) and after looking online realized that my old one was under warranty. Jacob was patient while my grandpa figured out what phone number was under the account so I could get my replacement and when they found the correct battery, he personally carried it out to the car.
Thank you Jacob for helping my grandpa out! I will definitely be coming back with all my car needs!
This O'Reillys sucks. They don't know anything about cars not even a headlight and every part they have to order, they never have it on hand. Never go there if you need something done right away because they can't help you.
A HUGE THANK YOU to Mary for her amazing customer service. I had a dead battery and was an hour away from home with 2 little girls in the heat. I was able to get a jump and get over to O'Reilly and within 20 minutes we were back on the road with a new battery.
New management is awesome! Gabe, Manny, billy and Tom are the best. Old management was terrible and I would drive to manteca for my parts. I love living in Ripon and people like them are the reason why. Good job guys and keep up the good work!!!!
