Always a great experience. Very friendly staff, very flexible, they warranty all work. (Very rarely need it) shout out to Adama and Crew.. Some may think its a little pricey, but i am firm believer you get what you paid for. And with that being said id pay more at Ripon Auto if i had too. Close to home small town ethics. And safe neighborhood if car needs to be there for a while. My main shop for all my family fleet repairs. Never a complaint with ripon Auto. Faithful customer for 10+ years.
We have been bringing our vehicles here for several years and are very pleased with the service. They have done everything from putting our son's truck back together when his original plans were not going to work and he was overwhelmed to helping get my truck reset after a battery exchange so it could pass SMOG. They are quite busy and do require scheduling, so plan on that. They have proven many times to be competent, trustworthy and reliable. Prices are reasonable for those that understand the work involved in performing needed repairs. If a quote sounds high, just ask why it's priced at that and an honest explanation will be provided.
I was very satisfied with the work done on my heater motor. The customer service is excellent and prices are good. I will continue to use them for my auto needs in the future
I am so satisfied with every aspect of my visit to Ripon Auto Service. I was at my wits end. The dealer wanted over $650.00 to replace my headlights. I was so happy that this repair price was nothing near the dealers price. If you visit see Adam he's the man! lol

I’m coming out of the Campfire disaster, we have very few repair clinics and the ones we did get gouged us. It’s been refreshing to deal with people you can trust. They have been very composed and welcoming. They even helped me keep my AC going when it really should have been broken thru this summer. The 1700 to repair is detailed work into a dash and electronics. They will keep my situation stable as it progresses but at least I have time to find the funds. They are awesome.
I was quoted a high estimate for my subaru at another shop. I took my car to Ripon auto, they fixed my car for a fraction of the cost. They also looked at my car and gave me a honest estimate without charging me a crazy diagnostic.
Dropped off my truck first thing in the morning and they had it done before lunch. Thorough inspection done as well. Didn’t realize I had a taillight out and they got it replaced for me while they were doing the oil change. Very friendly and personable, highly recommended Ripon Auto.
My car broke down on a Saturday night and I had it towed to Ripon Auto. I had them hide the key behind the passenger tire. I stopped by on Monday morning about an hour after they opened and although there were a ton of cars being worked on I saw mine had been moved and the hood was up. I walked into the office and saw my key with a little note that said 'car found alternator'.
Someone came to the office quickly and took care of me. They kept me updated via phone regularly and it was done the next day. The staff were nice and easy to communicate with, they were super fast and prices were good.

I went as a first time customer being new in town. A gentleman named Adam was the point of contact. Very nice man. My car took a couple days. Everything was very orderly. I like how they print a page saying exactly how the work was performed. Adam was very well spoken and explained things thoroughly. Pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this shop. Prices were competitive for the market. Work was done correctly and clean.
